• DUMENIEU (10/5): - Tout d'abord Marta a été exceptionnelle. Elle a repondu à nos questions de façon très réactive. Elle a été gentille et prévenante. Bravo. L'appartement est clair, moderne, bien équipé, propre. Parfait. L'environnement n'est pas très beau avec un peu de bruit mais les nuits sont calmes.

• gerlinde (8/5): Freundliches Apartement in einem Wohnblock - Sehr helles und geräumiges Apartement. Die Ankunft war etwas schwierig, da die Zufahrt geschlossen war und es auch keine Übereinstimmung mit den Fotos gab: Das gezeigte Geschäft existierte nicht mehr und es gab auch davor eine Baustelle. Obwohl wir kein Gerät eingeschaltet hatten gab es Stromausfall. Schließlich konnte jedoch alles via whats app bereinigt werden.
• Béatrice (10/5): Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Santander dans cet appartement. - L'appartement était propre, spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé et joliment décoré. Des douceurs nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Marta a été réactive, accueillante et à l'écoute et elle nous a donné beaucoup de renseignements.

• Eztizen (9/5): Estancia muy cómoda en familia - La limpieza, poder aparcar gratuitamente y la distancia al centro. El contacto con la dueña. El detalle del café, las infusiones y sobados. Disponer de cuna. No tiene ascensor y aunque es el primer piso, puede ser un obstáculo para personas con movilidad reducida.

• Monica (10/5): Un apartamento moderno y cómodo - El alojamiento es precioso, muy elegante e iluminado, con vistas a la zona verde de la urbanización. Además la anfitriona deja unos detalles para los huéspedes que se agradecen muchísimo. Tiene todas las comodidades y estaba todo muy limpio. Tiene dos dormitorios con cama de matrimonio. En la que estuvimos nosotros, la cama era muy cómoda y la zona es tranquila. Hemos aparcado todos los días justo enfrente del edificio, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Y cuando nos hemos querido desplazar a pié, está cerquita de un ascensor que te deja en el centro en un ná. Además tiene muy cerquita supermercados y zonas donde se come fenomenal. Y el bar de al lado, La Chirigota, regentado por una mujer muy agradable. La anfitriona, estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, para que no tuviésemos ningún problema y estuviésemos bien atendidos. Si volvemos a Santander, sin duda repetiremos. No tengo nada que decir

• Ernesto (10/5): - La limpieza, calidad de todo, comodidad, hasta el mínimo detalle pensado (café, té, leche, galletitas, botiquín de emergencias) etc. Anfitrión Sra Marta de lujo, todas las instrucciones para llegar a lugares de interés, transportes, resto, etc. Amable y atenta con disponibilidad en todo momento. Recomendable. Muestra en su publicación lo que realmente es y tiene más de lo que muestra. Sorprende. Nos vamos super conformes y esperamos volver.

Lidón (10/5): Una estancia muy agradable - Aunque a la llegada, la finca del apartamento, no te resulte atractiva, ni te preocupes, el apartamento es una monada, con todos los detalles y complementos que te puedan hacer falta. Una decoración moderna, los dormitorios con armarios y un baño y una cocina completamente nuevos. El parking dentro de la urbanización y, tener el coche aparcado debajo de casa en Santander es un privilegio. La zona es muy tranquila y tienes el funicular y las escaleras mecánicas, prácticamente al lado. Marta, la casera, es muy agradable y te resuelve cualquier duda que puedas tener. Sin dudarlo, si vuelvo a Santander, repetiría de apartamento. Me gustó todo.

• Sylvie (10/5): À ne pas rater - Il ne faut pas se fier à l'aspect extérieur de la résidence. L'appartement est entièrement rénové dans un style moderne et fonctionnel. Il est parfait, il n'y a rien à redire. L'accueil et la disponibilité de Marta sont un plus, toujours là pour donner des infos complémentaires. Les explications pour entrer dans l'appart sont précises et le fait de trouver tout ce qu'il faut pour un premier petit-déjeuner est très appréciable. Le parking sécurisé devant la porte et la situation de l'appart sont un plus non négligeable. Rien à redire
• Soraya (10/5): Estancia maravillosa en Santander - Nos encantó el apartamento, es muy confortable y acogedor, todo está nuevo, tiene mucha luz, camas muy cómodas, una ubicación excelente, con el fonicular estás rápidamente en el centro. La casera Marta es excelente, súper atenta y te ayuda con todo para que tu estancia sea todavía mucho mejor si cabe. Muy recomendable Nada que objetar

• FRANCISCO (10/5): Perfecta. - La ubicación muy buena, con el funicular o las escaleras mecánicas o el bus llegas fácilmente a todos los sitios. Pero si hay que destacar algo por encima de todo, es a Marta, la anfitriona, nos fue informando día a día de todos los eventos importantes que había en la ciudad, y estuvo muy pendiente de nuestra estancia. De 10.

The WiFi was very good and views over the garden to the rear was nice and peaceful. The location is great for the beaches and the town with a free funicular that drops you down into the centre. Parking easy and couldn’t fault anything. Marta the owner was very helpful and provided a vast amount of information and recommendations. 😎 There is nothing we could fault with this property….. exceptional 😎

Nice beds, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and very nice shower room. Parking right outside. The location is also very good. 15 minutes walk down into the main restaurant area. Perfect. Marta, the host, is a treasure. Always available to help, guide and advise. A real pleasure to deal with her. Can't really think of anything
