• Mark (10/5): Quiet, comfortable and very very clean. 10 out of 10 Thankyou. - The place was conveniently located for the purposes of my trip although I was surprised to find a ferry on my route which was the fault of Google maps not the Guest house, I suspects google get commision from tolls. The late check in was very much appreciated as it allowed me to drive further so I managed to cut 120km off the next leg of the trip. The owner talked me through entry and spoke very good English which was a blessing for me in Germany. The place was super clean, No smoking allowed within which is perfectly ok. I am a smoker but don't even smoke in my own house, future guests will find an ash tray close to the entrance of the property which is great. Shared bathrooms were spotless, Kitchen was clean, Linen was of good quality and the bed was very comfortable and the area was very quiet at night. The owner really did his research when setting this place up. Ticked every box for me to be honest. I don't usually bother leaving reviews and I do alot of travelling but once every now and then I get pleasantly surprised and this is one of those occasions. Despite travelling since early morning I emailed the owner on arrival commenting on how clean the place was. After a long ferry and drive it was a very pleasant surprise.

• Poser (9/5): für Geschäftsreise ideal da günstig und gute Parkmöglichkeiten, schön eingerichtet und ruhig - sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtete Unterkunft mit großem Esstisch, Küche, Dusche und WC; das Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und Fernseher mit FireTV; ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße in Blumenthal; wir waren auf Geschäftsreise und fanden die Unterkunft sehr schön; die Küche hat eine Filterkaffeemaschine, die wir morgens vor der Abfahrt genutzt haben, auch Gewürze, Zucker, usw. alles vorhanden, Spülmaschine, Seifenspender in der Dusche, Handtücher, etc.; also ich würde sagen vollständig eingerichtet, man muss nichts mitbringen; gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Wochenende, konnten abends den LKW direkt an der Straße neben der Unterkunft parken das Einchecken war bei der Rückkehr vom Lieferlieferdienst um die Ecke etwas tricky und hat erst nach ein paar Versuchen geklappt, evtl. ein Benutzerfehler; leider wenige Ausgehmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, da ruhige Wohngegend mit Gewerbegebiet am Stadtrand; wir hatten Glück, dass es erst 21:30 war, da die meisten Imbisse und Restaurants dort um 22 Uhr schlossen (Samstag), so dass wir noch bei der Pizzeria um die Ecke etwas bekommen haben.

Wer das sucht und mit der Ortslage einverstanden ist, ist hier richtig. - Sehr sauber, sehr funktional und insgesamt sehr preiswert. Nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag, der das Gesamturteil nicht schmälert: Schön wäre ein Hinweis im Angebot, dass Küche, Dusche und WC über den Flur erreichbar sind.

• Altynbek (10/5): - I liked everything. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and responsive (responding to any request promptly – they quickly changed towels, provided scales, etc.), and they were neat and always kept the place clean and tidy. The location is very convenient, with a train and bus stop nearby, and most importantly, a large hypermarket nearby. The shower, kitchen, and toilet were clean and well-equipped. Overall, I recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay, and most importantly, a relatively affordable one. Ideally, a washing machine would be included, but there's a good, affordable laundromat within walking distance.
