• Rachel (1/5): Do not stay here! - We received a text message to tell us that the address on booking.com is incorrect, and they provided the 'correct' address. When we arrived all doors were locked, security wouldn't let us in, so I had to message the accomodation who told us they would be right out. Terrible and unclear check in, we waited for over 40 minutes and when we finally got in the room shown on the booking.com photos were not of the room provided. Not clean, there was a ball of hair on the floor and the bedsheets were stained. Dust all over the skirting boards. Very basic room, without the balcony as it was described. We told the host that we were unhappy, he showed us another room which was just the same. He had no rooms of better standard and was not helpful, we were not staying in flith, so we ended up booking elsewhere. Don't stay here, we were still charged our full stay and had an all round terrible experience.

We have booked the apartment with pool fecility, but providers doesn't register for the pool access for our room and the security doesn't allow us to the pool. We have informed this to the provider, but no action taken. Old bath towel and the apartment was a residential area renting it is illegal. There are so many posters regarding the same we can see in the building. There won't be any person available to assist you immediately like a 24/7 reception in hotel is not available.

• Ivan (8/5): Nice apartment and everything is fine, but the vibes of the building are weird. - In general, lovely apartment with nice beds and views. Good location with everything nearby and around 20-25min to the 'centre'. It was kind of a weird 'vibes' situation, from the beginning. The whole complex/building has an unusual check in process and set of rules, both for the apartment and building. Also, another minus would be their promotion, which promotes GYM, POOL over the headline and main images, but they are not 'free' to use. We managed to get a pool entrance in the next building + gym code which we had to make a fingerprint process haha... Really weird.
• Steven (5/5): Passable - Good location with onsite multistorey parking. Short walk into district 1 for bars and restaurants. Lots of convenience stores. We booked this accommodation because of the pool, which we weren't allowed to enter. When we contacted the owner it took them almost 2 days to reply. We were told they could arrange for us to use another pool in a nearby complex. This information should have been given to us on arrival. They should not be advertising accommodation with an onsite pool if this facility is not provided.
• Daniel (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COSTS - The thousands of ants didn’t bite, the towels we had to go and buy were great quality, and the washing machine worked well. There’s a 7/11 in the building, the A/C worked well, the Wi-Fi was good (most of the time) and District 4 is a good district to explore the city. I’ve made 114 bookings / 212 nights via Booking.com. This has been the worst and the only one I’ve ever given a rating of ‘1’. Booking.com are handling the case and I’ve had a partial refund already, and awaiting a full refund. Absolutely avoid! Basic, uncomfortable, dirty and so, so unprofessional. Booked for 9 nights. Had no access to the pool, roof terrace nor gym (a really important aspect of why we booked here) for the entire time. We needed to be registered to use the building’s facilities - they knew of this fact months before our arrival (as evidenced via a plethora of months-old reviews on Booking.com where other guests were refused access) and did nothing about it nor did they inform us nor do. On day 3 they offered us to use a lower-standard pool in a different building complex (about a 30-mins round trip door-to-pool, a hot, noisy, dusty walk at that) but didn’t give us an access card for that either for 4 days. There were never any free seats or loungers at that other pool either as there are only 8 loungers and that pool services 2 huge buildings. So, we had to sit on the floor. We didn’t go often. Communication with the management company absolutely horrendous – unprofessional, unhelpful, uncaring. After day 4 they stopped communicating with is for the next 6 days. Just ignored us. We had to go out and buy dish cloths, handtowels, cushion covers etc. We also bought a load of cleaning products and had to wash everything before use, including the fousty bedding. Bring your own pillows and your own covers. ‘Toiletries and toilet paper’ was supposed to be included. They gave us 1 roll for 10-days so we had to go buy that too. Didn’t even leave replacement bags for the bins, so had to buy those too. The cleaner finally arrived 2 days before we left to change the bed and wipe the toilet. That’s it. The drains were stinking - not surprising given how clogged they were – see photos. Some floors, surfaces and utensils looked like they hadn’t been wiped in months – dust, old food, hair, crumbs - perhaps what’s accounting for all the ants. Just a horrid, horrid stay. Please avoid and go elsewhere. Don’t let them ruin your stay in such a cool city.

The apartment was not particularly clean or well-maintained. Housekeeping only came once during my 8-day stay (on day 6); I had to buy toilet paper and dish soap, as the kitchenware was quite filthy. Additionally, there is a major ant problem. The toilet seat was broken and the seal along the shower door had peeled away, making it impossible to shut and causing water to seep onto the bathroom floor. The free gym/pool that are advertised are actually at a building across the street; I had to go through a multi-day process and pay 150,000 VND to access the facilties in the building.

The apartment was meticulously designed and furnished, providing a comfortable and cozy living space. I was impressed by the cleanliness and quality of the apartment. It had all the necessary amenities to make me feel at home. The highlight for me was the 7th-floor swimming pool, which was a perfect retreat to beat the city's heat. The pool area was spacious and peaceful, and I enjoyed relaxing there after a day of exploring the city.

What you get is a spacious apartment (good for 2 people). A separate washing and drying area. A balcony with great view. And a kitchennette to do basic cookings. It would be better if the apartment is stocked with more toiletries and washing detergents (dish wash, clothes wash, ...), addition small towels beside the big ones, and the small carpet for drying the feet after the shower. Also some free water upon check-in would have made me feel better welcomed. Note that if you pay with card then an extra fee of 3% will be charged.
