• Abigail (8/5): - La ubicación, el espacio y decoración del piso y el buen trato de anfitrión Se echó en falta algunos útiles de la cocina: servilletas, más bolsas de basura, un mantel para la mesa de cristal, papel higiénico que no fuera de capa fina, ... , así como que las ventanas de la habitación estuvieran algo más aisladas, el ruido de la gente hablando en la plaza no dejaba dormir o te despertaba y con los eventos de semana santa era muy frecuente el acúmulo de gente en el lugar

• NANCY (10/5): This is the place to stay when visiting Córdoba. - It has everything to feel comfortable like at home. Kitchen with oven, washing machine, and comfortable beds. The parking was a bonus. We loved there was a playground steps away for our little one. Walking distance to everything.

• william (9/5): Great location in the center of the historic area. - Great place you should book if available. Clean, close to everything and very spacious. Only a few minutes to anywhere in the historic district. Great for longer stays with all kitchen appliances and plenty of sitting spaces. We knew in advance that parking wasn’t on site. Walking from the car is uphill but only about 5 minutes.

• Kornforfree (6/5): Zentral gelegen, Komfort ausbaufähig - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend und ein klarer Pluspunkt. Die sehr zentrale Umgebung ist ideal für einen Städtetrip. Ebenfalls vorteilhaft ist der vorhandene Parkplatz, auch wenn dieser sehr schmal ist und die Einfahrt in die Garage etwas anspruchsvoll ist. Das Bett entsprach nicht der angegebenen Größe (151–180 cm), sondern war eher ca. 140 cm breit. Der kleine Glastisch im Wohnzimmer ist aus unserer Sicht wenig geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Zudem lassen sich die Türen in der Wohnung nicht leise öffnen oder schließen. Im Kinderzimmer fehlte eine Nachttischlampe, und das zweite Bett ist sehr wackelig. Mit einigen Verbesserungen ließe sich der Komfort der Unterkunft deutlich steigern, insbesondere für Familien.

• Marcos (10/5): - El piso está muy bien ubicado. Es muy completo. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Se duerme muy bien. Tiene aparcamiento privado y ascensor interior que sube al lado del piso. Todo ok.
• Steve (9/5): Fantastic location - Fantastic location - everything walkable. Parking space a bonus. Because of Cordoba's one-way system, it takes 15 minutes to drive from the front of the building to the basement garage 50 feet away!

Dispone de cafetera Dolce Gusto ,nos dejaron unas capsula de cortesía, lo que se agradece mucho. También hay cerca varios supermercados ( a 2 minutos). La cama de matrimonio quizás un poco pequeña (1,35) para mi que soy de corpulencia grande, pero es comoda y hemos dormido bien.

The apartment came with free parking but due to poor parking by other residents we could not park and had to go to the part car park however the owner is going to reimburse the cost

• ASTRID (10/5): Superbe appartement - Appartement très calme et très agréable et à 2 pas de tout Quelques frayeurs pour se garer sur une place étroite mais qui a le mérite d être là et d être en sous terrain donc la voiture est à l ombre.
• Friederike (9/5): - Die Wohnung liegt nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Mezquita und dem Zentrum entfernt. Die Umgebung und das Gebäude, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, sind ruhig und in der Nähe gibt es verschiedene kleine Supermärkte. Ein großes Plus ist der Parkplatz! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Der Fußboden hätte sauberer sein können, denn es wurde offensichtlich nicht gesaugt. Es lagen Haare und Krümel auf dem Boden. Die Küche ist etwas dürftig ausgestattet, da es keine Schere, Schneidebrett oder Küchenmesser gibt. Eine Müslischüssel für potenziell drei Leute finde ich etwas dürftig. In der Dusche gibt es keine Halterung für die Duschbrause.

• Jon (9/5): An easy place to stay. - It had been modernized and was spacious. We had a free and safe carpark which is important to us as we had to pay a huge amount at our last stay. It was very close to the old town a minute walk and to the supermarket and restaurants. A great stay. Nothing really.
• Dave (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment. Great location. The ground floor was a nice change. However, there was a lift. Had a bit of an issue finding the place as Google maps took us to a Doctors office around the corner, same name as street. The photos we were sent were very useful.

• Gillian (9/5): Córdobas little gem. - Lovely apartment. Very clean. Has everything you need. Garage parking behind the apartment.We were met by Alvaro, who was very nice and informative. So close to the old town. We will definitely return. So much to see. Loved it. Nothing.
• Daniela (7/5): Not so nice experience - Staff were very helpful. Location pretty good We had to announce exactly when we will arrived as they had handle is the key. We were on a round trip in Spain, traveling to 5 cities and it was the only location still using a classic key to access the apartment. They left us two set of keys, so we took one set and went to dinner. Back home, around 12:15 a.m. we discovered the access key was not working for the building. We called the guy that handled us the key. He was very nice, but he told us that he has to call his boss to solve the issue. Fortunately, is fussing in front of the building drew attention to some neighbors that finally opened the building door! The apartment key was ok, so we finally managed to get into the apartment. Regarding the parking place, it was so tiny that i had to get out of the car through the right door. And getting out of the garage was a real challenge

Could not ask for more. - Balbino provided ideal information re finding the property and explained that he would meet with us to handover the keys. We received a warm welcome to a beautiful apartment; we were advised how to use the air conditioning and how the lights worked in the bathroom. We kept each other up to date re arrival time via WhatsApp which worked extremely well. The property was in a wonderful location and only a matter of minutes from the Mesquite-Catedral - an absolutely ideal location for our first visit to Cordoba, close to the Jewish Quarter and to local restaurants; Balbino provided recommendations on places to see and where to eat which were really helpful. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you so much for everything, really appreciated. In the morning we heard a good deal of noise re people talking and wandered what was happening, we soon realised we were opposite a school, therefore, a minor point, it would be worth mentioning this to guests. This would not deter us from staying again.
