• Selene (7/5): Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, buona posizione della casa per esplorare l’intera isola. - Soggiorno piacevole a Las Palmas, buona posizione per spostarsi anche in altri posti dell’isola. Struttura luminosa e accogliente. Purtroppo in una stanza non c’è una finestra e l’umidità crea un odore un po’ spiacevole, ma niente di troppo esagerato. Un bagno solo in 4 è un po’ scomodo ma ci si adatta! La struttura è pulita si, ma bisognerebbe migliorare: c’è polvere.

• Andrew (8/5): Nice stay, but don't be late arriving - Very clean, and all the facilities needed. High ceilings and mirrors give the impression of light and space. My bedroom was enormous! Excellent location close to Canteras beach. Through no fault of our own our flight was delayed, and then there were massive queues at the airport because of the new way of dealing with UK travellers after Brexit. We arrived at 9.10pm and so were given a €35 surcharge for arriving 10 minutes after the 9.00pm cut-off time. It was my fault that I didn't read the small print at the time of booking, but it is a pity the owners couldn't have reminded us of the possible surcharge because I had consistently told them we would hopefully arrive between 8.00 and 9.00pm. Another option (rather than charging guests this surcharge) would be to send the code for the front door via WhatsApp. Although the couple that greeted us and showed us the property were lovely, they didn't really need to be there if we had been sent the entry code in advance, and in case we were delayed. Although this is a negative, we did like the property itself.
• Noelia (8/5): - La cercanía a la playa de las canteras, está a unos 8-10 minutos. El colchón, para mi gusto demasiado blando.
• Sonia (1/5): Estancia muy desagradable - La ubicación Mucho cuidado con el check in presencial que realizan. En nuestro caso fue utilizado, aún habiendo llegado en horario, para solicitarrnos mediante mensajes recurrentes a WhatsApp y email durante varios días, 35€ extras a abonar en una plataforma de pago desconocida. Tuvimos que llamar a Booking, lo paralizó de inmediato. Olor a moho y mucha humedad, hay signos de ello en las paredes.... Sin luz natural en las habitaciones. Antiguo local mal reacondicionado, imposible la ventilación, solo hay una ventana al exterior en un extremo. Los techos excesivamente altos, la gran profundidad y una habitación construida con pladur y sin ventanas, dificultan aún más la renovación y circulación del aire. Estancia muy desagradable.
• Carmen (9/5): - Amplio, camas cómodas , lavadora y secadora que viene muy bien, incluso lavavajillas, plancha y secador de pelo. La chica que nos atendió muy bien y las indicaciones para llegar muy bien también. Por decir algo…. El aparcamiento un poco mal por esta zona, pero con paciencia…. Se aparca bien. Nos facilitaron un parking cercano pero no necesite utilizarlo.

• Tomasz (1/5): Horrible experience!!! - Only living room seemed to look ok. Reasonable communication only until check-in. The stay turned into a nightmare afterward. After the first night, I requested toilet paper, trash bags, and an extra blanket. Since I was with my pregnant wife, a small child, and an elderly person, we wanted to move to the living room to sleep there. The request was denied. All the bedrooms had a pervasive smell of mildew, dampness, and mold. I discovered that every mattress had urine stains on both sides. In the master bedroom, we had to remove cockroaches daily. When I reported this to the owners, I was informed that our belongings would be thrown out of the apartment. Our trip became a nightmare. We left the apartment four nights early and received no refund. Horrible experience.
