• Ronald (9/5): - Facilities were well stocked with household appliances and kitchenware. The sound of running water at night was a little unsettling.
• Maggie (7/5): Easy to get public transport, if you are a light sleeper look elsewhere. - Very close to metro and many restaurants around. Can get noisy, can hear people yelling from the street. Especially if there is an event next at Rogers Arena. The space could be updated with small fixes, filling holes in the wall and some paint. There were crumbs on the floor and bits of plastic on the countertop, and some areas had a lot of dust. The blinds could use a clean as well.

Air climatisé pour couvrir les bruits de la rue 6/10 Une deuxième chambre dans un sorte de garde-robe où le lit inconfortable dépasse la porte qui ne ferme pas 2/10 et secteur très très bruyant où on entant tout malgré les fenêtres fermées. Klaxon, sirène, cris 0/10, Et stores venicien qui laisse passer la lumière jour et nuit 2/10.

• James (10/5): Outstanding stay … well worthwhile considering this property for your stay in Vancouver. - Comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms & a sleep out. Excellent kitchen facilities with sufficient cooking utensils, pots & pans to do all your own cooking. Internet services & building facilities were excellent. The Apt is next door to the SkyTrain station, handy to luggage storage facilities, cafes & restaurants. 800 m walk to the centre of town, easy walk to Gastown & around the corner from Science World & walking tracks around False Creek. Excellent location. Great facilities. The property is located in an area impacted by the current homeless status in the city. We did however, have no problems in walking around prior to sunset. There is some road & rail noise - but this has a not uncommon in city properties (& inconvenience is far outweighed by access to the SkyTrain station).

• Des (6/5): 2 of 3 beds were horrible, mediocre cleanliness, very loud & bright. - Located in a dense area of downtown, did not feel safe to walk around due to many street entrenched people on the sidewalks. The condo was located very close to the sky train, which was very loud. The last train was at midnight & the first train was at 445 - it was very loud, ear plugs are a must. The suite has big windows with very old blinds that didn't block much light. The main bed was mediocre, the sunroom bed was a very lumpy foldable cot & the third bed was in a storage closet with no window, no air ventilation- this bed was similarly lumpy and horrible. The parking spot was against a wall - we couldn't get both our kids out when parked.
