- Gülbeyaz (4/5): - Sehr gute Lage, Freundliches Personal Mir würde die Unterkunft Gebühr zweimal berrechnet. Nach melden wurde der zweite Betrag wieder zurück bezahlt. In Lobby ist eine renovation, darum alles baustelle - sollte online bescheid gegeben sein!
- Julia (4/5): Katastrophe in sehr guter Lage - Die Lage ist wirklich gut, dann hört es aber auch schon wieder auf. Nachdem ich Frühstück gebucht hatte und es aber kein Buffet aufgrund der Baustelle gab, was zuvor nicht kommuniziert wurde, hab ich am 2. Morgen Frühstück aufs Zimmer bekommen. Ich hatte erstmal Probleme das Hotel überhaupt zu finden, der Außenbereich war komplett in Baustellenfolie gehüllt. Das ganze Hotel ist die reinste Baustelle, das Treppenhaus ist überall vollgestellt. Ich hatte ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, ob das wirklich eins gewesen sein soll kann ich nicht sicher sagen, als ich nachfragen wollte schlief der einzige Mitarbeiter im Check in Bereich. Erst durch mehrmaliges klingeln erwachte er. Das Zimmer ist nachts sehr hell und man hört alles von draußen. Der Fön war eiskalt und lies sich nicht wärmer stellen. Shampoo und Duschgel waren nicht aufgefüllt, ich vermute stark dass darin einfach nur Wasser war.

- Dany S (9/5): Ottimo hotel in posizione eccezionale - L' hotel è in una posizione eccezionale, vicino alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici, comodo per visitare molti punti di interesse a piedi. La colazione abbondante e ben variegata tra dolce e salato. Lo staff gentilissimo. Asciugamani e set ciabatte puliti tutti i giorni. Ascensore. Le camere sono più piccole di quanto sembra dalle foto, ma tutto sommato, solo per andarci a dormire, va benissimo. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva bene, ma mi hanno spiegato che è stato un danno causato dai precedenti ospiti.

Henkilökunta on poikkeuksellisen ystävällistä, avuliasta ja palveluhenkistä, aina valmiita auttamaan hymyssä suin. Kaiken kaikkiaan loistava hinta laatusuhde. - Antonio (1/5): Peggiore esperienza di sempre in hotel - Solo la posizione ma peggiore esperienza in hotel di sempre Tutto pessimo. Per un giorno e mezzo (notte inclusa) è stato attivato un gruppo elettrogeno per rifornire la struttura di corrente elettrica con i cavi che camminavano lungo le scale. Risultato: zero ore di sonno e la struttura ne si è scusata ne ad oggi ritiene doveroso un rimborso. Al tempo stesso è rimasto il collegamento elettrico di un asciugacapelli nella presa elettrica e seppur segnalato non sono intervenuti dicendoci fino al.check out che sarebbero intervenuti. No comment, hotel da incubo.
- Regina (7/5): New but poorly maintained rooms with great location - The location is good and the value for money for my specific dates was great. The hotel is one of the most renovated in the area. However, as it's poorly maintained, I wouldn't advise to stay here long, otherwise, ask to fix all broken items first. I've stayed in the smallest room of 10 M2 which was also fine as I've only slept there. The view was not to the garden but to the yard and half view to the neighboring building wall instead, which was still fine as it was quiet. Surrounding is perfect: safe and very close to the train station and sightseeing.

- Alexandra (1/5): Unpleasant - Location. I booked deluxe family suite and was given two different small rooms that couldn’t fit a size 28 luggage sideways properly just to know how tight it was. The shower doesn’t have a proper cover door and bulb are missing. I asked for AC remote after check-in at night, they said I can come pick it up the next morning because no and at the desk. When I complained the bathroom glass door is bad at 8am, they said something will come and checked it and nobody came until I called booking.com to cancel. I booked 4 nights and I spent 1 miserable night till I checked out next day.

Персонал очень приветливый и всегда готовь придти на помощь. Номера в хорошем состоянии, порадовал санузел и нормальный напор воды, без перебоев. - Bilyana (7/5): Добро местоположение, но до там. - Хотелът е много близо до гара Серкеджи, в район с много заведения и магазини. Стаята макар и миниатюрна, беше чиста. С кола е невъзможно да се стигне до хотелът, но ние знаехме това предварително. Много пъти сме отсядали в този район на Истанбул и сме свикнали с малките стаи, но тази в която ни настаниха беше направо миниатюрна. Най-големият ми проблем обаче беше матрака. Цяла вечер съм се борила с него и с гравитацията.

- Valery (1/5): Ни в коем случае не доверяйте средней оценке тут на букинге! - хорошее расположение. в целом, на мой взгляд, средняя оценка - 5 баллов, не более. (причина такой высокой оценки, я думаю, в том, что многие проживающие по просьбам персонала отменяют бронь во время регистрации и, естественно, потом не могут оставить отзыв, см. ниже) Что касается указанной тут в многих отзывах "чистоте". Ну... Я жил во многих турецких отелях (не по "все включено", а именно объехав полстраны на машине, останавливаясь на ночевки по одному дню), поэтому готов к тому, что турецкая чистота имеет свои "особенности", но обнаруженные при заселении (как в первый, так и во второй номер) длинные черные волосы в ванной и на кровати (а у нас все - блондинки), а также ужасный запрелый запах в номере и сырой запах в ванной - заставляют сомневаться в этих утверждениях. Ну а про грядные стены, дырки в стенах, плитку в ванной я уже не говорю, да и это особо то и не напрягает. Ну и "вишенка на торте". Было весело заметить, как "милая хозяйка" поправляла утром блюда на шведском столе и, при этом, уронила с одного из блюд печенье на пол (вернее, чуть ли не закатилось под стол). Ну ничего страшного - просто подняла и положила обратно на блюдо. Если говорить о завтраке, то лучшее блюдо - чай и халва. (некоторые салаты и на вид и на вкус были явно вчерашние. во второй день на завтрак мы не пошли). Мы приехали в час ночи. Молодой человек при регистрации стразу же попросил отменить бронь на букинге, при этом внятного ответа - зачем ему это надо - мы не получили (и причина не только в экономии на отчислениях букингу, для чего это делают некоторые отдели, но это понятно стало позднее). Итак, у нас был забронирован номер "Семейный суперлюкс" (на 2 ночи), а молодой человек провел нас чуть ли не в подвальное помещение вообще без окон (!!!) и без места для того, чтобы разложить чемоданы (т.к. было 4 кровати плюс двухярусная кровать). При этом, пытался утверждать, что это именно тот номер, который я бронировал. Но, после того, как я показал ему фотографии "Семейного суперлюкса" из моего бронирования (где на всех фото номера с окнами) и попросил его показать, где же в этом предоставленном номере окна, а также указанные в списке удобств при бронировании "Вид на достопримечательность", "Вид на город", "Доступны смежные номера", он "согласился", что номер не тот. Но, только завтра... Т.е. одну из двух забронированных ночей нам придется вот в этом подвале переночевать. Назавтра "милая хозяйка" объяснила мне, что я ничего не понимаю, они все предоставили правильно, я сам виноват (плюс букинг тоже виноват), но, т.к. она "хочет сделать меня счастливым", то переселит нас в другой номер, но... где-то только в 14:00. Думаю, что если бы я отменил бронь на букинге при регистрации, то никто никуда переселять нас, конечно же, не стал бы... В итоге, все-таки, нас в 14:00 (из-за чего нам пришлось изменить наши планы) переселили в 2 смежных номера (один из них, очень крошечный и с видом, вернее выходом из окна на какую-то техническую террасу).
