La pulizia. Purtroppo il livello di pulizia non è molto elevato. Per esempio il lavaggio del pavimento , anche se eseguito tutti i giorni , era di scarsa qualità e igiene , sia nella zona living che in bagno.

Only one bathroom was decently. water for showering is not suitable for more than 2-3 since it needs to heat - easy to run out and long wait. There’s a kitchen but nothing to use same with washing machine there’s no liquid or powder.
• Andrey (4/5): Avoid #3306, unless you would be spending the evening in the bar next door anyway - Duplex layout and the location - there are several malls nearby and many eating places in walking distance. There is a bar in apartment 3305, right next to 3306, which we were staying in (shared wall). The music was on until 3am with people talking, laughing, moving chairs, etc. And some people were coming 'outside' to smoke, which was right under our door! So we smelt smoke all evening and night and cigarette butts were everywhere. No one mentioned this detail at the point of booking or during check-in. Why did I pay full price for this "experience"?

• Kuan Fang (3/5): Overall is spacious, safe and acceptable as an alternative option to hotel stay with up scale cost. - The loft concept and spaciousness was great, facilities like washing machine, fridge, clothing steamer and electric stove are great too. Great view from 27th level or higher and above. The bedroom floor worn out / cracked and certain part damaged and broken, not safe if bare foot and may hurt or cut if not careful.

• Jay (7/5): Good place, but disappointed with some stupid managerial operational decisions - Good value for central location The fridge…. Is set at 14 degrees Celsius and can’t be modified- that function has been overridden on the fridge’s computer. And the staff say can’t be changed. Freezer works as normal. There’s no cutlery or cooking equipment even though there is an oven in a microwave and a stove. When I called to ask, they couldn’t provide. A bit of a waste, not even a knife to cut some fruit.

• Gyula (7/5): Good - Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. Walking distance to 3 major shopping centres, eateries and attractions. Most other notable destinations 10-20 min taxi ride away. Room was comfy, however a bit rough around the edges. Great value for money but reconsider if you are chasing a 4 or 5 star experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. You should know this is NOT a hotel. You won't get any help with your luggage or be shown where to go. The building is the same as the Marriott however these are private apartments rented by a company. Check in process is a bit stressful. You need to go up to level 23 and register with the building (they take facial recognition data) before you can go up to level 27 where the "reception" is. Once you find it the staff will help you out. (Prepare your translator, wechat and alipay). Having to change elevators and go through the security gate every time is a bit annoying especially when the elevators are busy. Be prepared to deal with the locals who are a mixed bag. That's all I'm going to say about that. If you can put up with all this, you will have possibly the cheapest stay in Tianhe!
• Tu (9/5): We would definitely come back only because of the service! - All staff we met are very polite and helpful, especially the guy who is in charged of the Canton Fair. He deserves 5/5. Location is super convenient. The building is attached to Glenview Shopping Mall. The entrance to the apartments is in between Marriott hotel and the Nike shoes shop. Perhaps you can refer to the attached picture. The entrance should have the name Magnolia but it does not say that. The reception is on 27th floor for check in. Pictures show the property is looking brand new, however it is much older in reality. The bathroom needs deep cleansing and is in need of renovation.

• Kurt (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good, closely to a few shopping centers. Traffic could be bad though. There was a back door to a Starbicks downstairs. TV channels all Chinese. Had to change two times elevator to get to the room. Always crowded with loads of young people. Not sure why they stay there. Very cumbersome to connect with WIFI if you dont have a Chinese phone number. The OTP could not be sent to foreign mobile. My Alipay payment was not possible although I use my Alipay all the time (taxi, shops, etc). Credit card was not welcomed. Had to ask my friend to pay. Shower was not in a good condition.

It lacked hand soap and other things. Luckily we only spent one night there as it would have been unbearable to spend more. Not recommended.

I was expecting something much more cleaner. Open plan bedroom upstairs which makes us feel like we all sleep (4 adults ) in the same room which was a bit uncomfortable. I wouldn’t book again .

• Sau (7/5): overall is okay, clean towels and lots of water given. - I like the location because it is in the center of the city with easy access to the train station about 8 mins walk. a lot of shopping mall around the area so you can find food easily and do some shopping. very safe because need to register with you ID/passport and capture your face, so you can scan and go in. not everyone can go in. can't find location easy because it was put under a different name, need to change to elevator which is slightly troublesome and elevator is so slow to arrived. The wifi is not easily accessible because need to get verification through sms/text message. if you don't have China phone number it might be harder for you to access the free hotel wifi. Not big issue but one of the toilet door is broken and can't be lock, seems like someone broke into it and then they never fixed the door,

• Joanna (5/5): Passable - Location is good; malls are just downstairs, metro is nearby. There were 4 of us, so, the room size was good - 1 queen and 1 super single bed upstairs, 1 queen downstairs. The rooms are in an office building, so, there are different shops/businesses around your room. There's no direct lift; you'll have to switch at level 23 to another lift. There's cigarette smell everywhere, especially in the corridors during work hours. Room although big but it's quite run down - pictures shown are quite misleading.

• Luca (10/5): Amazing City Night View, Cozy and Modern Loft - The loft was cozy and had a nice modern touch. Great Location, right in the middle of the city, so I could walk everywhere. And the night view of Guangzhou? Really impressive — wasn’t expecting it to be that beautiful tbh. The staff were helpful and friendly, and it was easy to settle in. Our receptionist Xiong (?don't know if I spell right) was extremely welcoming. If you’re in town for the Fair or just exploring, it’s a solid spot to stay. Worth the money. Only small thing was that my phone signal slowed down a bit in the evenings, but nothing major.

• Layla (10/5): Family friendly at a super location - The location is unparalleled. It’s near everything so convenient. I enjoy the night view a lot and the room has washing machine and everything I need for our family travel. I like the bedding linens as well it’s very comfortable. My kids love it because we literally just go downstairs and there is an ocean park in a mall! I would recommend this apartment for group or family travel. Really worth the price. Nothing to complain about. If anything, the front desk is on the 27th floor and was a bit hard to find.
• Izumi (3/5): Poor management building - Just large room. Good location Booked non-smoking room, but smell smoke. This room had ashtray, this means this serves apartment allows smoking. Building itself is also filled with smoking smell. Not recommended to non-smoking person.
• Ziqing (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is very clean and the location is excellent. The boys at the Canton Fair are very polite, and the bus round-trip is very convenient.
