• Laurence (8/5): - Très bon emplacement, facilité d'accès aux transports en commun. Spacieux, lumineux,propre, arrivée autonome pratique. Petit dossier envoyé sympa avec explications. Rapidité de réponse de la part du propriétaire. Calme pour un grand axe. Belle terrasse. Literie très confortable. Disponibilité de draps de bain. L'absence d'ascenseur !( 72 marches quand même 😅) Personnellement je n'avais pas trouvé dans l'annonce cette info.

• Larisa (10/5): Lovely affordable stay - Roomy place with 3 bedrooms, small balcony and a living room. There was a coffee machine and coffee and tea, pans and pots and everything you need to cook. Even a combi microwave oven and dishwasher.

• Amanda (10/5): Very nice apartment in a great location - Great location close to trains and walkable distance to city center. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and clean. All rooms have heat and ac. The rooftop deck was very nice for enjoying the sunshine. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend this property! Nothing. All was great for us.
• Martin (9/5): Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung - Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut; sie war sauber und aufgeräumt; zusätzlich war sie auch sehr groß, so dass man sich nach einem Sight-Seeing Besuch in Gent als Familie mal aus dem Weg gehen kann. Der Gastgeber war per WA sehr schnell erreichbar und kompetent in den Antworten zu unseren Fragen; Die Wohnung ist aufgrund der Lage am Bahnhof mit Blick auf die Gleise und einer stärker befahrenden Straße mit Straßenbahn sehr laut;

• Rahul_Patil (9/5): - The apartment is very conveniently located near Gent Sint-Pieters train station, with public transport just a 2-3 minute walk away. It’s ideal for getting around the city easily. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. The stairs are narrow, but manageable if you don’t have large bags. With bigger luggage, it does require a bit more effort, though it’s still accessible. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary facilities, making it comfortable for longer stays. The highlight of the apartment is definitely the large terrace, which adds to the overall charm. The view from the terrace is very nice and enhances the experience. Unfortunately, during my stay the weather was snowy and rainy, so I couldn’t fully enjoy the terrace. However, I would definitely like to book this place again, especially in better weather. Nothing - everything was good 😊

• Marta (10/5): Muy recomendable - El apartamento está muy bien equipado y es bastante amplio; sin lujos pero lo necesario para pasar unos días. Muy limpio y se ve todo muy nuevo. Teníamos café y té, y gel y champú en el baño, lo que es de agradecer. La terraza tiene que ser magnífica en cuanto haga buen tiempo. Hemos estado 6 noches y lo hemos usado como base para visitar otras ciudades de la zona flamenca. Al estar tan cerca de la estación de tren, es muy cómodo para los desplazamientos. El centro queda a unos 40 minutos a pie, pero se puede ir en tranvía. Solo advertir que es un 4º piso sin ascensor, con unas escaleras bastante empinadas. No recomendable para personas mayores con dificultades de movimiento. Las escaleras que suben a la habitación de la buhardilla también son muy empinadas.

• Olive (9/5): - Great location for exploring Ghent & a short train journey to Bruges. Fabulous apartment with 3 beds so perfect for a family of 2 adults & 2 teenagers. The outside patio was great on the balmy evenings. Equipped with everything required. Would definitely recommend. While the location was very convenient, it is sandwiched between the train & tram lines, so a little noisier than expected. Be careful with the dinky windows in the kitchen & main bedroom, especially with young children as they open fully from the 4th floor.

• Edward (9/5): Great apartment and facilities, but the terrace adds so much! - The big terrace was great with table and plenty of chairs to all sit and chat. Beds were all very comfortable and although it was very near the train line, the aircon allowed windows to be shut at night to make it quiet to sleep. Lots of space in the apartment and the kitchen was very good with a Nespresso coffee machine. The flights of stairs were fine for us but may be a struggle for those less mobile and the location is a little way from the centre of Ghent. Only things missing from the Kitchen was a toaster (but that's probably UK specific) and a couple of dishwasher tablets, but that's being picky

• Wronko (9/5): Lovely place to make your home while in Ghent with a modern well appointed apartment that is both functional and cozy. - Very lovely apartment with well appointed kitchen. Loved the towel warmer! Would caution anyone with small kids, large luggage or mobility issues to not consider this as a top pick. It’s a lovely place but the stairs up to the apartment are not for the faint of heart or heavy packers as they are very narrow and twisty by North American standards.
• David (9/5): Great place didn’t like the stairs - The apartment was updated nicely. Everything was clean, neat and up-to-date. The kitchen had all the kitchen utensils and everything was in great condition. It was clean and neat and a good value. The five flights of stairs going up to the apartment very narrow and difficult to ascend in addition the loft inside the apartment itself really needed and additional railing. My son fell on the second day and luckily wasn’t hurt seriously.

• Jo (9/5): Modern comfortable apartment - Great apartment walking distance from train station, tram and bus. Very well kitted out kitchen, large bathroom and comfortable beds. Close to supermarket and shops. Lovely outdoor deck that would be wonderful in Summer. Interesting spot to watch the trains go by. Stairs were a bit tricky with luggage but the apt was worth the effort. No washing machine, but good laundromat in walking distance.

• Nazli (9/5): Superb - Close the city centre, amazing and friendly host, well furnished/restorated , historical and elegant house with all necessities! Definitely recommend for all. Stairs can be challenging when you have to pick your kids stuffs because there is no lift.
• Zoé (9/5): A nice apartment in a good location. It - Good location, close to the train station and transit. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. It could use a real oven. The microwave/oven doesn’t work very well. Some pot holders would also be good. It’s not accessible to anyone with mobility problems.
