• Lucie (8/5): Très agréable séjour dans un appartement très bien équipé et avec un super emplacement. - Très bon emplacement. Appartement très pratique. Gros problème sur la porte d’entrée permettant l’accès au bâtiment de l’appartement, avec parfois une quasi impossibilité de rentrer dans l’immeuble. Le propriétaire est à priori informé et des réparations vont être faite.
• Annamari (5/5): Pienillä parannuksilla tämä olisi oikein hyvä paikka. - Sijainti oli hyvä ja huone siisti ja toimiva. Ulko-ovi oli rikki eikä auennut kunnolla. Kukaan ei vastannut soittoihin eikä tekstiviesteihin. Erittäin huonoa palvelua, olisimme voineet jäädä yöksi ulkopuolelle.
• Joachim (8/5): gut, ok, empfehlenswert - Die Lage, Nähe nach Lugano Zentrum, ruhig (ok nur 2 Zimmer besetzt) Besteck gleich Messer unbedingt ersetzen, nicht mehr scharf. Schade, die Vermieter haben sich nie blicken lassen.
• Danièle (5/5): Compliqué - La situation est magnifique, le studio était très propre, mais lpas a terrasse. Cette dernière n'est pas accessible depuis le studio, sauf à enjamber la fenêtre. Très difficile d'ouvrir le coffre avec le code pour prendre la clef, car disposé au fond dune boîte aux lettres sans lumière. Terrasse pas accessible depuis la chambre. Et surtout arrêt de bus très loin. Une voiture est indispensable, ce que la publicité ne dit pas. Nous sommes repartis avec 1 jour d'avance et ne retournerons jamais à cet endroit
• Alexander (9/5): We loved this location so much! Was well worth the price and booking effort - The view was amazing! The location to Lugano and the walk to the Olive Trail and nearby towns was perfect. The balcony and big open windows were such a special part as you could have breakfast out there and enjoy the view. The bed was a little uncomfortable and there should be extra pillows and blankets provided for guests.

• Iris (8/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung - Sehr schöne Lagen und super Aussicht, nicht weit von der der Stadt und trotzdem sehr ruhige Umgebung.Studio ist sehr gut und Zweck eingerichtet. Terrasse ist nicht vom Zimmer direkt begehbar, da ist etwas umständlich
• Thomas (6/5): Wir waren viel unterwegs und fast nur zum Schlafen und fürs Frühstück im Zimmer, dazu hats gereicht. - Tolle Lage am See, flexible Anreise mit Schlüssel im Safe. Als wir angekommen sind, war der Boden noch klebrig, unter meinem Nachttisch klebte ein trockener, steinharter Kaugummi, wenn man im Bad Licht macht läuft die Lüftung (laut) an und man kann sie nicht ausmachen, das ist nachts unpraktisch, Duschbrause sollte ersetzt oder entkalkt werden, Wasserkocher sollte entkalkt werden. Terrasse ist nicht direkt vom Zimmer her erreichbar.

• Mercedes (8/5): Un lugar para no olvidar - La hermosa vista y la tranquilidad El estacionamiento era muy estrecho, las camas muy duras y no tiene un acceso directo a la terraza. Sólo se puede llegar con carro porque queda muy enclinado y lejos del centro de Lugano.

• Antaki (10/5): - The location was unparalleled. The view was priceless. Just 30 min walk to Gandria. Dedicated parking spot was huge bonus. Instructions from management very helpful. Hallway was moldy. Shower drain clogged.
• Bernard (9/5): Beautiful place at the entrance of the Sentiero di Gandria. - Beautiful place, direct view on the lake. From our room, we could not reach the balcony directly (only accessible from outside) but this was not a problem. Wer hat a small issue with the parking place at the arrival, but it was very fast solved thanks to Naomi.

