• Mario (7/5): - Relativamente bien ubicado para ir al centro. Zona tranquila y agradable para dar un paseo. Supermercado y bus cerca. No tengo una pega concreta sobre algo.

• cyril (5/5): - L'appartement a des grands volumes mais l'annonce dit 2 chambres ... Il y a bien une chambre au sous-sol mais le deuxième lit se trouve au milieu de la salle à côté du canapé sans porte séparant salle cuisine et salon. De plus du lit on voit la fenêtre de la cuisine donnant vue sur une cour extérieure sans rideau. Le mobilier de cuisine et de salle de bain sont bien abîmés avec fuite au robinet de SDB. La plaque de cuisson est fissurée et seulement 3 feux fonctionnent. Une bon coup de rafraîchissement serait bien venu.

• Jade (10/5): Really enjoyable. Comfortable beds and lovely shower - We had everything you could need. The area is far to walk but buses are nearby it didn’t affect us.

Good to have TV, WiFi and Netflix etc. Useful tips re: local supermarket and street market Front door wasn't locked at night and the yard door too. No curtain for the back kitchen window. Bit weird having a bed in the living room. Hall light not working. Fell down the step once. Microwave, toaster and working dishwasher would have been appreciated. It would have been nice to have a bath, but there was no plug. Wardrobe shelves fell down. Little touches like milk in fridge are always welcome and make a great impression.

Eravamo in 3, mamma papà e bambino ma poteva tenere tranquillamente una famiglia di 5 persone Posizione non centrale ma ben fornita dai bus 63 e 29

• Sofía (6/5): Esperaba más - Lo mejor, la amplitud, la ubicación y la calefacción. Lo peor, la limpieza. La cafetera estaba sucia y con un filtro de café aún puesto. Una bolsa pegajosa encima del frigorífico. Algo del estilo en el baño. Además, la mascarilla del pelo estaba en mal estado, olía mal. La usé y me la tuve que quitar rápidamente, aún así el olor a mal estado se me quedó en el pelo... También había poco papel higiénico para 3 días y 4 personas. Las camas no tenían sábanas, solo el nórdico con funda y, para mi gusto, era extremadamente blanda.
• Bert (4/5): Het is een dak boven je hoofd. Maar geen plek waar je iemand mee naar toe kan nemen. - De tweede kamer was in de kelder, waar ook de badkamer was. Er hing een schimmel geur. Al was er wel een mobiele airco geplaatst om de lucht te zuiveren. Het geeft niet het comfortabele gevoel. De hal is erg rommelig, en het stucwerk van het plafond viel in de avond naar beneden.
• Florez (2/5): Un desastre - Cercanía con el centro y la calefacción Alojamiento muy abandonado en cuanto a limpieza e instalaciones Lavavajillas sucio y estropeado, frigorífico con congelador lleno de hielo y no cerraba la puerta, rodapiés de cocina rotos y pegados con cello, grifos del baño los dos en mal estado, desagüe de bañera atascado de pelos rubios (somos morenos) armarios tanto de baño como de cocina con las puertas caídas, menaje de cocina sucio.Vitroceramica rota y con una capa de suciedad. Segunda habitación y baño están en un sótano con escaleras bastante pronunciadas y estrechas, peligrosas para niños pequeños o personas con movilidad reducida. También en ese bajo hay una especie de trastero con acceso ya que la puerta no está cerrada con muchos trastos viejos. Habiendo llegado a nuestra hora tuvimos que llamar al propietario ya que no nos había facilitado todavía la clave de acceso a la vivienda. No lo recomendamos

Er word gezegd dat er een hottub is en die was er niet, je kan alleen via de voor deur na buiten. De koelkast zaten allemaal vlekken in. Er word gezegd dat er 2 slaapkamers zijn . Er is maar 1 slaapkamer. De woonkamer is alleen een bank

• Núria (8/5): - El barrio es muy tranquilo, bonito y está muy bien conectado con el centro con línea de bus. Muy cómodo. El apartamento es muy amplio y tiene dos pisos. Baños grande. Se oye bastante el ruido del piso de arriba y cuando la gente entra y sale del edificio. Pero fue algo ocasional.

• Sonia pascale (1/5): Je réclame le remboursement de mon argent - Je n'est pratiquement rien aimé dans cette maison Pas du tout confortable et je le recommande pour personne La maison est très sale , la chambre en bas sent de la moisissure, le frigo est très sale vous ne devez pas accepter ces genre d'appartement sur votre plate-forme très décourager, un week-end en Belgique très dégouté à cause de la maison. Le lit,pas du tout confortable Je ne reviendrais plus jamais dans cette maison

• Jan (4/5): Below average - Location was good close to metro and walking distance to center of town, owner bought a toaster upon request as there was none The glass stove top was in very poor condition was cracked, ,pan was in poor condition, no basics like salt and pepper , no microwave, was advertised as two bedroom but the second bed was in the living room
• Tim (7/5): Large two-bedroom apartment not too far from the European Union area - This is a large apartment near to the European Union area. If you know your way around Brussels it is a fairly convenient base. There is street parking, subject to the usual caveats for the city. We got very confused about the number of rooms, understanding, incorrectly as it happened, that there were three bedrooms. In fact the additional bed is the sofa, though there was no bedding for this. One of our party discovered that there was another bedroom in the building with an open door, but this turned out to be a different apartment. All very embarrassing all round.

The host was very friendly, quick to respond and very helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place!

• Giada (10/5): Exceptional - Me and my family had a pleasure stay there, it was easy to reach the center by bus or metro. At night the area was really quiet for us and my dad could park the car right in front of the building.

• William (6/5): Stay here if you are not easily creeped out - There were lots of food options near by and the accomodation was a great size for four people. The storage room was so creepy that it genuinely made us feel unsafe at times. It is not lockable, and is filled with the owners things, including dolls, and has a ladder to an unopenable man hole in it. Very creepy. There were also weird noises at night, all night, but you could sleep through them. There were also things like left over toothbrushes left in the bathroom, and meat in the freezer.

• Hatice (7/5): Owerall it’s ok - It was clean and Wi-Fi is good. Easy parking on the street. Good location. No spare toilet paper. Toilet also smells bad always. Downstairs sofa is so uncomfortable.
