Guest Reviews
- Jonathan (10/5): -
- Peter (9/5): - Fully equipped. Comfy bed. Hot water was initially broken, but they fixed it right away.
- Yasaman (10/5): -
- Higgins (9/5): Superb -
- Brenda (8/5): Lovely, private, safe, and quiet stay - Was on a beautiful green space on a hill, you can see the ocean and passing ferry / cruise ship from the bathroom window. Lovely little pond with sounds of nature and a nice little outdoor patio with fire ring.
Has coffee and tea available and fridge to keep some food. Well appointed with essentials and art and very clean! Very TINY! Be flexible!
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - It was close to a tiny pond with frogs that sing at night
The house is located in a great area quite and safe
Also we could hear peacocks from the animal farm near by too The only thing was that we didn’t have enough water for shower on the last day
- Miki (9/5): We don’t think we could live in a tiny house (we have too much stuff!), but it was fun to spend our vacation in one! - Cute, compact, secluded yet actually close to town There were ants .. not a swarm, but there always seemed to be a couple around the kitchen sink.
We just made sure to keep all our food in the fridge :)
- Sonja (10/5): Exceptional -
- Breeha (3/5): Poor - Looked like nothing that was showed in pictures.. owner wanted a deposit that she never returned and kept putting the price up daily. Because hotwater tank blew or something... I work nights so she was constantly banging on door whilst I was sleeping.
- John (8/5): A
Tiny Escape - Very pleasant cottage exceptiobally an thoughtfully well equiped. Accessibg the loft was a bit challenging for a 73 year old buy the bed was very comfortable.
- Terry-dayne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kim (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! A quaint path down to the tiny house was a stroll in nature. The house felt bigger than expected. It was very well laid out. We loved everything about it! The dead tree blocked the path. It should be moved as it was dark when we arrived and it looked like there was a passage through but there were more branches blocking it. It just took away from the experience as we arrived.
- Jon (9/5): Superb -
- Roger (9/5): Superb -
- Alejandro (10/5): Great place - Really nice and quiet place
- Kerstin (7/5): It was very quiet location and adequate for the time we spent there. It was very well supplied. - There were no flat sheets for the second bed
- Lauren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Butterwick (8/5): An amazing tiny space which had everything we needed. - No breakfast provided. Location very peaceful. Charming tiny house. Super organized and clean. Very awkward to get into bed. Not good for people w sore and stiff hips...
- Kanako (9/5): Cozy stay at mini house! - Cute and cozy place in beautiful setting!
Everything we needed was there. The place was small but very clean and cozy…perfect for my daughter and myself. The only thing was the amount of hot water we can use at once. We should have proportioned it correctly.
- Jacqueline (9/5): Superb -
- Worden (10/5): Exceptional - Peaceful and quiet. The perfect set up. The bed wS comfortable. I would like to stay again. I have nothing negative to say about A tiny escape. Nothing. I love it all. I can't write a sentence because it was great.
- Rich (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, was a perfect base to explore the Sunshine Coast. Would recommend and definitely repeat!
- Savage (8/5): A cute, easy, and convenient stay - This property was super cute and fun to stay in. The tiny house is well stocked with coffee, tea, soaps, shampoo, or anything else you would need. There were also several spare blankets and plenty of pillows for lounging on the couch to watch a movie. It had a very cozy feel. We also like that this property was located between Sechelt and Gibsons, since we were visiting in both places. Overall, I would very much recommend staying here. N/A
- Monique (8/5): Very good - It is a lovely tiny house in a great location. Very private and quiet yet close to Gibsons.
However, there are three different houses (which I didn't realise) and one has a loft bed (house nmr 2) that was extremely uncomfortable to get in and out of. Fine if you are young, but think twice if you are over 50 :-). We (over 50) liked the house despite the bed situation but just check which house you are booking! I always read reviews but never fine print, so here goes:
- This was the one and only place that I booked through Booking.com where I had to pay a damage deposit. This was fine, but really surprised me (after I booked cause didn't read the fine print).
- C.c. (7/5): Good - location the loft bed…
- Lisa (9/5): Superb -
- Lola (10/5): I would certainly go again - there was nothing to dislike. It was absolutely gorgeous . quiet, very quirky accommodation. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. there was nothing to
- Sepideh (8/5): Very good - The host is amazing. Also the attention to details to make the stay enjoyable is exceptional. From essential oils to sauces, spices, board games, lotions, and artsy little decorations, you can find all in this super tiny cabin. Maybe a bit pricy but still doesn't damage the joy.
- Greg (8/5): Very good -
- Bhawandeep (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robin (10/5): Exceptional - such a cute property. a wonderful getaway from the city
- Ross (10/5): Bucolic , tres comfortable, handy to family in Roberts Creek, - what I really liked what's that Teresa had two tiny trailers on offer but the cabin, a third option not in season, she opened especially for us. Extra trouble she went to to make it ready because climbing the stairs in the two tiny cabins would not have worked for us ohh, I always like a place with a hot tub and her deck would be perfect for that but would cramp the patio table. There was a lovely shower and besides I know a hot tub would cost more.
the only other thing the weird cat pillar that felt spooky so I moved it to the entryway during our stay.
the accommodation options on their website are a little confusing.
- Xavier (10/5): Exceptional -
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Location. Cleanliness. Surroundings. Proximity of outdoor activities. Nothing.
- Lacey-ann (9/5): Cute, well stocked tiny home for a comfortable stay! - super cute little home with everything you need! comfy beds and pillows with lots of extra pillows and blankets if you need, wifi worked great and the kitchen was well stocked with things to cook with. getting there was easy and it’s only a few minutes from gibsons. very quiet didn’t see anyone while we were there. sofa bed was very uncomfortable so I wouldn’t stay there if you had to use that, but the queen bed is super comfy!
- Eoin (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing spot, mature garden, and we got to feed the fish!
- Bhagisha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely space, very clean with really nice wood decor! Communication excellent and easy instructions! N/A
- Greg (7/5): Did it and will adjust expectations for tiny homes in future. - location. very beautiful with fish pond and forest Small. Have to crawl into loft , bathroom more like small RV. Great for small fully flexible people
- Eduardo (8/5): Good base to explore Sunshine Coast - It is a good location and nice place There is no curtain in the bathroom. That was one point less but overall good stay
- Anastasiya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kylie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ally (9/5): The place has unique characters, very welcoming and cosy little cabins. Will visit again! - Escape 1 bathroom no space between shower and toilet. No room to change cloth. (My daughters stayed and they didn't like.)
- Siobhan (9/5): Relaxing, peaceful fun. - Quiet location with beauitful gardens and fun trout to feed(food supplied). Privacy. Unique My husband is tall so the loft bed proved a little uncomfortable for him. Only one frypan for cooking needs.
- Yue (4/5): Disappointing -
- Olivia (8/5): Very good -
- Olosok (9/5): Superb - Nature setting is the best
