Everything is new and all you need in the kitchen is available. Close to the grocery stores. Parking available in the streets with white signs. In the front of the entrance ( this is a ground floor apartment) there are trash containers. Sometimes it has been a bit loud while someone threw their garbage or service arrived to empty the containers. So I recommend to choose the apparent 2 or 3 instead of 1.

• juana mayra (5/5): Un vero incubo - Le bicicleta era funzionante, la cocina aveva lo necesario abbiamo Trovato una boteglia di acgua al arrivo No me e piaciuto il sistema di aprire la porta e una aplicazione difficile de intalare al telefono, avevo sempre paura di restare fuori e quando siamo arrivate la ragazza ha provato installare la aplicazione e fare il chek in e pure lei e stata una ora provando veramente un incubo 2 cosa c'erano dei scarafaggi che salivano nel le pentola e nei piatti e nel bagno 3 nella notte c'era sempre delle luce di sicurezza ascessa dentro della camera che no permettono riposare e sono nel 3 luce fastidiose 4 ho provato usare la lavatrice e aveva la centrifuga rumorosa asoldante. Ho proprio dormito per forma di dire. Da incubo.

Piccola scrivania con colori e quaderno per colorare per nostra figlia che ha apprezzato molto! Le bici non le abbiamo utilizzate perchè mancava il seggiolino per la bambina, peccato. • Sylvie (10/5): Agréable séjour - Joli appartement quasiment neuf, très bien décoré et équipé, très confortable. (Serviettes, Lv, LL, fer à repasser, lessive...) Couchage au top, propreté impec, bien insonorisé, ET proposer des vélos inclus dans le prix de la location est une excellente idée. Même si l'appartement est un peu loin du centre Historique, tout peut être fait à vélo grâce aux nombreuses pistes cyclables. Il n'y a rien que nous n'avons pas apprécié. Quelques suggestions cependant : il serait plus agréable d'avoir un contact humain au lieu de ne passer que par application. Une clé physique aurait été appréciée, car en cas de vol de tel ou de panne de batterie, ou de panne d'électricité, dysfonctionnement de l'appareil, il n'existe aucun moyen de rentrer ds l'appartement. Dernière chose, davantage de vaisselle serait la bienvenue. A part ça, nous recommandons vivement l'appartement.
• romme (9/5): Beautiful, clean and easy. - The clean room and beautiful interior, well equipped. Location is in a slightly boring living area, but the bikes make up for it! 10 min to the center, 20 to the beach! Also public transport is very easy.
• Henri (9/5): - Mooi, schoon appartement. Alles wat nodig is en meer voor een kort verblijf. De bijbehorende fietsen waren geweldig erbij! Hierdoor heel veel de stad kunnen zien. De omgeving van het appartement is niet zo mooi. Echter, daar zijn we nauwelijks geweest, omdat we er dagelijks op uit zijn gegaan.
• Niklas (8/5): Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem Apartment und das Bett und die Schlafcouch war top - Die Größe war besser als erwartet, alles sehr sauber, die Fahrräder sind natürlich super um schnell in die Stadt zu kommen, Klimaanlage, lokale Lage in einem typischen Viertel, Waschmaschine. Sehr schöne eingerichtet Die Fahrräder hatten teilweise Mängel wie platte Reifen oder nur teilweise funktionierende Schaltung, die Küche ist schlecht bzw zu wenig ausgestattet. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Fahrrad etwa 25 Minuten, aber es ist eine schöne Fahrt.

• Tommy (10/5): - Il s'agit d'un logement très beau et bien décoré qui se trouve dans un quartier relativement calme. J'ai vraiment apprécié l'aide du service en ligne au moment de chercher l'appartement. Il faut noter que la propreté du linge et du logement était impeccable ainsi que la qualité de la literie et de l'électroménager. De plus, grâce à la présence de vélos à disposition nous avons vraiment pû découvrir la magnifique ville de Valencia à travers ses pistes cyclables. Les enfants ont aussi pû profiter des coloriages offerts. Trouver une place pour se garer dans la rue n'a pas été évident du tout.

