• Todd (3/5): Bad - Only thing it was good for is a bed to sleep in Impossible to get in contact with them, no mirror in the room, right next to a busy main road, no staff on sight

They must of over booked as many people came in and out of property, the same property they told us was flooded after taking our Ids. As wer not allowed to stay unless they get thier own pictures of your Ids, weird I know, minutes later cancelled. Drove from Birmingham in 32 degree weather to be left on the side of the road. Disgusting host, don't answer the phone as they have no intention of helping, others tried to contact them they are not reachable. Just disgusted, as a disabled person this was unacceptable, left on the side of the road with nowhere to go. There was no stay as they cancelled last minute for a flood that never happened. • Danielle (1/5): Poor service, apartment and not clean - Was convenient for where I needed to stay but that is the only plus side to this accomodation Paid for 2 nights, second night was a room full of young men and women getting high on balloons and popping canisters til 5am which were so loud like gun shots, screaming shouting all night, I decided to book extra night as was so tired I needed to sleep, I've missed work back home and so stressed. After leaving next morning get a bill for 160 for dirty towels, are they joking, I was so stressed came on my period so was bit of blood on a towel, but i had asked them for yoilet roll after seconf night and they didnt give me any i had to buy some.and to be honest I wish I had took photos of the place as it was filthy before I even dirtied a towel. Would absolutely not book again and I need yo be in this area fortnightly so for your poor service you have lost more custom.
• Media (1/5): - Location was perfect for access to Brixton. ⭐ 1/10 – Serious Safety, Privacy & Hygiene Issues – Misleading Listing This was one of the most concerning and disappointing stays I’ve experienced. The property did not match the listing, and on arrival there were serious safety issues, including electrical sockets with plugs visibly melted into the walls, which raises real concerns about faulty wiring. Privacy was also a major issue. The bathroom window was effectively see-through, meaning people from the street could clearly see into the shower area. This is completely unacceptable and falls far below basic expectations. There was no working WiFi for the entire stay, despite it being advertised. I had to chase the landlord repeatedly over five days, with no proper resolution. The kitchen was not usable in any practical sense. It lacked basic essentials, and I had to spend additional money on plates, cutlery, and basic items just to be able to eat, which should never be necessary in a self-catering property. Standards of cleanliness and upkeep were also questionable, with items being repurposed inappropriately. In addition, the condition of the surrounding area and shared spaces suggested a lack of proper management and oversight, which further impacted the overall experience and comfort of the stay. I reported these issues with evidence, but the response from both the property and Booking.com was inadequate given the seriousness of the concerns. The resolution offered did not reflect the disruption or the nature of the problems. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this property reads through previous reviews carefully, as based on my experience, these do not appear to be isolated issues. At a minimum, guests should be able to expect basic safety, privacy, and accurate representation. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here. Proceed with caution.

• Natalie (4/5): Profoundly disappointing and legally questionable - Nothing I didn’t like that I had to share a form of identification to be able to receive the access code. I have no idea how my personal data including picture will be used and this is legal questionable. The floor was dirty, the shower tiles and tray were dirty. Tye widows were dirty inside and outThe quilt and pillows were thin and tired. The room was freezing and took about 2 hours to warm up.

Det var stopp i vår dusch så vi kunde inte duscha, flöt runt massa hår och skit från tidigare gäst, som flöt ut på hela golvet. Här fick man va försiktig när man torkade upp golvet efteråt, för hyresvärden debiterar om handdukarna blir fläckiga (vilket de garanterat hade blivit med tanke på de smutsiga golvet).

• Elizabeth (10/5): Thank you for a great stay, see you soon - I loved how simple and comfortable it was. Second time staying at one of their properties and the location was amazing for my work. I think the shower facilities in the room are excellent, plus easy access of the heater. Easy to receive keys and no complications. Towels and tissue provided. I was already travelling with all my toiletries so was not an issue but if you are expecting bits defo recommend bringing. Small mirror was helpful though I would have loved a full mirror situation. Shared kitchen also useful if you need a hot drink as there’s a kettle, microwave and washing machine. Loved the privacy and value for money. Good stay overall, very peaceful and nice service. Will be back Front door key situation was a little night mare especially when dark (though the door light comes on) It takes a while to retrieve the shared key. I think the code on the previous locations door worked more efficiently

La limpieza, en general, era pésima: nos encontramos un gorro en el suelo, un calcetín sucio, la cama llena de pelos y platos sucios en los cajones. El suelo estaba sin barrer ni fregar; en definitiva, parecía que habíamos entrado justo después de que salieran los anteriores huéspedes. Me puse en contacto con ellos y comenzaron a contestarme, pero después no hubo más respuesta, sin solución alguna.

