- Elisabeth (9/5): Wir haben eine schöne Zeit mit interessanten Zielen gehabt. - Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hell, es gibt alles, was man zum Leben braucht, auch zum Kochen. Der Vermieter ist zuvorkommend freundlich und hat die Wohnung in einem perfekten Zustand übergeben. Das Haus (Anwohnerstr.) ist relativ zentral gelegen und ein Parkplatz in 5 Geh min erreichbar. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Man muss wissen, dass die Wohnung im vierten Stock eines (schönen) Altbaus liegt, das sind 70 Stufen, die nicht Jede/r ohne Weiteres schafft.

- Zita (4/5): Hannover ist eine Reise wert! - Zentrale Lage 1 Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, keine Vorhänge, Rollos…(Verdunklung) ins Bad ging es von der Küche aus - sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, Bad winzig, Duschkabine klemmte, Tischlampen ohne Lampenschirme - mega ungemütlich, Küchenbeleuchtung nur an der Decke, sehr ungemütlich am Eßtisch, angefangene Lebensmittel überall, Küchenutensilien unordentlich. Fotos stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. Man fühlt sich nicht wie zuhause, wie versprochen und zahlt dafür einen hohen Preis. Fernseher sehr schwergängig einzustellen.