Abbiamo provato ripetutamente a contattare i numeri di emergenza forniti dalla struttura MA NON ABBIAMO RICEVUTO ALCUNA RISPOSTA NÉ TANTOMENO ASSISTENZA DA CHICCHESSIA. QUINDI LA PRIMA NOTTE L'ABBIAMO PASSATA FUORI. SOLO IL MATTINO DOPO SI È PRESENTATO UN TECNICO. TUTTO CIÒ È VERAMENTE ESECRABILE. NON SI PUÒ INDUCE UN NUMERO DI EMERGENZA DI FATTO INESISTENTE. Agiremo per tutelarci dai danni patiti e NON CONSIGLIERÓ ASSOLUTAMENTE QUESTA STRUTTURA.
• Hanna (7/5): Not a bad apartment, but with a surprise. - Great location near the subway. The possibility to use bicycles is the main advantage of this apartment. The apartment is really very clean, new furniture, modern design. But maybe because of the fact that it is 0 floor, or because of the garbage cans right next to the window, at night we found a huge cockroach in the bathroom.

• Valeria montis (8/5): - Struttura nuova con tantissimi servizi. Biciclette, lavasciuga, cucina con forno elettrico e forno microonde, un frigo molto ampio. Buona posizione, non in centro ma vicinissima ai mezzi, autobus a 100 metri e metro a 250 metri. Personale molto disponibile. Nel complesso ci siano trovati bene. La pulizia è da migliorare, abbiamo trovato un po' di polvere nel pavimento sia dentro che nell'ingresso dove sono posizionate le bici. Avremmo preferito la casa al primo piano in quanto il bagno è senza finestra e l'unica finestra presente in tutta la casa dava al marciapiede, per cui era difficile fare arieggiare. Doccia walkin spaziosa ma con vetro troppo corto per cui era facile allagare un po' il bagno. Abbiamo prenotato la casa per 5 giorni e non ci sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani e il tappetino del bagno.
• massimiliano (6/5): Valeva molto di più, peccato per il check-in - L'alloggio era pulito e moderno come stile. Eravamo in 4 suddivisi tra letto matrimoniale e divano letto. Entrambi comodi. Posizione della casa comoda per la metro Jesus. Possibilità di avere gratuitamente delle bici a disposizione. Nel complesso la struttura meriterebbe di più (almeno 8,5 di punteggio a mio avviso) ma purtroppo la nostra esperienza di check in influisce in modo pesante e non può non essere considerata nel complesso. La gestione del check-in: potenzialmente super (bisogna scaricare un'app, quindi farlo in autonomia) nella realtà un disastro. Arriviamo con volo da Torino alle 00.30, intorno alle 1:00 siamo fuori dall'appartamento. Apriamo le porte attraverso l'app apposita, la serratura scatta ma la porta non si apre. Contatto i proprietari, mi staccano il telefono (capisco che l'orario non fosse il più consono, ma era un'emergenza) noi siamo fuori all'aria senza poter entrare in una casa che abbiamo pagato. Chiamo ripetutamente il numero che ho a disposizione almeno 50 volte (e non è un numero inventato), finalmente ricevo un messaggio di whatsapp da un altro numero che mi dice che per emergenze notturne devo fare riferimento a loro. Spiego il problema, ci vengono poste un sacco di domande per verificare che non fossimo completamente cretini (che per carità posso capire che fossero la prassi). Ad un certo punto faccio notare che sono quasi le 2:30 (un'ora e mezza dopo il nostro arrivo all'appartamento) mi viene risposto "sono le 2:30 anche per me"! Bene caro però chi ha pagato siamo noi, chi sono vittime di un non funzionamento del vostro servizio siamo noi. Non mi sembra una risposta adeguata e cordiale. Ci manda un ragazzo con le chiavi, ci dice un minuto ed è lì, NE PASSANO 43. Ci apre. Morale della favola chi ha fatto le pulizie o chi è passato dalla casa prima di noi ha chiuso il cancello con la chiave, nessuna app avrebbe aperto.