• J (8/5): Nice flat, lovely location, a couple of disadvantages to be aware of. - Location is beautiful. However you need to know that it's 10 minutes from both the bus stop and the rubbish bin you have to use (sounds crazy but seems to be a common arrangement in Lugano). Also the nearest food shop is in town a short bus ride away. We were happy there but it wouldn't suit everyone. No cleaning equipment provided. Terrace arrangements are odd: it's a shared terrace where each apartment has an allocated space. They aren't as upfront about this in the advertising as they should be. It would have been good if we could have had information about the holiday pass in advance, as knowing about discounts would help with planning Eggs whether to buy a half fare card.
• Gabriel (6/5): Ok place, but would find something else next time - View and proximity to Olive tree trail to Gandria No coffee, no tee and garbage needs to be taken out by the guest to a point at some walking distance
• Alizée (9/5): Wonderful location, would come again. - Great location close to the city, with incredible views of the lake and a nice balcony. The room was cosy and had everything we needed.
• Michail (5/5): the location is nice and the view is beautiful, not sure if its value for the money. - Location and view from the apartment 1. The balcony was not accessible from the apartment and actually you had to go out of the building to use the veranda. 2. On the second day of our stay we didn't have hot water and although we had tried to contact the host's numbers for a couple of hours - no one picked up the phone.

• Gerrit (6/5): The apartment is okay, the location is great! - Very clear instructions! They are super understandable. Location was great and the private parking spot was okay. We loved the olive trail that’s attached to the apartment (look it up on komoot) fast response of the owner/manager We missed out that we did not have a door from our room to the balcony, (our fault but disappointing) the fridge is really noisy! Could not sleep well because of the fridge. And still no cold beer because it only makes noise but cooling was not that great… This includes the cooking induction plate. Makes a lot of noise as well. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Long term cleaning is missing here. Mold/dark spots on the tile joints

• Valerie (9/5): Superb - Apartment was small but lovely. Clean, and efficient. Easy parking. Quick drive to downtown Lugano. Delightful walk to Gandria. Owner was very friendly and helpful when we ran into 2 small problems. View from apartment is magnificent. Bed is rather small. Balcony is not accessible from apartment, you have to walk in front of 3 other balconies to access.
• Guni (8/5): Beautiful and well equipped, but hard beds. - Location is amazing, right on the lake, with direct access for swimming! Room is clean and fully equipped plus we got a sparkling wine as a welcome! Blinds are darkening the room very well, quite, parking. Not only basic soap, but also for dishwasher, coins for laundry, coffee machine. The bed, it was very hard and uncomfortable, without enough pillows, and the ones we had were super thin.
• Xlhk (7/5): I think the place is fine for Lugano. - the view is very nice, location not that far from Lugano and the walk to Grandia, along the shore, is very nice. parking ... only good for narrow cars, for parking nr 1, which we had, there is no way to get in/out of the car. Small detail: the dishwasher was not plugged in and smelly when we opened it.

• Alan (5/5): Adequate, but we won't use these apartments next time we visit Lugano - Location above the lake with great view and a lovely swimming spot just below the apartment. Quiet street and peaceful stay. Why in an apartment for 2 was there only 1 wine glass and one expresso cup? Disappointed to find no coffee expresso percolator, only a gadget requiring unsustainable plastic pods of coffee essence. The ceramic touch-control hob was tempremntal and difficult to use. The balcony could not be accessed directly from the apartment, requiribng a round-about route through public spaces - not good for privacy. The rubbish disposal requirements on departure were unreasonable and difficult to excecute on travelling to the station. The Leaving Instructions carried the request ( I quote) " BaSICALLY DO OUR JOB FOR US"- what were we paying for? we were on holiday, not there to do a job.
• Lawton (8/5): Enjoyable. - Beautiful views and a wonderful location. The complimentary items were a nice added touch. The property is located opposite a beautiful park when you can walk and swim - highly recommended. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The key lock is not easy to access and difficult to open and close - this required some added time. the bathroom is quite outdated and could do with a new shower head.
