• Paul (8/5): Great central location for sight seeing and restaurants on a short walk away. - Very close to the centre of Malaga, in a mixed residential/community side street. I liked the duplex layout and modern interior. The App to open the main building door was a little awkward for a group and a fob would have been easier, but if we had been using the underground carpark to come in and out this wouldn’t have been an issue as there was a fob for that.

• Katarzyna (9/5): Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Andaluzji. - Przestronny, dwupoziomowy apartament. U góry dwie sypialnie i łazienka z prysznicem, na dole salon z aneksem kuchennym, sypialnia i łazienka z prysznicem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżka. Wystarczająco dużo miejsca dla 3 par. Środki czystosci uzupelniane po zgloszeniu potrzeby. Miejsce w hali garażowej, mimo niewielkiej przestrzeni daliśmy radę parkować vanem (Nissan NV200). W okolicy dużo sklepów spożywczych. Historyczne centrum Malagi w odległości 700 m. Z uwagi na wąskie uliczki ciężko za pierwszym razem trafić do obiektu. Należy dokładnie trzymać się wskazówek Rems.

• Hannah (8/5): Very good - The door was done on door codes was fine, and the comms from the host was great. Location fab and quiet and the parking was really useful. Beds spacious and comfy. Only a short 10 min walk to the old quarter which had some amazing restaurants . The apartment was quite difficult to find. The road network was hideous and if you missed the turning it was a hideous one way system . Apple Maps did not reflect the actual roads that were accessible, so tiresome. Also the ground floor bathroom had a really bad drains smell at times, but you had another bathroom to use when it got too bad.
• Adam (9/5): Nice stay - Three bedrooms and two bathrooms -very convenient Cold in the bathroom, there could be at least one capsule for the dishwasher and kitchen towels.
• Denise (10/5): Lovely family Malaga trip - We were a family of 5 adults, and there was plenty of room. It's about a 10 minute walk to the historical centre. The beds were very comfortable. There was a little noise from the street below, but nothing that bothered us. The codes are sent to your phone for entrance, which was very easy. They also let us leave our bags in the office once we checked out, which was very helpful. Would recommend this property. Nothing
• Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - Comfortable and v close to central area and REMS staff are outstanding, very responsive and helpful No proper balcony as advertised by Booking.com who I booked it through. Booking.com did not respond to messages e mails or phone calls, if possible I will not book with them again despite being a loyal customer for many years
• Andrew (6/5): Brief - 5pm check-in and 11am checkout! - Clean and plenty of space for 5 adults For an overnight stay the checkin and out is poor. I chose this over a more central without parking; however didn't benefit with parking as late access and early checkout meant no advantage
• Eva (4/5): Disappointing - The accomodation itself was fine, but communication before receiving access codes was unnecessarily complicated to me. we also had trouble finding the right way to the garage. The navigation led us to a dead end or a ban several times. I would recommend sending a map with the arrival in front of the garage, ideally with a photo of the garage. We only needed to stay one night (we had an early morning flight). I paid for the accommodation in the morning and still had no information in the afternoon. When I finally called somewhere, I was told that I had to authorize a credit of 300 E (which is more than double the price itself). If my money hadn't already been ripped off, I would definitely find another place to live. I was upset that I was not warned about this in advance. It's a shame, because the housing itself was not bad, but I rate the communication very poorly.

• Route (10/5): Generally a wonderful and excellent staying - Well decorated unit with private parking plot inside the building. The bedroom/bathroom spaces are satisfied. The bed is comfortable and clean. Customer service is very good and responsive. No shampoo and kitchen towel
• Elaine (7/5): It did the job. - It had 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms which was good so quiet spacious. Not very well maintained. The walls very dirty could easily be wiped or painted over. The area a bit run down and the parking was very awkward. Could hear the lift and the soundproofing not good.
• Elita (7/5): Good - A damage deposit of EUR 300 will be required upon arrival. The deposit must be paid by card. You will get your deposit back within 7 days of check-out. All deposit paid will be returned to the payment card after inspection of the accommodation. Pay attention when making an order, written in the last line. It was very strange and unexpected. The deposit was returned, but you must have more money. Such things should be highlighted and written at the top of the order, not at the bottom. It was the first time that a deposit was required when making an order through Booking On the second floor, it's time to change the double bed, It's impossible to sleep in it. The springs are falling. More everything fit and liked
• Kashif (9/5): nice spacious apartment - very spacious, 1 very large bedroom, had dedicated parking space, lifts, nice bathrooms, very helpful hosts a little hard to get to, as google maps tried to take us through blocked off roads. its best to ask the hosts how to get there

• Maria-alexandra (9/5): Superb - I have rented the apartment for a 7-days holiday in Malaga for my family ( 4 adults + 10months baby). The apartment is just like in the pictures, is near the centre ( 10 minutes walk) and you goy everything you need inside the apartment. The only two things I did not appreciate was that the apartment was not very clean when we received it ( although we waited until 16:00 so that the cleaning services finished) and I am not talking about the little details, but about the floors and stairs, and the smell of the towels. But apart from this, everything was great, aleo the REMS agency has very nice people working there.

• Marina (9/5): I loved my stay at this new and clean and well equipment apartment not far from city centre - I like that it was clean and new,all facilities except for tv which was not functional, comfortable beds, dishwasher also very useful I did not like that the tv was not functional as I wanted to watch australian open. it should have not been listed as a facility
