Guest Reviews

- Arturs (5/5): Passable -
- Pane (1/5): Bad -
- Stefano (7/5): Good - The apartment is comfortable (but cold despite the heat pump set to maximum) and equipped with everything necessary for a short stay the manager provided immediate assistance when requested.
- Lime (7/5): Good time in Milan, customer service is a bit lacking - The property was nice and clean, you had everything you needed it for a short stay in Milan. There is a lift which is handy. Location is amazing, shops near by, quite at night, but also very enjoyable to go for walks. It was quite cold at the apartment in November, but it was our fault as we are not used to the heating system in Italy so sometimes that little conditioner worked, sometimes it did not. Otherwise fab flat! The only issue I had was with the lady who works at the agency. I messaged them to come a bit early to drop the bags, and since I never got a reply (and received email on how to access the apartment) I decided to go to the apartment and hopefully it would be possible to leave those heavy bags. When my family and I arrived to the place we were greeted by a friendly person who was cleaning the flat and said we should wait for 15 minutes which is fair. Then I got the call from the agency lady who spoke to me as I was a child explaining to me that it’s not ok to come in unannounced. This is the first time I had someone talking to me this way when dealing with accommodation. It was patronising. I understand that it must be annoying that guests coming in earlier than they supposed to, yet there is no need to talk to your guests in a patronising manner. The lady on the phone could have been a lil bit friendlier and welcoming. Because of that, I sadly won’t be rebooking specifically with this agency.
- O'dwyer (8/5): If the above issues where resolved it would be 10/10 - Clean Difficult open door 4 set of keys very confusing
WiFi not working which was disappointing
- Luca (1/5): Bad - It was horrible. No cleaning lady before we arrived. Salami on the table. Dirty bed sheets.
- Dila (6/5): Pleasant - The location is nice.
When I contacted the house owner about the floating bathroom, they offered the housekeeping to come check... The maintance of the house is horrible! Within 2 minutes of the shower, the whole bathroom, even a little bit of the entrance of the bedroom, floated.
The tap was dripping all night long.
The kitchen was equipped, however don't expect anything necessary including salt, pepper, tea, coffee and so on.
Finally, there is no way 2 people can fit that extra bed in the living room. The house is max for 3 people.
- Jelena (7/5): Overall nice apartment, but there is room for improvement. - The location is very good, nice neighborhood, close to good restaurants and there are markets close by. The owner was very helpful and very nice helping us find where the apartment is and how the keys work and everything. The kitchen looks great, we didn’t use it much though. As everyone says the water in the toilet is running all the time. There is no place to hang a towel in the bathroom, which is very annoying. It could be cleaner. Bathroom is very very small, and the shower curtain could be cleaner. Bad was ok, but the pillows are very thin.
- Ivana (9/5): Good accommodation in Milan - Everything about accomodation was OK. One morning a craftsman was walking by our window and woke us up.
The bathroom has windows facing the kitchen.
- Brandon (9/5): Superb - The apartment is big enough for 3 people! Kitchen was really well equipped! The keys to the door were wonky..
- Giorgos (6/5): Pleasant - The room is near to the metro station. The bathroom faucet was running all the time
- Daisy (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (8/5): Pleasant - Nice and lovely in a traditional Milan building The building
- Musuli (6/5): Pleasant -
- Aleksandre (10/5): Exceptional -
- Warren (9/5): Superb -
- Kristina (7/5): Good place if you’re a tourist and coming mostly for sleeping - The location is nice - close to the central station, transport and the city centre (about 20-30 minutes by walking)
For the short stay everything is provided from facilities The door is broken a bit and sometimes it’s hard to open it. We’ve asked two beds to be done, but only one was ready and no second bed linen had been provided. The nearest house is under construction, so there was some noise starting from 7am
- Κωνσταντίνος (7/5): Good - Not enough big windows, not an automatic espresso machine with tablets, small bathroom, no smart tv....no tv at all
- Maksim (8/5): Very good - Close to city center, 30 minute walk to Duomo, supermarket and cafes nearby The smart lock was stuck so we couldn't get the keys at the arrival, had to spent the night at a hotel
- Dovile (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jaime (9/5): Superb - The location is very nice and the house is quite comfortable. There was nothing in the kitchen, no coffee, oil, etc.
- Ana (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great. Within minutes we could reach multiple means of transportation, restaurants, anything we could think of.
There are even a few supermarkets around.
The place is quiet, however, there were some constructions being done during the day, but we were out for most of the day time. The place wasn't very clean.. especially the bathroom and overall the floors. The bathroom is so small and not being clean makes it difficult to use. And it is an ooooold bathroom overall - the toilet water was running non stop, pretty loud at night. And the lights in the bathroom weren't strong at all - that kinda dimmed yellow.
The bedroom's light was from 2 bed side lights, clipped onto the bedframe..
- Maj (9/5): Nice apartment a short walk from city center - The apartment was located in a quiet area a ~20 minutes walk away from the city center. It was well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen equipment and bathroom could have been cleaner.
- Karolina (8/5): Price/quality ratio was very good. The location was great. Only a weird bathroom was a tiny minus. -
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable -
- Elisa (8/5): Very good -