Riscaldamento non funzionante, ci siamo gelati completamente, host completamente assente, ho provato ad avvisarlo più volte ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta da parte sua. Camera sporca come una stalla e mobili pieni di polvere. Sconsiglio altamente.

The lock box for the key wasn’t there and we were sent a video by the property owner (after many messages) showing that a key had been hidden underneath a mop outside the property. I was then told to leave it there which I refused to due to safety

If had none of them it was a room with bed and s chest of drawers in. Complete and utter let down. I told the managr I wasn't happy and the basically told me to cancel if I want knowing they have a no money refund policy. Also it was unsafe I dudht nitice at first but when I had finaly laid down the fire alarm had been blocked with yellow tape. Totally unsafe one if the worst experiences yet.

• Radu (1/5): - Abbiamo dovuto comprare le salviette igienizzanti antibatteriche. Lenzuola non cambiate piene di peli altrui , polvere e sporcizia nella stanza e nel bagno. La foto rispecchia totalmente un altra stanza, non questa di certo. Pavimenti sporchissimi, pareti imbrattare, odore nella stanza nauseante di fumo e di chiuso. Avremmo voluto almeno la decenza di dormire in lenzuola cambiate e asciugamani puliti, non chiedevamo il lusso ma sulla pulizia veramente pessimo. Non sono stati nemmeno pochi 210€. Non adatta ai deboli di stomaco. Carta igienica assente, per nostra fortuna (unica cosa positiva) c’era il Tesco Express vicino a noi che ci ha salvati con la carta e salviette per stare decentemente. Nella descrizione c’è anche specificato che c’è il Wi fi, se non avete il Roaming siete finiti. Lì non c’è nessun wi fi e quando lo abbiamo fatto presente al proprietario non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. È una presa in giro prendere i soldi in questo modo senza un minimo di condizione.

No toiletries, no hairdryer, no iron, no TV, few hangers. Large group of young men hanging around immediately outside the property for hours; they were perfectly friendly but rather noisy. Not a great location.
• Dulgun (8/5): In London habe ich das dritte mal Provleme mit Bettwäsche. Das hier war am saubersten - Es hat eigene Dusche. War sauber. Die Bettwäsche war unsauber. Aber am nächsten Morgen neu bekommen. Am letzten Tag nachts die Schlüsselblock war defekt.

• Rodianne (4/5): Owner need to focus more on cleanliness !!! - The location was great, right next to all public transport availible. The toilet was not shared this is a plus as normally at this price you will have a shared toilet. The heating system was good. The place was not clean at all. The floor was full of hair from privius guests. The sheets were also not clean, they were just rotated on the other side and full of sigarette holes. The pillows were so thin you hardly feel them under your head. When we booked, there was an option of a kitchette but apperently this was just a fridge however this didn't bother us much.
• Laxmi (5/5): Good if 24/7 service was available - It was fairly clean and did feel safe place because of the lock box for the at both indoor and outdoor, had stores nearby which was great. We got locked outside for 5hrs because key box got reseted we don’t know how as there is no reason to reset. Due to this we ended up getting a hotel further away from the place, 2 hotels rejected because they were full, 5 uber journeys made including morning. Wasted too much money because of the key box situation. Just not happy because host was asleep by that time, should’ve had other colleagues number or cleaner’s number given to us beforehand just to mitigate this whole situation. Missed our bus because host didn’t understand the whole situation I explained, until the cleaner said the same thing. I asked him if cleaner has spare key, nothing. Just said to meet the cleaner at 10am. Arrived there, only to find out cleaner had keys for all the rooms except ours. Cleaners did try to help but had to go, which is understandable. We wouldn’t have had this issues, if they had been 24/7 contact.

Only provided a single roll of toilet roll. No bar of soap for hand washing - this felt like unnecessary skimping. A bar of soap is the bare minimum for bathroom hygiene. Lock box for the front door key was broken/loose. Attached in the lockbox with what I'm assuming was cheese wire. Not the best security for share accommodation.

• Junaid (1/5): - It was really dirty and smelly room and I called the property owner he was extremely rude to me, then I left the door. Stayed somewhere else. Nasty smell in the room dirty toilet and dirty room, Look like never been cleaned. It’s just waste of money.
• Wisdom (2/5): Noisy dirty room - Good location The room was so dirty on arrival, bedding was so dirty and not changed. Pillows were so flat. The rooms were not sweet. I had to sweep the room myself and remove used condoms that were left under the bed by the previous occupant. I had to report this to the house owner who nothing was done till the time I left. The room is noisy if you open the windows so forget a good sleep
