• Giada (9/5): Esperienza fantastica e tranquilla - Il complesso è veramente carino, la casa è grande e spaziosa con tre camere. Il nostro gruppo era formato da sei ragazze e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema per quanto riguarda gli spazi. La casa era pulita ed accogliente con una zona esterna abbastanza riparata dai vicini. Si trova a circa 7 min a piedi da playa las vistas e di fronte al complesso vi è il supermercato Mercadona quindi comodissimo. In circa 15/20 si può raggiungere la via di Las Veronicas con tutti i locali quindi davvero fantastica. L’unica cosa negativa sono le prese, sono veramente poche quindi consiglio all’host di inserire delle multi prese all’interno della casa, soprattutto per la stanza all’ultimo piano che avendo una sola presa ed essendo la parte più calda della casa non era possibile mettere in carica i telefoni e collegare pure il ventilatore presente all’interno

• Dorosz (4/5): - The pool was clean. Apartment had bad smell and there were cockroaches! My kids could not sleep because of the smell. Facilities were old. Swimming pool was supposed to be opened from 10.00. On our last day we expected to have the last swim and and it the swimming was closed :(

• Rebecca (6/5): We enjoyed our stay, but I wouldn't recommend the property - The location was good - close to both Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. The complex was well maintained and very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. When we arrived the front windows/shutters did not lock which meant the property was not secure. There was also a leak from the upstairs toilet cistern. The property management service was helpful but we had to arrange to be at the property on two occasions to allow a technician access. The property was a bit tired and the patio area had a number of cracked tiles and did not receive any direct sunlight. The second bedroom on the first floor did not have a bedside light/plug with only one plug in the room. Generally, it was a bit unloved and shabby in places, with for eg. wobbly cupboard handles which would be repaired if someone checked the property

• Dgnz (4/5): It was really poor experience of stay especially given the fact we have paid 5K euro. - The location is super great indeed. The beach is 10 min walk, the supermarket 5 min walk. Lovely neighborhood with cafes, restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped. Basically you have all you need for cooking. There is a washing machine - it helps a lot! Overall the stay was not comfortable/annoying. The electrical outlets are majorly damaged. This fact was especially stressful for us considering kids presents. The plastic lamp in the kitchen literally fall down on our heads by its own (!). Lamps with fan in the bedrooms did not work properly thus it was very hot to sleep at night. Wi-Fi is pretty poor on the ground floor. 1st and 2nd floors it does not reach at all. Thus we used mobile internet. It worked better vs Wi Fi. The level of cleanliness was rather poor. We had to clean/wash entire apartment the very first day after check in. The plants in the terrace are with some sickness. Due to this looks damaged and the leaves fall down all the time, we suppose to clean them each single day. The toilet bowl (1st floor) passes the water on the floor. There is some smell on the ground floor bathroom. Most probably there is some chronical issue with plumbing. The beds ARE AWFUL. We had sleepless nights. They are very-very firm and the headboard of the bed are not connected to the entire bed. So there are 2 separate pieces of bed which are moving all the time so there is need to fix it constantly. There are cockroaches..
• Anya (10/5): Lovely would reccomend to friends. - very spacious and clean. Good household amenities and very good restaurants and supermarket nearby. no sun beds at pool. Very warm as fans were not good at cooling down room.
• Ben (5/5): The stay was enjoyable but was invonvenient at times. - The location of the property was very close to central las Americas and the surrounding shops and cafes were lovely. The apartment complex was very friendly. The kicthen and the appliances were very clean and new. There was also smart televisions which was good to be able to watch your own programmes and movies. The downstairs bathroom located next to the kitchen had an awful smell, so bad we had to go buy 3 air fresheners. There was only one key for main gate to complex and one key for apartment building, this apartment can sleep up to 6 people therefore you would all have to go home at the same time as the buzzer system also did not work at the from of the complext gate. There was also no sun loungers or chairs or anything at the pool area, when we contacted the host in regards to this thinking there was a place for them and he replied “one moment please” then there was no further contact from him. We also had to buy our own toilet roll and bin bags.
