• Susan (6/5): With a home this size intended to host family group, we found the basic household supply lacking and not working properl - It’s spacious, convenient quiet location. Quite a few things not working properly. For our party of four, there were only five cups and three wine glasses in the cupboard, no drinking glasses; the kettle was broken as we were unable to close the lid resulting in the automatic shut off not working; the TV was not working at all after trying numerous times connecting to the internet, with poor signal, and worst of all , Bedroom #3 toilet seat was not not installed, the seat came off, and the lid was found underneath the sink; with four bathrooms in the house, only one bathroom has soap by the sink. We found wet towels hanging in one closet giving off damp odour.. We took photos and notified the owner immediately in order to avoid liability. We received acknowledgment but no action was taken to correct the situation during our stay.

• Kathryn (8/5): Very good - Roomy, lovely street, great location to catch the bus into Vancouver, quite close to the airport, a few small businesses and. Great supermarket just around the corner. The property hadn’t been properly cleaned-scum in the showers and un-vacuumed floors. Basic glassware was missing, tv didn’t function. This could be a really great property with a little attention.

• Daren (4/5): Disappointing - They take security deposit and not refund it, nothing happened to the place while we there and before we left we cleaned it spotless.
• Jeff (9/5): Overall, we had a nice stay in the property and it was above our expectations. - The property is really nice. It is conveniently located near Vancouver International Airport, near downtown Vancouver and places of interest. It helped that we had a rental car, but unfortunately we did not get to try the public transport. Street parking was ok. The unit is very clean, probably newly built or newly renovated, either way well kept. The 3 bedrooms that has a toilet and bath each was a big convenience. The host was responsive. The price might be a bit above average when compared to other properties we looked at (but not the most expensive), however it was worth it. We had a problem maintaining the right temp in the house. There was centralized heating but the Master’s Bedroom was always a tad too cold than other areas, and there was one room that was always a bit warmer than the rest. I planned to ask the host about this, but we were always out during the day. Not a big inconvenience, though. I’m pretty sure we just had to adjust something. The water pressure at the 2nd floor showers could be improved a bit.
• Enrique (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very spacious and has modern facilities. The area is very quiet and ideal if you have a car to get to the center of Vancouver. The heating in the central room did not pay attention to the programmer and during our stay itt was terribly hot. The TV cannot be seen because the cable connection to the antenna is missing. You can only see it if you connect it to your computer. We asked them to solve it but no one did. It would be advisable to have enough glasses in case more than 5 people go as in our case
• Abdulla (10/5): Exceptional - Immaculately clean and new. Location perfect for UBC. Supermarket only few minutes away, so was the petrol station. Facility could do with a bit of sound isolation, ( we had a child and was concerned with the level of noise made to our neighbours but fortunately had no complaints). Water pressure in the shower could be improved but not a major issue.

The pas reviews about the property charging extras are true and honest. I booked the property only trusting Booking.com. I had been charged extra $200 for no reason. IMO it is front for overcharging and scamming the customers. Booking.com guarantee doesn’t help much. No wonder the property is not advertised on expedia BEWARE It is a scam where the property manager will charge you by making things up on your checkout. The pas reviews about the property charging extras are true and honest. I booked the property only trusting Booking.com. I had been charged extra $200 for no reason. IMO it is front for overcharging and scamming the customers. Booking.com guarantee doesn’t help much. No wonder the property is not advertised on expedia

• Neil (10/5): Very responsive to my needs, very clean, great space to live in for a few days and the amenities nearby made it very con - Clean, roomy and good neighborhood (i.e., close to amenities). While doing my nightly stretching routine on the bedroom floor I noticed that under the bed really needed to be vacuumed (there were dust bunnies under the bed).
