• Korina (8/5): Very strategic location - The apartment is 300 m from the Grumpendorfer station . It's walking distance to Spars. The beds are comfortable and 2 sets of double bed in the hall. Another double bed in a room. There is a washer only , the wall mounted electric dryer rack is useful . There is a clothes hanger too. Kitchen cum dining hall. The only setback is the lights of the main entrance to the apartment on the third floor stairs was not working on the second day. Upon checking out , noted there is a switch on the Right at the entrance, wonder it should be pressed to get the lights working .Perhaps the host to notify the guests . The kettle needs proper Cleaning. Housekeeping to ensure the corners of the toilet and shower screen at tip top. The hall's clock is not working

• Dina (1/5): unpleasant feelings after traveling. owner not friendly - Apartment is normal/area is good. Room not comfortable. Kitchen empty for comfortable staying. The owner wanted to illegally write off money for minor damages. The owner accused us of making noise at the same time as the neighbors were making noise (there was a darkness on the stairs). There were no coffee pods, no trash bags, and only a cursory cleaning. The apartment was cleaner after we left. There was no proper contact with the landlord (we needed help with the internet). The bathroom was full of hair from the previous tenants.

• TSVETELINA (9/5): - Място е много чисто. Кухнята е оборудвана добре. Леглата са удобни. Интернета е добър. Има парно и топла вода. Много близо на 2 мин от метро U6 и на следващата спирка връзки с U4 и U3 който обикалят центъра и до центална гара. Била на следваща спирка на метр. До място има дюнер, пица и азиатска храна. Двете спални са преходни една в друга. Настаняването е от 15 ч. до 23 часа.

• Borut (10/5): - Well-equipped, cozy, and warm apartment. Located near Schönbrunn Palace and metro stations with easy access to the city center. It’s on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Everything else was great!

• mmsobocinska (9/5): Okay stay for one night - The apartment in Vienna was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a pleasant and restful stay. Communication with the host could be improved. I waited several days for a response regarding parking and payment for the dog stay, and only received clear answers on the last day. Additionally, the initial reply via WhatsApp was in Cyrillic, which made things more confusing. It would also be helpful to inform guests in advance that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator—especially important for those with mobility concerns. Lastly, the smell in the WC could be better managed.

• Tania H. (7/5): Celkom veľmi prijemné ubytovanie. - Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania, pešo cca 20 min sme sa dostali na Mariahilfer, cez víkend dalo sa parkovať na ulici pred vchodom. Nie je parkovisko a garáže sú ďaleko. Mali sme šťastie, že v piatok od 22.00 a celý víkend dalo sa parkovať na ulici pred vchodom.

• Vladyslav (8/5): A good option for its price - Bright cozy rooms, quiet place, clean, separate kitchen with everything needed. Great heating, very warm flat for good price 3rd or 4th floor with steep stairs without elevator, not suitable for everyone, beds too soft. The apartment is located near the metro, but it is worth noting that this branch does not lead to the center, so if you need to get to the center quickly, this is another branch (15 minutes on foot from the apartment). The owner does not respond quickly enough, and only a couple of days before check-in, he specified that the surcharge for a dog is 15-20 euros for each! day of stay, not for the entire time. Parking is not provided, so you should be prepared to install an app and reserve it by yourself (it's not so complicated) my recommendation is to use the app - PAYUCA
• Warisa (7/5): Clean and big, a bit hard for street parking - The apartment is easy to find. Very clean, bright and spacious. The location is not far from Vienna attractions. The owner keeps in touch with us on WhatsApp and through booking but communication seems to be faded when we couldn't find the room on the first day but all went well. Even its on the street but its very quite, no disturbing noises. Quite hard to find parking on the street but there is a private parking nearby. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. The floor of the apartment always make noises when we walk even we try to walk very soft. Its the sound of the wooden floor. There are two bed rooms which to get to the second bedroom you have to go through the first bed room so it's not so private but if you come with your family and closes friends it should be fine.

• Jonas (7/5): Good - The Kitchen and the big doors:) Our balcony was closed and the host also wrote to us to be quiet otherwise the neighbor would call the police. We weren't even in the apartment at the time, but we didn't get a response.
• Abel (7/5): If the internet would have worked I would have rate it perfect..because the place was great. - Good location, very cozy and equipped well apartment. You name it, ironing, washing machine, hair drier. No TV but I don't needed it. Well located, Schönbrunn in less than 20 mins by walk. Vienna Hbf also not too far by tram. Good coffee, fully equipped kitchen. Internet did not worked.. I want to believe I was unlucky, because besides that the rest was very good. I must say typically I prefer to see owner, chat, but maybe I'm from the old school. To say the truth even thought I never saw the owner he/she was responsive.

• Dr (4/5): Short on Value for money. - neat It is not a very good and safe area. A lot of drug addicts, alcoholics and street people. No lift in the building. No air conditioning.
