Laundry was amazing to have! Great coffee machine too:) Amazing customer support - they changed my coffee machine right away and gave me what I asked for! Sometimes there’s a wait for the elevator. Check in was a bit weird because wasn’t sure how to locate the box key.

- Fatima (3/5): - Der Hauptbahnhof ist innerhalb 5 Minuten zu erreichen und das ist auch das einzig positive an dem Apartment. Für dieses Geld sollte man sich dann doch lieber ein Hotel buchen. Das Personal war schwer zu erreichen (telefonisch gar nicht erreichbar und über WhatsApp kamen nur automatisierte Nachrichten auf Englisch) und dazu noch gar keine Kulant. Unser Flug ging schon sehr früh und wir haben bei der Buchung um eine früheren Check-In und Check-Out Möglichkeit gebeten, welche strikt abgelehnt wurde mit der Begründung dass Zimmer müsse ja gereinigt werden. So sonderlich sauber war es beim einchecken dann doch nicht. Einen Abend vor dem Check-Out habe ich dann bei WhatsApp, per Mail und über Booking jeweils eine Nachricht erhalten mit dem Hinweis die Wohnung MUSS bis 11 Uhr verlassen werden. Also eine absolute Frechheit meines Erachtens nach. Zumal wir die Check-In Daten an dem Tag der Ankunft 15 Minuten später erst erhalten haben. Zu dem Check-In: das Gebäude heißt "The Metropolist“ aber das wird nirgends erwähnt. Wir haben uns einen Wolf abgesucht bis wir das Gebäude gefunden haben und erst als wir in dem Asiatischen Restaurant nachgefragt haben, sagte uns einer der Kellner dass es das richtige Gebäude sei und zeigte uns auch wo die Schlüsselboxen zu finden sind. Der Eingang ist nämlich links von dem Restaurant und die Schlüsselboxen sind ganz versteckt auf der rechten Seite unter einer Unterführung. Die Möbel sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und man hat definitiv Abnutzungsspuren. Im großen und Ganzen kann ich nur die Lage als positiv bezeichnen. Der gesamte Rest ist leider nicht zufriedenstellend mit Hinsicht auf die Kaution von 200€ und das man die Koffer noch vor dem einchecken irgendwo unterbringen muss, lohnt sich ein Hotel in vielen Aspekten mehr. Ich würde diese Unterkunft absolut nicht weiter empfehlen

Belle vue sur la ville. Un peu juste en vaisselle, linge de toilette et linge de maison, manque micro onde, et il faudrait 2 chaises en plus même si on est que 2 à louer

- Lurjan (9/5): A very cozy spot with the best view! - The hause was very warm and it has a very nice view! And very comfortable. It is near the main train station and near the building was the railway station that can send you to the best atractions in Viena with only one line! The check-in and check-out times should be longer, but it was not a very big problem! We managed the time perfectly.

Оплата залога что указано в последних пунктах, 200 евро за 10 дней до заселения и возвращается после 5-7 дней с даты выселения. Необходимость снимать фото до заселения и после для гарантии возврата залоговой суммы. Просьба заселить на 2 часа раньше была проигнорирована. Ключ от апартаментов найти целый квест. Находится он не в холе дома а 50 метров от входа за углом под лестницей.

- angelina (1/5): - Eine Katastrophe! Das Zimmer war dreckig, das Bett unbequem und alles sah ganz anders aus als auf den Fotos. Wir haben gar nicht dort geschlafen, weil es einfach unzumutbar war. Nie wieder! Finger weg!!!!!! Das Zimmer war schon am 10., also noch während unserer Buchung, von anderen Gästen belegt! Wir hatten das Zimmer bis heute gebucht, wollten nur den Schlüssel abgeben – und fanden jemand anderen darin.

Beim Bettlaken bin ich mir leider nicht sicher gewesen ob es wirklich frisch war. Auf der rechten Seite hatte es einen eigenartigen Geruch, links besser. Der Toilettendeckel war bei meiner Ankunft oben!