• Edwin (9/5): Een comfortabel verblijf met geweldige fietsen! - We vonden het een prettig en verzorgd verblijf. We waren verrast van de fraaie ruimte achter de blauwe façade-deur voorzien van graffiti-art. Een zeer comfortabel verblijf met volledig ingerichte keuken en sfeervol ingericht appartement. En de beschikbare fietsen maken het verschil! Het bed was voor ons aan de krappe kant. En de buurt voelt twijfelachtig aan met enorme afvalcontainers voor de deur. De E-boiler is krap bemeten om comfortabel te douchen.

Это лучший отель за последние несколько недель путешествия по Испании! • Чисто • уютно, • полностью оборудования кухня, • приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, • удобная кровать • стиральная машинка + порошок • кофемашина + кофе! Нам все понравилось. Ещё и велики! Мы обкатали всю Валенсию и доехали до соседнего городка и озеро Альбуфера (50км). Велосипеды в отличном состоянии! Нет возможности оставить чемоданы до или после заселения. Напротив контейнеры с мусором. Слышноо самолёты.
• Holger (5/5): Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, aber laut. Check-in war der Horror - Gut ausstattet. Sauber (nur innen). Fahrräder sind praktisch. Der Check-in spät abends war miserabel. Konnte nicht in die Wohnung da wohl versehentlich abgeschlossen. Fast 1 Stunde unklare Situation wann,wie und ob wir an dieser Nacht noch in die Wohnung kommen. Standen 90min vor der Wohnungstür. Hierfür gab es weder vom Vermieter weder eine richtige Entschuldigung, noch wurde eine zuvor in Aussicht gestellte Entschädigung später gewährt. Die Wohnung ist sehr öffentlich (einziges Fenster direkt zum Gehweg) und laut (Gehweg 0m, öffentlicher Müllcontainer 10m, Baustelle 20m).

Залишили питну воду і капсули кави, на весь наш відпочинок. Приміщення було чисте і охайне. Із задоволенням приїхала б і ще раз. Рекомендую.
• H. (10/5): Accomodatie met de fietsen is echt top. - Wij zaten beneden in nr 10.3 Accommodatie was ruim, schoon en netjes. Precies als op de foto’s. Mooie complete keuken met oven, magnetron etc En 2 fietsen erbij die we elke dag hebben gebruikt. Supermarkt op loopafstand Niets, alles was top. Wel buiten het oude centrum is klein half uurtje lopen of met de fiets 10 minuten. Alleen wel zelf voor- en achterlicht voor de fietsen meenemen.

En heel fijn dat er een pakket klaarlag met afwasmiddel, vaatwasblokjes, vaatdoekje etc. En de fietsen die erbij zitten is echt top. Wij hebben er elke dag gebruik van gemaakt. Als ik iets Moet bedenken is het de boiler die na uitgebreid douchen leeg is.

• Maksym (7/5): Gorgeous apartment with slow service and toilet paper as a welcome kit - Furnished apartments near the city center, the walls and table are covered in gorgeous azulejos. As a bonus you are getting bicycles which you may always take to explore the city Toilet paper, dishwasher capsules and trashbags are considered a "welcome kit" and not something easily refillable by the staff. For 6 nights we got 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 trashbag and 2 capsules for the dishwasher which is not enough for a comfortable stay of 2 people. Once asked from the staff about the possibility to refill them - the only feasible option was to perform a full cleaning price of which is 65 euro and not included into booking. The neighborhood didn't seem welcoming at all and during our stay somebody wrote "tourists go home" on our doors which causes us to carry everything valuable on us and generally feel unsafe

• Marisa (7/5): - Gostamos da limpeza e da qualidade dos móveis e todos os utensílios de cozinha bem como dos acessórios do banheiro (somente o secador de cabelo pouco potente) Da luz verde que fica sempre acesa na sala/cozinha/quarto não permitindo ter uma boa noite de sono. E do aspecto externo do prédio e aquelas lixeiras ali logo em frente, deixa um ar de insegurança.
• Sjoukje (9/5): - Het is een heel mooi nieuw en schoon appartement en alles is aanwezig. Vooral de fietsen zijn geweldig. Super fijn omdat de accomodatie net te ver buiten het centrum ligt maar met de fietsen kom he overal, ook bij het strand. Eigenlijk was alles fantastisch, als ik toch wat negatieve puntjes moet bedenken is het uitzicht op de containers en het ontbreken van verlichting op de fietsen.

