• Martijn (3/5): We came for the location into socialize with our friends, but the place was challenging due to the staircase in the midd - The location There were a bunch of things not finished. The propane on the barbeque was empty, and there was a bunch of construction materials left on the deck. Doors were missing handles other things in the apartment were unfinished or loose. Felt like a lot of money to spend on a place that wasn’t completed.
• Priya (8/5): Excellent location. Close to everything. - Excellent location. Great choice of restaurants just steps away. Short walk to the sights. Tiny but convenient. Has a small washer dryer, kitchen and terrace. - Could use new sheets. The sheets in the pullout couch had holes in them. - Washer-dryer is tiny and can only handle drying up to 10 items

• Karen (8/5): Central location, excellent facilites - Excellent central location in Victoria, historic area, wooden cobbles on the alley roadway. Quirky apartment, this is a 2 storey top floor apartment with roof top patio which had great views, and was great to sit on with a glass of wine in the evening. The bed is up stairs in a mezzanine area, bathroom downstairs. Very central and you can walk everywhere - harbour one way, Chinatown the other. Cafes, restaurants and bars all around. Full kitchen facilities, and washer/dryer combo very welcome after more than 3 weeks travelling. Good WiFi. Air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom area. The whole apartment block is in need of some TLC - the entrance area was not very inviting with rubbish and leaves blowing around, lift mat torn. Paintwork in bathroom needs redoing, (dark red shows the chips) and the bed needs a replacement mattress. The alley was noisy on a couple of evenings, (lots of shouting and even a car revving engine for lengthy period) - we were there mid week, so weekends may be very noisy. All pot plants on roof top area and small balcony off the living area were dead - no point in having these things if not cared for. We bought food for a BBQ one evening but the gas ran out after a few minutes and the hosts did not respond to several messages sent via text/email and through booking.com for over 36 hours. TV streaming was intermittent if that is important to you.

• Joanna (9/5): Really quirky, very comfortable, great location - We liked the individuality, had everything you'd need .Location was excellent and we loved the wooden cobbles in the street outside You can't get from bedroom to bathroom without covering up, as no curtain\blind over the kitchen window. Pots on patio were a bit neglected.

• Simon (4/5): Very disappointing, we booked for 3 nights but only stayed 2 - Good location. Kitchen area small but clean, tidy and functional.. Living room also comfortable. Pretty expensive for what it was. The terrace was a disgrace to be frank (pictures attached), dead plants, dumping ground for broken bits of screening, nothing like the picture in the description. Bathroom tired and extractor fan full of fluff. External corridors pretty grubby.

• Heatherfromcanada (9/5): Sweet loft with rooftop patio in the heart of Victoria’s historic old town. - Great space. Loved that it was on two stories with high ceilings and a rooftop patio. The kitchen was well-appointed. We did not receive the correct door codes and had difficulty contacting the host when trying to get back into the suite. It was very frustrating. Also, communication from Booking.com was annoying with multiple repeat messages with no new content. Parking is off-site and you have to pay about $18 a day in a city lot.
• Ariel (8/5): Fun, good location, reasonable place to stay - Fun theme for the suite. Water pressure good. Kitchen nice. Good location for walking and shopping and eating Parking is really poor, however they told us that. Coffee table would be nice.
• Robert (4/5): Total waste of money for the 1st day, waiting for the heat. - Location was nice Upon arrival, temperature was turned right down to 0 with electric heat and a 3 PM check-in. I had to wear my hat and coat till 930 at night. Completely unacceptable. First day was wasted, waiting for the heat to come up to room temperature
• Enrique (10/5): A beautiful place with great amenities but the bars nearby can be noisy - The central location is great, near bars and restaurants. very easy to walk around to nearby attractions and the harbour The bar next door got very noisy, even with earplugs. The instructions to get into the building were missing information but thanks to the friendly merchant next door the issue was resolved.
• Bucknell (8/5): Incredible location, unique property - Very unique property in an amazing location close to everything. The kitchen was well stocked only missing sugar. The rooftop patio was beautiful and we enjoyed the BBQ. I will recommend this property to friends and family. The kitchen was stocked, coffee and tea included but they only had the fake sugar no regular white sugar.
• Rachael (8/5): Super cute apartment , reasonable with everything you need - So cute , the design was great and it was spacious . The outdoor patio was a nice treat It was pretty noisy outside but they had ear plugs which was a nice thought . A bit too small for four adults but Good for a family

• Milena (8/5): Overall, it was good, but I don't think I would return. - The apartment is well-located, allowing you to explore the entire central area, including many tourist attractions, without a car. Additionally, the apartment is well-equipped. We had a small issue with the code to open the gate when we first arrived, but we were able to easily contact the owner, who was very helpful. The view from the apartment is incredible. The apartment does not have its own parking. The suggested parking is nearby, but with luggage and in the rain, it can be a bit inconvenient. Also, it is not very cheap. Although the apartment accommodates four people, I wouldn't return with four; I think two is perfect. Since it's in the city center, there's a lot of noise, especially on warm summer nights when the city receives many tourists.

• Greg (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was perfect, location wise, and very comfortable. We had a car, and there was a car park conveniently across the road and only $17 a day. Access is via codes to the main entrance and the apartment. One code wouldn't work for us, but one phone call, and this was fixed immediately. Well appointed and looked exactly like the photos. Great Italian restaurant at the end of the alley. Highly recommend. The apartment is in an area where there are a lot of eating places and bars. It was a bit noisy but would not hesitate to stay here again.
