- Nicole (8/5): A good choice for a holiday - The room is spacious. Shampoo, conditioner and soap is provided more than enough. The towels are a bit yellowish. It's time to buy another lot. The room looks like an apartment but there is no induction cooker or pots provided for simple cooking. There is only a glass wall to link the bathroom and the bedroom. The privacy is lowered.

If I sat back, I couldn't bend my legs! It was the only spot to watch tv/movie. My bed was made very roughly, without any care.

We were given an accessible room, the shower leaked all over the large bathroom floor. The bed was on the wrong side of the room it should have been on the opposite wall from the entry. Pool garden needs a weed.

Next day when checking out, 1. I requested the staff, whether we could delay the check out for an hour, he said NO. 2. Then I requested, if we check out and then use the swimming pool for some time as my kids were so interested.. Again all I got was a flat “NO” ..

- Roger (9/5): Modern accom in Rye - The accommodation is modern and spacious. It's only a short walk to various eateries, and to the beach across the road. There's a bistro in the adjoining pub. There were no luggage racks/stands. Despite being a very large room, there was minimal furniture. There was no desk and no cabinet, which could have easily fitted. A soft closing toilet seat would be appropriate for the otherwise modern standard of bathroom fittings.

Overall, this made it seem overpriced in comparison to similar properties.
