• Cassandra (7/5): It was acceptable, proper pictures and timely service response would have gained better review. - The property was in a great location very close to Disney, nothing very walkable around; but all things driveable nearby. Very clean, spacious nice layout. The false advertising; the place is not Disney themed at all! Not like the pictures show or in the name. Its a regular townhome with simple decorations. This is deceiving and can easily be fixed by redocorating or showing proper pictures. I was sent daily redundant emails stating I will receive access information hours prior to arrival. Check is at 4pm, we arrived at 5–no email no access codes. Had to wait 45min-1hr for the property management to contact the property and get us access.

• Gretchen (1/5): This place was very disappointing. - It was close to Disney The pictures show kids character rooms. No rooms with anything but white walls. it was sad because we had two children with us. The A/C stopped working the first night, we called the owner, no answer. He called back the next night at 11:42 pm. There was no GYM. The picture showed sand boxes, we found them behind the pool gate with nothing in them. There were other little things missing like towels and hangers. Someone really needs to deep clean the place. The pictures of the townhouse where not of the one we where given to stay in. We think its very wrong to advertise one thing and give us another.