- Zuzana (10/5): Skvěle ubytování hned u nádraží, které neslyšíte. Krásný výhled, ticho, čisto, skvělá dostupnost do centra. - Ubytování je na skvělém místě. Instrukce pro check-in byly jasné a snadné. Přes ulici je hlavní nádraží na které jsme přijely vlakem a zas odjely, takže velice strategické. Obchody s potravinami jsou v docházkové vzdálenosti. Tramvaj jezdí za rohem a odveze Vás do centra, nebo můžete jít pěšky. 12 té patro nám poskytlo ticho a krásný výhled. Vybavení skvělé. Lednička, sušák na prádlo, žehlička, pračka, kávovar, … vše čisté. Cítily jsme se jako doma a příště bychom rády využily stejné ubytování. Dcera (16 let) byla také spokojená. Vídeň je krásná. Často čtu v hodnocení ubytování, že si lidé stěžují na příliš měkké matrace a tady byly měkké, ale tak pohodlné, že se nám z nich nechtělo. Žádná bolest zad, ani nic jiného špatného se k tomu nedá napsat. Doma máme mnohem tvrdší, ale tyhle byly skvělé 🥰

- Christoph (7/5): Akzeptable Wohnung in super Lage für gutes Preis/Leistung - Verwaltung unprofessionell und arrogant - Direkt an der Central Station / am HBF mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und super Anbindung. Wohnung ist in der 17. Etage, toller Ausblick. Modernes Gebäude. Schnelles Wlan. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in Fußnähe. Gym im gleichen Gebäude in super Zustand. Die Check-in-Informationen waren eine Katastrophe. Der WhatsApp-Kontakt bestand aus einer Gruppe unorganisierter Menschen, von denen keiner wusste, was die anderen machen. Nach der Buchung habe ich mehr als 15 E-Mails und WhatsApp-Nachrichten erhalten. Man wird mit Spam bombardiert und als Antwort erhält man nur: „Das ist ein automatisches System – Daran können wir nichts ändern.“ Der Esstisch viel fast auseinander. Küchenutensilien halbherzig zusammengeworfen, nichts ordentliches, die hälfte fehlte. Der Support ist wahnsinnig arrogant und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit! Eines Tages standen plötzlich jemand von der Verwaltung und ein Handwerker in der Wohnung. Ohne anzuklopfen oder zu klingeln! Sie hatten sich in der Wohnung vertan. Das ist absolut unprofessionell.

After one week of holding your money,they will send you a receipt of your money being returned to you, but it can take up to 10 days to actually access the funds. So 2+ weeks without your money. I still haven't recent money back as for now. If you are ok with this, be my guest..but as for me, never again, STAY AWAY from this place and this host if you value your earnings. This information is not mentioned in description in plain sight, it is mentioned in house rules at the bottom of the page, where you have to literally search to find it. Even after paying the deposit,I got hassled every day by approximately 15 emails claiming that I still need to pay the deposit. Even after I brought this up with the host, the emails kept coming. AS for the place it self. Dirty, well used, minimal and the cheapest ikea furniture with dents and chips,tiny sofa that looks like from kids cubby house, mould and in my case broken glass on the balcony where my daughter almost cut her foot. Smudges and someone else's foot prints all around the floor, hasn't been wiped or cleaned. Sticky and dirty cooktop, sticky benchtop, I can go on and on... No chance of earlier checking (hour and half earlier in my case) as supposedly the cleaner is there getting the place ready... Ridiculous claim in our case as the place was dirty and broken glass on balcony on top of that, clearly no "cleaner" was there before we got in. DEFINITELY COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. There are literally hundreds better options around, can recommend Novotel at HBF, for extra 10-20 euros per night, you get great service, nice rooms, no dodgy money holding, clean and perfect location.

