Guest Reviews
- Nikea (3/5): Disappointed - The only good things about this place was the location and the size of the bed. I think the owners need to rethink their title of "Luxury Appartment" it is far from luxury. It is full of dust, old and run down. The carpark is a maze and the spaces are not in order so we spent the first half an hour trying to find the space allocated for us. There is so much noise around at night time so don't expect to get any sleep. The owners are cheap, there is terrible coffee. 2 ply toilet paper and no milk supplied. You'd think for the price tag applied that the owners would try a bit harder to make it worth it. Their lack of care factor is actually quite sad, I rang them for help they didn't return the call or even send a courtesy message to see if we were alright. Do yourself a favour and put your money towards something that actually qualifies as luxury. We will not be back.
- Cardilini (7/5): Good - location was great very noisy
- Nathan (6/5): Pleasant - Location was excellent. Ease of checkin Lack of hot water, no kitchen plug, noisy fan in bathroom,
- Julie (7/5): Good - We loved the size and layout of the apartment with massive inbuilt wardrobes in each bedroom and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was of a good size and it was indeed handy to have the washer and dryer there to use...including a wash trough.
We did buy our own 'no slip' mat to put in the bath tub as we are of an older age and using the shower/bathtub combo it became a bit hazardous moving around and getting out when it was wet.
If there could be some Chux/generic brand wipes added to the kitchen cupboard rather than just the dish sponge, it would make wiping up the countertop easier.
Light blocking curtains in the bedrooms would keep them darker for good sleep as the street lights were at a level where the blinds didn't keep their light out. The issue with the blinds not meeting the wall of the window recess allowed light in , so blackout blinds fitted would also help with darkening the room for sleeping.
Overall though, we thought the price was great for being so close to Melbourne city, with all major grocery stores within a 10 minute walk and transport right in the same street.
Loved our stay and would do it again and let friends know.
- Samanta (6/5): Pleasant -
- Belinda (7/5): Good -
- Alanah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eric (7/5): A pleasant one for a short stay. - Location.
Proximity to attractions in the CBD region.
Property management was prompt to call out when we requested replacement. Noise level as it is right next to the tram station.
Sleep at night was disturbed.
Some of the appliances are not working such was hood, water heater - intermittently hot and cold during showers.
- Julz (10/5): Perfect inner city apartment! - The location is perfect for all things in the city. Having 2 spacious bed rooms with a family is very handy. Bright, fresh apartment! Great pool. We loved our stay. Because we are used to no traffic or noise it was expected to be noisy.
- Rosemary (4/5): Overall we were very disappointed with this apartment and would not stay here again or recommend it. We were actually co - Close to transport, city and Southbank. Car park was a bonus. Easy access to apartment and car park. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean and kitchen facilities excellent. No hot water for showers for 3 days!!! Totally unacceptable in what is advertised as a “stunning” apartment. The delayed response by hosts to fix this issue wasn’t great. The bathroom is really small with laundry, toilet and shower over a small bath. The apartment is very noisy as it’s close to tram tracks and neighbours are extremely loud late into the night (3am). Double glazing on windows would help and if you open the windows there are no screens so all the bugs come in.
