- Bernd (3/5): Ostende fanden wir sehr schön, aber die Wohnung und Huswell war eine große Enttäuschung. - Ruhige Lage in einer schönen Gegend. Parken kostenlos an der Straße. Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Trampeln und Geschrei sogar in der Nacht aus der Wohnung darüber. Sehr starker Kanalisationsgeruch im Bad, der durch die Tür ins Schlafzimmer gelangte. Aufenthalt im Bad war fast unmöglich. Der Spiegelschrank war nicht benutzbar wegen starkem Schimmelgeruch. In der Duschkabine im unteren Bereich gab es schwarzen Schimmel. Der sogenannte Garten im Innenhof komplett verwahrlost und nicht benutzbar. Jalousie im Wohnzimmer kaputt. Wir haben am zweiten Tag an Huswell geschrieben, was sich schwierig gestaltete. Man hatte Verständnis für unser Problem, aber während unseres Urlaubes hat sich keiner unseren Problemen angenommen, obwohl wir immer nachgehakt hatten. Unsere Enttäuschung über Huswell ist sehr groß.
- Tine (8/5): Mooi, gerieflijk appartement, maar nooit meer met deze organisatie - Heerlijke matras, goede ventilatie in de badkamer, recente koelkast met 3 lades diepvries. De deur van de tweede slaapkamer, die aansluit bij de keuken en het terras, kan niet toe. Het terras was erg vuil toen we aankwamen. De communicatie was onduidelijk: eerst stond er dat een huisdier gratis was, dan moest ik 50 euro bijbetalen, er staat dat we vuilnis in de ruimte op het eerste verdiep of terras moeten zetten; de foto van de vuilnisbakken kloppen niet; dan bleek dat we 29 euro moesten betalen om de vuilnis te laten ophalen. We waren 20 minuten vroeger aangekomen; dat kost dan 39 euro extra🫨. Vreselijk…
