Gabriel (10/5): Authentic quaint stay in the quiet side of Cerro Alegre with amazing view - The place has an unbeatable view of Valparaiso's port on the quiet side of Cerro Alegre very close to the elevator El Peral and Palacio Burburizza. It is a place with a lot of character and all that is needed for a longer stay. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Carlos is a great host and helped with lots of good suggestions of places to eat. He was also very kind to attend to some of my needs. Communication was effective too. There are only small shops in Cerro Alegre and Concepcion so you are better off doing some shopping in one of the largest supermarkets downtown (el plan) Nothing to note here.
