• Richard (8/5): It was a very enjoyable stay and we would book it again - Thank you Kristina - A good location and perfect for exploring the Mornington Peninsula. The supermarket and beach were close by as well . The property was clean and well furnished for our stay with the bathroom of a very high standard. Deceptively spacious with 2 good size bedrooms, bathroom , laundry area , kitchen and lounge/dining area Some minor points which would have helped There were spare pillows but no pillow cases for them. A more detailed instruction to set up the TV for a technophobe like me 😂 There were no washing machine liquids available

• Marnie (8/5): Location was great, very peaceful. If after comfort, this is not the place. Not ideal for families with toddlers. - The location was good. Close to beach and shops. Very quiet. Most of the house has been renovated. Kitchen facilities were great. Nice bathroom. Excellent shower. The beds, doona and pillows. The mattress have been well used, quite uncomfortable. In one bedroom the bed was just two mattresses on top of one another. The doona and pillows were just fluff. We only had one towel each for both nights.The back garden needs to be maintained. And they only left out two and a half rolls of toilet. If we needed more we would need to get it ourselves. As two middle aged women, who paid $325 a night, we should not have to ration out toilet paper.

• Patrycja (5/5): I'm sorry for the owner that the cleaning ladies cheat him like that😕 - The house was renovated, but the cleaners don't clean.🤢 The bed creaked so much that I was afraid to turn over to the other side.🙈 Everything in the kitchen was dirty and sticky with grease, 🤢and in the shower, there was soapy water instead of soap.🙈

• Caitlyn (9/5): A lovely little unit getaway in McCrae - The location was fabulous and the property was clean and well equipped. The fee includes internet and Netflix which is a pleasant touch and there was plenty of communication to the owners.
• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - We love the facilities and the hot heating floor in the bathroom. As well as the convenience in the location! It was a bit dusty in some areas and there were blood stains in the master bedroom blankets.

The front door needs a blind to pull down as it was difficult to see the tv screen before it got dark outside. There were only two bath towels we would have preferred to have two in each bedroom, even though it was only my dad and I.

The place was clean and had everything they promised. Highly recommend this place where everything else in the surrounding cost you arm and a leg 🤭

We couldn't let our dog out there as he wanted to eat the weeds. Instructions on how to use the TV would have been helpful.

• Jaxt (8/5): Reasonably priced, comfy holiday unit in central location of Mornington Peninsula - Location is up hill, set back from nice walking beach of McCrae. Coles, couple of lovely Cafe's and a yummy Greek restaurant all within walking distance. Room to park 2 cars (one in small garage, one in front of garage, right outside front door, so great if 2 couples are sharing! Toilet was separate to bathroom so that was great when sharing with friends too. We used the bbq grill and it worked fine. Kitchen usable, nice big fridge. Had some sugar, tea, coffee, salt, pepper and oils for cooking already in the kitchen (which we didn't need as we'd bought our own but would have been appreciated, had we needed them)! Shower was a rain shower. Very quiet at night which was lovely for sleeping. The hostess, Kristina, was very quick to reply to queries and most helpful.
• Burak (1/5): absolute worst experience we had for any booking via booking.com - The location is good. McCrae is one of the best places to stay in the Peninsula. We made an honest mistake about the check-out day and time. We apologized, we were out and rushed back to the property. We told them that we will be back in 30 mins. When we were back, our personal belongings were thrown out. Our food from the fridge, our toiletteries, and open luggages were on the floor outside. We never experienced such intrusive behavior before. This is far from acceptable behavior. This inconvenienced the host for an hour only and had three hours to clean the place. Although the place looked tidy, the floor is extremely dirty, the sofa had stains and crumps on it. Thus should not have surprised us as thd cleaner spent only 30 mins to clean the place. The bed is also extremely uncomfortable.
