• Ivan Gudjon (9/5): Do recommend - Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. Good amenities, amazing terrace, big house and spacious, stores are closeby, it's in the center and it only takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the zapillo beach area. Overall I had a very positive experience! Loud neighbors with animals, few cockroaches and the shower drain was nasty: so full of filth that the water went down very slowly and I always ended up having a shower + feet bath (sometimes above ankles) But the cockroach problem is VERY common in Almeria so it's not tied to this single house, and the house was clean so it has nothing to do with dirtiness

• Claudia (9/5): Muy buena - Lo mejor del apartamento es su anfitriona, Carmen. Siempre dispuesta y facilitándonos la estancia con sus explicaciones. Los servicios de la casa son muy buenos, tiene aire acondicionado en el salón y en las dos habitaciones (cosa que en verano se agradece), utensilios de limpieza, café, té, especias...incluso una colección de libros. El piso está muy cuidado y limpio. Al llegar tienes unas normas y recomendaciones sobre la casa muy completas. Hay unas cinco baldosas en la zona del salón-comedor algo rotas, que igual deberían cambiarse (por seguridad) porque sobresale un poquito. Y como recomendación, se podría cambiar el somier de la habitación de matrimonio.

• Cyril (9/5): - Appartement très spacieux et fonctionnel avec la petite touche en plus en ce qui concerne la terrasse avec vue sur l'Alcazaba, sublime forteresse se situant à deux pas 😊. La cathédrale et la statue en hommage à John Lennon sont également à quelques minutes de marche. L'appartement est un peu excentré par rapport à la gare et au cable ingles mais les taxis sont réactifs. Carmen est très gentille et à l'écoute. Elle a été de bon conseil en ce qui concerne notre périple dans le désert de Tabernas 🏜 ! Parfait !
• Anthony (8/5): 3 night stay - The host ,Carmel, l was very responsive and polite, even though we didn't actually meet in person. Loved the roof terrace. House was very clean and we had everything we needed. Carmel even bought us 2 beach towels after I had enquired prior to our visit We were there for 3 nights, which I think is long enough. There is a lovely tea house, within 2 minutes walk, recommend. The house is lovely, but some of the surrounding buildings were a little messy ( motorbike garage , next door ). We were never bothered by any of the locals, though They were quite friendly. Walk back from town, got a little monotonous after a couple of trips . I found the main bed a little too soft, so I slept in the single room. But I realise that this is preference.
• Vikki (10/5): Comfortable stay with stunning terrace - Very comfortable, clean accommodation with all the facilities we could want. Especially loved the AC and the large upstairs terrace with stunning views of the Alcazaba. Internal stairs and spiral staircase to the terrace were steep.

• Ryan (10/5): Lovely stay in Almería - Whilst visiting Almeria, we stayed at two properties managed by the same host, this property and La Casa Bonita. La Casa Verde was exactly as expected and described. La Casa Bonita was exceptional. So modern and decorated so well. The space has been used perfectly and it provides fantastic outside areas. The location for both are great for exploring the city. The host was fabulous. So pleasant, helpful and nothing was an issue for her. Thank you for a great stay.

• Ann (10/5): Lovely house in great location - Loved the location in quiet, local neighbourhood. Shops nearby, walking distance to centre, beaches, Alcazaba 5 mins away. House well equipped, clean and comfortable, nice decor. Carmen available and very helpful. Gave us good restaurant recds. A Railing on the stairs would be helpful for older guests.
• Patricia (8/5): Charming with fabulous views. - Located in the charming old quarter with fabulous views up to the Alcazaba. A short walk to the commercial centre. Very pleasant, helpful hostess. Lovely beds, bedding and very, very clean. Two bathrooms. Fantastic terrace. The terrace, whilst fantastic, is accessed via the second bedroom and the spiral staircase leading to it rather 'vertiginous'.... which could be an issue for those with mobility problems or the very young. There is no second balcony as such. The third (pull out) bed is on the communal landing area. A kettle would have been good (sorry - typical Brits and their tea!)
