• Virna (7/5): - The apartment is nicely decorated, modern, and functional. It’s close to a bus stop and well connected to all the necessary locations. In front of the building, there are shops, tobacco stores, food stands (gyros, crepes, and similar), and a market. The worst part was that we spent an hour driving around the neighborhood trying to find the building — the location was incorrect. We even had to ask the neighbors to recognize the door from the photo and help us. The building looks very bad inside, quite scary. There’s very little kitchenware — only two glasses in total — and most of the dishes were dirty and damaged, so we had to wash everything again. The bed creaks loudly as soon as you sit on it. The neighbors are noisy, but that can’t really be helped. Overall, for the price, it’s acceptable. We had a pleasant stay and managed to deal with everything that wasn’t ideal.

• David (9/5): Spacious studio with good transport links to the city. - Comfortable studio with basic facilities. Very responsive staff sorted my small problem promptly and efficiently. Public transport into the city close by. Shops and local restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Street parking availability good. Kitchen facilities and accessories (glasses, corkscrew etc) very limited.

• Ivan (3/5): Poor - The apartment was amazing. The bed was spacious and comfy. The kitchen area is nice and cozy. Me and my friend really enjoyed it Finding the address and getting the key to enter was a major hassle. The location given on Google maps was wrong, I walked down an extra street or so, wandered around looking for the right address. Asked many people from the street where the building could be until I found it. Then the issue of getting in the building began. If it wasn't for one of the neighbours on the same floor as the apartment, a sweet old granny, to help me, I would've lost it. The whole process until that point made me think I was scammed, because I had even called customer support like 4 times with no answer. Originally I was even given a wrong code for the lock to get the key... The whole process would've been significantly better had there been more communication!

• Iulian (10/5): Very nice apartment! - I stayed for 2 weeks here in this apartment and it was great, it is how it’s presented. The lighting it’s very nice and bright and a lot of ambient light also, the hotel rooms are often very dark. Smart Tv Samsung with Netflix and all you need was also very good. Hot water for the shower, good heat in the room, all furniture is new and nice. You have everything you need, also dishes, cups, coffee machine, fridge, oven etc. The building it’s old but as I seen in Sofia all the building are the same, so nothing to say about this. Close in shops, supermarket, coffee shops and public transportation in front of the building. There was some hair and dust on the floor but I used the vaccum cleaner from the apartment and it was fine.

• Nadezda (3/5): Poor - There are huge cockroaches in the apartment!!! Also, the hot water boiler in the bathroom is set so that you can only wash for 5 minutes, then the hot water runs out!!! It's terrible to live with cockroaches and not be able to take a shower!!!

• Kristiyana (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was quite cold, the draft under the front door was horrific. It wasn't clean at all, a lot of dust on the shelves, under the bed, floor was covered in mud or something else and the sink was quite dirty. The apartment had no hot water when we entered which was quite disappointing especially after coming off a long flight and expecting to take a shower and have to wait for the shower to heat the water. There were bugs around and there was no hand soap or washing up liquid to help with dish washing
