- Irfan (10/5): If the location suits you then go for it. This basement suite is lovely. - Host is very courteous and kind. Basement suite is super clean and cozy. Absolutely loved it. The calm and tranquil was next level. Microwave / fridge / kettle / coffee maker and toiletries were all in place. Side entrance kept the privacy and I could park on the driveway which was another plus. There is nothing I didn’t like to be honest. All was super good and it was peaceful.

- Storm (8/5): Please put a heavy comforter and some extra blankets and add a heater. - Extremely clean, convenient for my stay. I found it cold and a bit damp. Extra blankets are required. Perhaps a space heater would be something to consider.

- David (4/5): Hosts need to learn what makes a comfortable environment for guests. - Good for quick in and out for a single traveler with the locaton . It has potential for some uses but not ready for prime time. Very clumsy entrance with stepping stones. Not good for luggage or safety. Need soft light in living room. Only light was two florescent overhead office lights. You can hear every movement upstairs. No sheets on the bed and thin polyester blanket. An antique heater that made room hot then cold over and over. Not a good sleep environment.

- Jewel (10/5): Amazing! - I loved everything about my stay here. I was confirmed very quickly and any questions answered promptly. I was greeted when I arrived and assisted with my bags inside. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind, accommodating and informative. When I stepped inside to my private entrance I was welcomed into a quiet and very clean place. Right away on the wall you see the business permit and fire escape routes drawn out as well as a safe haven sign. I was shown around and where I could find extra supplies. Adequately stocked with essentials you may need, though I had my own. The place smelled nice and fresh, the bedding was clean (and comfortable as others have stated). There were soft towels provided as well. I didn’t use the recreation area but there was a large tv and study desk, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. The gentleman again was very considerate in wishing me off with safe travels. I will very gladly be staying here again when needed. Thank you again!

I felt safe as the house is newer and has coded locks. Good soundproofing from outdoor construction. It doesn't have a comfy couch for watching television. The area is in the early development stage so there is a lot of construction making driving/walking challenging. July 2024

Ideal for 1-2 people. The price is great. The person who met me and checked in was very polite and helpful. My husband is going to use it on my recommendation when he is coming to the concert next month. You can hear people upstairs walking. But it didn't bother me. Also, it needs to put more than just 1 big towel. Face towel would be nice to have.
