• Kuba (7/5): W porządku na 2/3 noce. Bardzo dobra cena i komfort niezły. Właściciele super! - Sympatyczni i bardzo pomocni właściciele, szybki i łatwy kontakt, atmosfera rodzinna. Pomagali nam w przypadku dodatkowych próśb. Bardzo dobra cena, czysto. Prywatne podwórko, co jest plusem w przypadku posiadania skutera/rowerów. Czysto. Brakowało jedynie płynów do mycia w łazience i lepszej jakości tv (problemy z aplikacjami w nim typu netflix). Prysznic typowo albański, nad kiblem, co powodowało dyskomfort, ale za tą cenę nie można narzekać.
• Pawel (10/5): To już kolejny raz i jak zawsze super miasto i nocleg. - Świetne miejsce aby spędzić zarówno klika jak i kilkanaście dni… Super czysto, klimatyzacja działa wzorowo, ciepła woda oczywiście jest, mega wygodne łóżko! Cisza, która w tym mieście nie jest tak oczywista…w końcu to Półwysep Bałkański… I bardzo miły i komunikatywny właściciel… Zdecydowanie polecam!!! Jest wzorowo!

I had everything that was written on booking . It was noisy course of renovation nearby , but it can be everywhere and not a fault of owner.

• Ilija (7/5): - Lage war nicht schlecht, was mich nicht gefallen hat das der fernsehen nicht funktioniert hat, ich habe den Vermieter aufmerksam gemacht aber hat sich nicht gerührt und gekommen das zu reparieren.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay ! The shower is close to the toilet, but that’s common in Albania i guess!

Co ważne dobra baza wypadowa, niedaleko do miejsca (ok. 10 min ), gdzie odbierają jeśli korzysta się z wycieczek z polskich biur podróży. Prysznic ze słabym odplywem i za blisko toalety (pomijając brak zasłonki, ale w Albanii to częste:))
• Mónica (9/5): Excelente para el precio - La ubicación es excelente. El anfitrión es amable. La habitación es pequeña pero es suficiente para pocos días y estaba muy limpia. Aunque no es muy relevante, no había colgador de toallas en el baño y las cortinas de la habitación eran algo translúcidas y demasiado pequeñas para la ventana. El baño es el típico de Albania, con la ducha encima del váter, pero te acostumbras. Algo que me ha sorprendido en todos los alojamientos que he reservado aquí es que no usan cajas con código para las llaves, por lo que hay que coordinar la hora de entrada con antelación. Eso resta libertad y condiciona a ambos, huéspedes y anfitriones. Yo instalaría una de esas cajas para dejar la llave y el pago, y asunto arreglado. No aceptan tarjeta.

• Pizzi (9/5): - L'appartamento è stato ottimo per il nostro soggiorno a Durres, era pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Buona la posizione vicino alla spiaggia e con diversi supermercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Il proprietario è stato un host eccezionale, sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande. Raccomandiamo questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole!

• Jenny (10/5): Приятно място за кратък престой. - На изключително добро място - близо до плажа, заведенията, магазини. Банята миришеше изключително неприятно. Душът беше буквално върху тоалетната чиния.
• Joshua (8/5): Great spot close to Durres beach and restaurants. - Great location, friendly host, good facilities and ample parking. Generally was very clean, however the bedsheets had a few stains and the toilet leaked (host was fixing it).
• Paulius (10/5): Exceptional - * Huge and comfy bed; * Friendly host; * There was a small private balcony with a table and two chairs where you can sip your morning coffee; * Our room had a small fridge in it; * Free street parking outside the building; * We got our room already cooled (AC was running). It was a nice gesture from the host; * Everything was very clean; * Great value for money; * Great location - 350 meters walk to the main street where all the restaurants and fast food places are. * Bathroom door only opens half way, and then it hits the sink. Interior design flaw.

• Maid (8/5): Very good - Pleasant host, efficient communication, location 7m from the main promenade by the sea, neat and renovated room, with TV and air conditioning. Non-functionality of the room. Although the room is neat and clean, the room does not have 3 chairs even though it is rented for 3 people, there is no section of the room (balcony, courtyard, hall) where things can be dried after coming from the beach, but all wet things must be dried in the room. The bathroom does not have a window, there is a small fan that works, but if it turns off,after 10 minutes a very unpleasant smell from the underwater systems begins to spread. The key is universal for all rooms, so the safety of valuables left in the room is questionable.

Loved dhe accomodation and location, pretty much exceeded my expectations I will be coming back with a larger group, in a few weeks for a quick getaway. Great working space for my freelance activities also

The location is at the heart of Beach, Durres, close to the best restaurants and beach bars in the area Indeed everything was new, and sparkling clean Alfred comes with tons of help and shortcuts as the hosting family lives in the building Free parking and wifi is a bonus ;)
• Igli (10/5): Just perfect! - Every thing was perfect. The room was spacious, the kitchen were complited with all the equipment. The bathroom was very clean. The host was very helpfull and kindness. The wifi was very strong. Ideal for the couple with children. Place to park the car.
