• Elena (7/5): I do believe that there should be partially reimbursement if u can’t use pool - Apartment is next to Banús… nice but I don’t recommend stay in this area. During our stay someone’s child pooped in the pool. I happened on our first day… it took all our stay to clean the pool even to the fact that it was promised to be cleaned in 48h . And on one of the days there were no water as they had issues with pressure. Parking was tiny. Urbanization is old that’s why u face with such things…

Marina, shops and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk as well as bike and scooter hire and bus stop if you want to leave the car parked up. Make sure you ask for more than one key fob for security gates to main entrance, beach and car park.

• Miroslav (9/5): Great stay overall, definitely would like to come again. - Perfect location, nice and friendly host, well equipped appartment , quiet place, climatization, parking slot in underground garage included... 1) Not so intuitive usage of (entry) fobs - especially for getting out of the garage; 2) The complex is really huge, not all lights are working, finding your way could be quite challenging in the night.

Also, I like the way of attention and communication with the apartment management and our host Claudia. Thank you so much. The parking it to tight and small but doesn’t bother me much.

• Yunus (10/5): Autumn 23 with kids - We had a perfect Stay at Puerto Banus. The appartement is really nice and located just on the corner of puerto Banus with a nice Beach and a little Playground directly in front. The pool and Kidspool are quite large. We stayed with 2 Kids 3y and >1y old and they provided a nice Babybed. The Bathrooms and Kitchen are nice and well equipped if you would want to cook. Everything was exeptionally clean. The Staff arranged a perfect and really friendly arrival! Thank you guys nothing to complain
