• MARIIA (4/5): Complete photo mismatch and neglect of guests - Good location near the metro and attractions, prompt communication with the owner. Picture and reality — heaven and earth. Instead of the promised cosiness, we were greeted by a cold, cluttered space. The owner obviously saves on everything: the apartment has an ice floor made of porcelain stoneware, while there are no disposable slippers. Neglect of details is amazing: there are no basic napkins, a cup for toothbrushes and even a horn for shoes. The garbage bags ran out, in fact, without even beginning. All cabinets and mezzanines are filled with the owner's personal belongings and household junk. The plumbing is in poor condition: the toilet lid without reference points, the bidet mixer without the aerator, the shower cubicle baseboard is broken. Kitchen utensils are "tired" junk, dishes are antediluvial and non-functional. Instead of the declared coffee machine, there is an ancient geyser coffee maker. The lack of a dishwasher and normal household chemicals only confirms the low aesthetic level of housing and the desire to get "quick money" without investing in service. Despite the quick connection with the owner and proximity to the metro, it will not be possible to get enough sleep: the old window frames are leaky, there is no noise insulation, and because of the second floor, the noise from the catering establishments in the house interferes early in the morning. The price absolutely does not correspond to the quality. I don't recommend it, pass by.

• giselle (4/5): It is not good - Maybe is good located No hot water. We struggle to take a shower the first day. We had to call the property manager. The floor was sticky, it was not well cleaned. The bed were not beds, not even for the master bedroom. The bathroom was not clean enough.

• Estíbaliz (10/5): Excelente ubicación, limpio y cómodo. - La ubicación es excelente, está muy cerca de todo. Se puede ir andando a cualquier parte. No es necesario coger bus o metro. Todo bien.

• Heidi (9/5): Would stay here again. - Would stay here again! This one bedroom was bright and spacious. We had four suitcases laid on the floor and they did not get in our way. We could all sit at the table for meals. Loved how the hosts provided detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, find the keys and also checked we had arrived safe. They made up the sofa bed for us. Had plenty of towels, soap and toilet paper. The area is close to public transport with lots of reasonably priced take-away or dining options. Walking distance to the square. Plus there is a lift! At times can be noisy - think Saturday night police cars, although we did sometimes hear the gibbons from the zoo. Pillows are not great (like pancakes stuffed with rocks) and the shower is that small European floods the bathroom style. We also had some dramas with the city tax - were asked to leave cash on the table. Most places we stayed just added to the bill to pay by credit card.
• Shevchuk (10/5): i’d recommend this apartment to everyone who comes visit rome - the apartment is situated in a perfect central location next to beautiful park and walking distance from everything one might need when traveling. the apartment has real nice italian style. very clean. great responsive host. i’ve got no complaints whatsoever no complaints

Piazza del Poppolo just across the street, Spanish steps one metro stop or walking distance away. Very pleased with location. Grocery shop just across the street. Bring your own hairdryer.
