• Sara (6/5): Muy caro para lo que ofrece el apartamento - Ubicación , disponibilidad al llamar, aunque no pudieron resolver algunas cosas, TV con adaptación a smart ! Bien decoradas para navidad las instalaciones No TV en las habitaciones, la única del salón no es smart TV (tiene algo para poder conectar netflix pero no funcionó). El baño para mejorar( muy grande pero nada confortable, la ducha un desastre) calidad pésima de todo el mobiliario,tanto en el salón como la cocina. El microondas casi inutilizable, puesto encima de un corcho y no quedaba recto! Se nos calló la taza donde calentábamos la leche.ascensor al piso 1 , cargar maletas para luego llegar al piso tres y volver a bajar ! Los codigos para entrada no siempre funcionaron , una mañana no pudimos acceder al piso !

Aucune vue extérieure, au-dessus d'un restaurant donc impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer sans avoir de fortes odeurs de cuisine. Rénovation de fortune (simili carrelage sur murs de la cuisine) télécommande de la TV qui ne fonctionnait pas, soit disant une smart TV, impossible d'accéder au menu dédié.
• Noelia Berta (6/5): Gran ubicación, pleno centro de Madrid, el apartamento es muy amplio. - La ubicación, y el espacio del apartamento en general Las escaleras q hay q subir con todo el equipaje a cuestas son muchas. Las camas muy incómodas, no se descansa y hay un ruido permanente en la habitación que supongo viene desde fuera, como en el patio interno que es muy molesto. El mando del dispositivo wifi para la tv no funcionaba

• Jane (3/5): An absolutely inappropriate alternative - not worth the money and feel we should be compensated for the location and pro - Relatively modern It was no where near the location we picked and was changed within 2 days of travel so I don’t feel that we had a choice but to accept it - it was no where near the centre where we had originally booked. The reason we were in Madrid was to meet family from all over the world for a family wedding and we were then nowhere near the rest of the party and were in a very rough part of Madrid with gangs of people hanging around day and night - clearly dealing in drugs . This was not a safe experience and totally unsuitable location
• J.P. (5/5): Enjoyed the location but apartment didn't meet expectations - Enjoyed the location. Apartment was clean. Check the fees, there's a $300 deposit or pay a €16 waiver. They also charged €50 for a travel cot which we haven't experienced while traveling to date. You’ll need a phone with mobile data at all times to access the electronic key, as the backup code option can be unreliable when trying to get past the 2nd security door. Note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor (approx. 6 flights of stairs). While there is a lift, it only starts at the 1st floor and stops a flight of stairs above 3 so there’s still stair climbing required, something to consider if you have heavy luggage or young children. Ride share and taxi drop-off/pick-up is about 250m from the building. The second bedroom is separated from the living room by a curtain, not a solid wall. The air conditioning controls are fixed to a wall and do not allow much user adjustment. Also, the microwave is placed on a piece of aeroboard, which feels a bit makeshift.

• Randy (9/5): Great location with walking distance to most sites of interest. Careful if you have a hard time with stairs. - Location was amazing right in the middle of Puerta del Sol. There were a couple issues (non-functioning air controller in one room and the shampoo dispenser in the shower was broken) in which after texting the staff they were friendly and all fixed in the same day. The elevator starts on the first half floor (European ground floor is ‘0’, not ‘1’ like in the US). Hence, you will have to take your luggage or walk up (or down) at least half floor to get to the apartment floor. Also, there was just one bathroom/shower, which was sometimes challenging for a party of 5 people.

• Naveen (8/5): Definitely a good place to stay in city centre - Right in the heart of city where all the action is . Everything is mins away from the place . Great amenities and extremely nice property. Great host and were extremely caring and communicated throughout the stay, which was reassuring . Only challenge is reaching this place with your luggage, it’s a 5-7 mins walk from the closest taxi drop off. Be mindful of that. And also the lift is not from the ground floor so you need to carry luggage to 1st floor to take the lift. It’s a challenge if you are travelling with large luggage’s

• Adriana (8/5): Beautiful apartment located close to the main atractions in Madrid. - Excellent location! Even though it’s in Puerta del Sol you won’t hear noise. Well equipped, comfortable rooms and has big bathroom. To get the elevator you need to go up more than 20 stairs that when you travel with seniors or have mobility restrictions may be a problem. We went at the end of your euro trip and had heavy luggage and going up/down was painful. Fortunately when we left an angel helped us take our luggage down the stairs. Other than that. I will highly recommend it.
