• Mike (6/5): 6 Out Of 10 - The property is close to areas of interest and is modern, clean, comfortable and well presented. The view is nice. Communication with the owner/agent before and leading up to our stay was good. The apartment is in a tower building and the name Primo del Sol is not on the entrance to the building. Hence we found it difficult to locate when we arrived. Instructions about the building and what to look out for would have helped. The surrounding area is a bit scruffy, not helped by scaffolding on an adjoining building. The decor in the hallway between lift and apartment isn’t very welcoming. The sliding door on the toilet/shower room didn’t close fully and this may result in some embarrassment depending on the relationship of people staying there. The apartment is not cheap to rent and I don’t think it would be too much to expect some coffee pods to use in the coffee maker.

• Svetlana (9/5): Great, but an AC in the living room would've been a game changer - I absolutely loved the location, the view, loved Alicante; loved the interior, the equipment, the apartment itself I would love some fresh air in the living room Like it's one of those places where u r supposed to gather all together and spend the most of the time at, meaning that there are supposed to be sooo many people in there all at once. And there is no AC (I mean, the central one yeah, but it's just not enough), can u imagine that? :(
• Claire (10/5): Perfect apartment in Alicante old town - We really loved this apartment - perfect location for coffee, restaurants, bars, amenities & beach. Plus stunning view of castle - we spent a lot of time on the balcony! Very spacious & perfect for family of 4; we all had our own space, well designed and well equipped. We hope to visit again next year. Special mention for a lovely warm welcome from Magda! Nothing :-)
• Dermot (9/5): Really enjoyed the stay. Super apartment, super location, super host. - Location was superb. Less than 1 minute away from grocery shops, tapas, bars, coffee shops etc. Only 3 mins walk from drop off from C6 airport bus (Mercado el Sabio stop). 10 mins walk from Esplanade, another 5 mins to Postiguet beach. The apartment was exactly as per photos, clean, spacious, well equipped, aircon throughout. Some nice little details like sun umbrellas and mats for the beach, coffee for the machine and essential cleaning stuff in the kitchen. Beds were comfy, little balcony was nice to sit out on, had views of nearby Castle Santa Barbara (well worth a visit when not too hot) and the sea. Host (Kate) was great and fast to respond to any queries. Check-in and check-out instructions clear. She booked a taxi for us back to the airport for early flight (€25, well worth it, would have cost €4.50 each for bus. Picked us up on time outside the door, travel time 15 mins in early morning).
• David (7/5): Zentrale Lage mit kleinen Abstrichen - Die Ausstattung und zentrale Lage war top. U-Bahn fünfzig Meter, Supermarkt und Bäcker vor der Tür. Das Doppelbett war durchgelegen und die Wohnung staubig. Der Vermieter reagierte auf Anfragen erst Tage später.

• Kristi (9/5): Nice place with an easy walk to the beach and other attractions - The apartment had everything you needed. There was plenty of coffee and it was super clean. The host was super friendly. The balcony was a nice feature. It is an easy 13 minute walk to the beach.
• Shirleykhan (9/5): A gem of a find in Alicante. - A lovely compact modern apartment. It had everything you could need and was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The lovely host was very welcoming and explained everything fully. Nothing really, the duvets and covers were a little worn in the small bedroom.
• Patrick (9/5): Perfect for the familly and extremely well located - Fantastic location. Comfortable appartement. Parking very close to appartement (17 Euro for a Day). Well equipped kitchen. Beds are too hard. Bathroom smells sulfur. Price is very high.
• Fiona (10/5): Fantastic apartment - The apartment is very central and the quality of everything - mattresses, towels, dishes etc - is excellent. There are lots of teenagers hanging out below the apartment at weekends, just below the castle. Luckily you can't hear them from the bedrooms.

• Piotr (10/5): Perfect apartment, perfect stay, responsive host - The host was super responsive. Our flight was delayed, yet she was able to wait for us, give us the keys, and show us around. The apartment is super new, so everything is simply working. Nothing is missing - tv, washing machine, small dishwasher etc. It's very close to any attraction by foot - 10-15 minutes to the sea, the center, the main train station, and the castle. The "metro" stop and a big supermarket are just outside the house. The location of the bedrooms is very nice - they are both "inside" building (still having windows), so no street noises coming from outside. Highly recommending it! + the view from the main balcony is just perfect - castle and the sea on one picture :) everthing was good ;)