- Zorana (9/5): - Good location, walking distance to city center. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped even for a longer stay. Although Vienna Hbf is very close, the isolation is so good that at nights is it not noisy at all. This was my first time booking accommodation here and communicating through 3rd party about everything and not with owners. They were always replaying to my messages shortly but communication is cold and I find it a bit odd. Also do not expect a bit earlier check in or later check out they are not open to that. From my side I would appreciate if all information have been shared by them, not to chase for information about rooftop, gym etc. If you do not like soft beds this is not apartment for you, and also pillows are not the best.
- Martina (10/5): Traumhaft im 15. Stock, tolle Aussicht über Wien und mit unserem Gastgeber Josef ein Glücksgriff! - Ein sehr schönes Appartement mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof, perfekte ruhige Lage. Der sehr hilfsbereite Host Josef antwortete sofort auf Fragen, gab z.B. auch sehr guten Tip zur Auto-Stellplatzfrage, ein herzliches Dankeschön an ihn nochmals an dieser Stelle. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Anmerkung: Bei der Buchung könnte erwähnt werden, dass sich die Appartements im "The Metropolitan" befinden, das wäre sehr hilfreich bei der Ankunft an der angegebenen Adresse.

Communication with the host via WhatsApp was smooth, and key collection was straightforward. The apartment is very basically furnished – one could call it minimalist, though it gives the impression of being furnished on a low budget. On the plus side – a large, comfortable bed and a good-quality mattress. After booking, a deposit of €200 was required – the same amount as the cost of the entire stay. Payment is made through an external website provided by the host. The issue came with the refund – I received €193 back, and the missing amount was explained as a fee charged by the payment provider. Although it was a small amount (€7), this fee was not mentioned in the listing. Attempts to clarify the situation with the host were dismissed, which came across as unprofessional.The deposit is meant to protect the owner, not create additional costs for the guest. Although collecting the keys was easy, it was not possible to enter the building through the main entrance – the lock near the elevators was broken. Instead of providing a door code, the host asked me to use a back entrance through an emergency exit near the trash bins, which was far from ideal. The apartment is furnished with the cheapest basics – a simple IKEA sofa, a clothing rack instead of a wardrobe, no cabinets. The place was clean, but the walls were noticeably dirty and damaged in places. A worn-out mop was left in the bathroom. The coffee machine didn’t work and was replaced only halfway through the stay, after I reported it. On the day of departure, I received three (!) reminders (via WhatsApp and Booking) that check-out was at 11:00 – which felt excessive. I didn’t expect luxury, but the overall experience was rather underwhelming. Despite fairly responsive communication (though at times it felt like I was chatting with an AI), there was a lack of genuine hospitality.

Die online-Anweisungen für Check-In waren klar und mit Fotos ausgestattet. Es war etwas mit der Kaffeemachine nicht in Ordnung, und die Besitzer/Service konnten mir nicht helfen. Weiteres: Es stört mich nicht, aber es war komisch, dass über meinem Bett zwei identische gerahmte Fotos hingen.

If you open the windows and balcony door there is too much traffic noise. If you don't the room gets very hot. The linen was very bad quality. No microwave provided.

- Danijel (9/5): Schön übernachten am Wiener Hauptbahnhof - Sehr schönes Appartement. Alles sauber. Einfacher self- check-in mit guter Beschreibung. Kaffeemaschine vorhanden mit Kapseln, sehr sauber alles. Die Couch ist leider viel zu klein und unbequem wenn man gemütlich TV schauen will. Da sollte man sich was überlegen, vor allem weil genügend Platz vorhanden ist.

- JR Vienna (3/5): Not worth half of the money! - It was close to the railway station and there is a great Japanese restaurant next to it. Virtually no comfort whatsoever. No space to put your clothes and no space for luggage. Just one key. No space to put you toiletries. Simply a flat with basic, basic furniture and the cheapest cooking utensils. 1 small pan and 1 small pot.