• Velislava (9/5): Чудесно място с безупречна чистота и добро местоположение. - Бяхме на партерния етаж и въпреки, че кофите за боклук бяха пред нас не миришеше. Още по-впечатлени бяхме, че беше изключително тихо. Апартамента беше безупречно чист, приятен и симпатичен. Удобен диван, кухня с всичко необходимо. Спечелиха ни с пералнята със сушилня, т.к бяхме с дете, което изискваше всекидневно пране. Банята беше много приятна и чиста. Имаше колела на разположение, но за жалост заради възрастта на детето нямаше как да използваме. На комуникативно място - около 7мин пеша от метростанция, на около 15мин от Парк Централ, на 5мин от най-близките магазини, на около 20мин пеша от центъра и гарата. Квартала е тих, спокоен и осветен. Бихме се върнали отново заради чистотата и местоположението. На нас лично не ни хареса матрака - беше много твърд. Възглавниците бяха ниски и нямаше други с които да си ги повдигнем, но на фона на матрака, това не е проблем. Килима е много модерен и чудесно се вписва в интериора, но пуска много като кончета, които ти се залепят по дрехите и трудно се чистят. Също може да обърнете внимание на лампите, защото всяка светеше с различна топлина и това дразни очите. Малко беше неприятно да пристигнеш с малко дете в 00:30ч и с целия багаж да трябва да си вземеш ключа от съседната улица, но да кажем, че и това е компромис. За нас наистина най-неприятното беше матрака, защото не успяхме да си починем качествено.

• CARAMIA (10/5): fantastic stay! - the flat was super new , nice decor and clean. all the confort. washermachine, fridge, freezer, comfy beds, nice dinning area and lovely bathroom!. The bikes as well were super nice and easy to drive.We love everything nothing. I founded all my stay perfect!

• Aleksandrs Hadzjoglo (10/5): - Excellent renovated apartment, new furniture and appliances. Nice interior, very clean. Comfortable bed with a new mattress. Good location, quiet area. 20 minutes walk to the historic city center. Fruteria and Mercadona are 200 meters from the apartment. A special bonus is the availability of two bicycles. We rode around the entire city. Bicycles from the company "Electra", very comfortable, in good technical condition. The owners gave a pump and a repair kit. Excellent communication with the owners, they responded very quickly to requests. We will stay next time, I definitely recommend.
• Laura (7/5): Practical - The apartments is well equipped and the staff is friendly. The property is on the ground floor quite far out from most amenities, with only one window it can be a little claustrophobic
• Jack (10/5): Amazing apartment in a quiet neighborhood - Spotless apartment with everything you would need. stylish design and bed was very comfortable. bathroom was brand new and spotless and the kitchen was very well appointed. Having the bicycle rental included is perfect too.

• Caprar (9/5): Muy tranquilo - Todo muy limpio, con mobiliario nuevo. Tienes de todo hasta para una estancia más larga. Lo que más nos ha gustado fueron las bicicletas que las hemos disfrutado mucho. Lo único malo sería el hecho de tener los contenedores de la basura al lado. Pero las ventanas están bien aisladas y no hubo ningún problema de olores.
• Дарина (10/5): Удобен, нов апартамент - Модерен, нов апартамент, снадбен с всички удобства- кухня, пералня, фурна и т.н. Обзавеждането е много стилно. Леглото, възглавниците , завивките- всичко е ново и много комфортно. На 5 мин от апартамента има голям супермаркет, на 5 мин от автобусна спирка, с която се стига за 15 мин до центъра, на 10 мин от метро спирка. Ние бяхме 4-ма и беше достатъчно комфортно и удобно в апартамента. Намира се на партерен етаж, на тротоара, но дограмата и щорите са много качествени и не се чува никакъв шум отвън. Ние обикаляхме и много пеша,тъй като метрото в тези дни не работи. Трудно се ориентирахме точно кои са апартаментите, тъй като стената, оградата са оцветени в цветни графити и се сливат с фасадата, не си личи че там има апартаменти. На стената на апартаментите отвън имаше смущаващ надпис- от рода " отивайте си вкъщи туристи " и т.н
