• Magdalena (7/5): Piękny widok z balkonu, cicha spokojna okolica:) - Świetna lokalizacja, widok z balkonu piękny. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Gospodarz bardzo miły, zawsze odpisywał i służył pomocą gdy mieliśmy problem:) Zaletą jest również parking podziemny:) Mieszkanie lepiej wygląda na zdjęciach niż w realu. Wymaga gruntownego posprzątania, a kuchnia to już szczególnie. Jest po prostu zapuszczona. Wszystkie garnki do wymiany a w piekarniku nie da się nic upiec, jest taki brudny. Mamy apel do innych wynajmujących aby nie wrzucali brudnych sztućców do szuflady, myślę że w domu się tak nie zachowują!!!My lubimy czystość dlatego nam taki stan rzeczy nie odpowiadał. Materace wygodne ale tylko w pokoju dla dzieci, w głównej sypialni do wymiany, bardzo miękki, nie dało się spać. Pościel niby była wymieniona ale jak dla mnie słabo doprana albo tak zużyta. Najgorsze jednak było to że brakowało ciepłej wody, bo było jej tak mało w bojlerze. A że bojler działał na prąd i bardzo wolno podgrzewał wodę i 4 osoby jedna po drugiej nie były w stanie się umyć. To było bardzo uciążliwe po powrocie z całodziennej wycieczki kiedy każdy marzył aby się umyć od razu. W łazienkach dało się zauważyć postępującego grzyba na łączeniach silikonowych.

• Stefan (10/5): Super schön! - Die Lage, Aussicht, Ruhe, Dachterrasse mit Tisch und 6 Stühlen, Liegen und ein Grill. PKW Stellplatz direkt unter der Wohnung. Gemeinschaftspool und Anlagen super gepflegt. Ausstattung war perfekt. Ganz selten haben wir ein so gut ausgestattetes Appartement gehabt. So super sauber wie angekündigt war es dann auch wieder nicht. Aber Giovanni hat sich Mühe gegeben. Hinterher alles prima.

• Remigiusz (10/5): We enjoyed every day there! - This place was a sweet spot to us. Giovanni was very friendly, communicative and responsive to any ask from us. The appartment was clean, very well equipped and functional. The terrace with a wonderful view to the south was clearly amazing! All was great!

• Doan (10/5): Beautiful and clean apartment - The apartment was incredibly clean and in a very good location, just a short ride to many beautiful beaches. It was also very spacious, beautifully designed and with all the amenities needed. Liked that we had a private car park and a pool included within the complex. Perfect for a family trip with extra toys for kids. There wasn't anything I didn't like.
• Florian (10/5): Great host, great apartment, great view, great location! - We visited the flat of Tomas as a couple together with a befriended couple, but it would also suit families with kids. The flat is very quickly reachable by car from the south airport and everything for the check-in was arranged and communicated perfectly by Giovanni and Tomas. They are very responsive and help out quickly when needed. And we were even welcomed with a very nice bottle of wine and chocolate on arrival! Parking in the basement car park is included so there’s no trouble finding a parking spot. The flat is just amazing. Comfy beds in spacious rooms that are decorated with taste and style. Two new and neat bathrooms so you don’t get in each others way. The kitchen offers everything you could want on a trip, the lounge and dining area is cozy and functional and even includes a desk for people (like me) who are on a „workation“. The balcony and rooftop terrace have an amazing view and there’s nothing better than having breakfast or a bbq (yes, that’s also available) while looking at the great bay sourrounding Adeje or watching the sun go down over the bay. And when we felt like a swim, the community pool of the apartment complex offered a nice cool-down and we were on our own using it nearly every time. They thought about every detail too, yoga mats, beach towels, bags, beach blanket to lay on the sand, toys for kids and much more are available to take if needed. The beautiful beaches of Costa Adeje can also be reached super fast by car, the Siam Mall, Aqua Park, Jungle Park (reachable even by foot) and other activities are very close by. And it’s also a great starting point for a trip to Teide or other places of interest. All in all we had an amazing stay and to be honest there’s not enough points on the platform for the rating I’d like to give. Thanks for the great stay, we‘ll definitely be back 😊
