• Magda (9/5): A estadia foi fantástica. - Adoramos a casa. A localização em zona tranquila e afastada do burburinho noturno de Puerto Banús. A piscina era fantástica, o condomínio muito bonito, com zonas verdes bem cuidadas. Apenas nos incomodou o facto de estarem a ser feitas pinturas no edifício e termos tido sempre trabalhadores na zona do terraço. Não tivemos muita oportunidade de aproveitar o mesmo uma vez que os senhores estavam a pintar e não tínhamos qualquer privacidade se ficássemos no terraço.
• Hema (8/5): Lovely time was had except no access to pool area and not told ahead or at time of booking that it will be closed. - Clean, comfortable, with great amenities including ironing board, iron, hangers and hairdryer. The pool area was closed and will be till June. It was not specified when booking so very disappointed upon arrival to learn this as ruined our stay a little bit as we’re looking forward to having a pool day.
• Annabelle (8/5): Holiday with family - The apartment is in a quiet area and has a very large common pool in a large garden..Also it has its own parking space Beds are comfortable,and it has a WM and a large terrace.. Large rooms and spacious living room. We had to pick up the key from a different location,and had to go with the car which was a bit far. When we entered the apartment we had some issues with TV ,safe was closed, problem to open the gate to enter the pool,and some other issues. I tried to contact the agency lot of times but no one replied to my messages ,emails and calls. Only the last day I received a message to remind me about check out.

Apartment is clean and pleasant and has most facilities required for a short-term stay. Communication from agents was poor and inaccurate. No welcome items e.g. bottle of water or small toiletries. Access to community pool are is by eletronic fob which was not provided - so no swimming possible. Information for use of TV and internet was out-of-date and incorrect.
