John (4/5): Very disappointing - we stayed for work purposes, the location was very good close to the tube network and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. We were Very disappointed at the condition of the property on arrival and notified the host, with the following concerns The banister rail was dirty and damaged, The carpets are dirty and badly stained throughout the property. There is a strong smell of damp in the property with black mold showing in the bathroom in a number of locations, toilet seat is also broken. There were crumbs on the worktops, floor and furniture on arrival, stains on the furniture, blinds damaged in the front room, Windows damaged and unable to stay open in the front bedroom. Television also didn't work. I requested a full clean on arrival due to the condition on arrival but this didn't happen during my 4 day night stay! There was also work being completed on the exterior of the building at the time of my stay which started at 7;30am, although we had not been notified of this prior to booking giving very little privacy in the early morning due to the worker looking in the property at this time .
