- Elsa (5/5): My experience with the property could have been better. - The location is great. There is no information guide for guests regarding where to find things and who to contact. I paid for a studio with a balcony, but when I checked in realized there was no balcony and the studio was different from the one in the photos. I was not informed of the change nor was the price reduced, hence I am still waiting for feedback from Booking in this regard because the property stopped responding when I questioned this. There are no extra bedsheets available, I was told that I had to pay and when I asked for the price, I did not receive a response and had to stay the 13 days with the same bedsheets. The kitchen is missing a few things, like kitchen cloth. I had to buy a disposable pack. If you have allergies, ask the property to clean under the bed before you arrive. It’s a great value for money if location is your only concern. However, if you want to get what you actually paid for and are concerned about comfort, it’s not the best choice.

With a few improvements, accommodation could be made perfect - Good location, reasonable price Front door to the street didn’t lock properly (had to slam it several times) - a security risk. Shower rod holding shower head not properly attached so it could fall and cause injury. Glass shelf above bathroom sink not securely attached either. TV remote didn’t work. No hand soap only sample-size shampoo/conditioner. Bins not emptied during my two week stay and no instructions given on where to dispose of garbage. Would have benefited from a property guide indicating where to find a laundromat (e.g. at 467 King’s Road) as there is no washing machine in the flat. No-one came to change towels or sheets (only one set provided). Had to buy my own tea towel to dry dishes.

- Anke (4/5): We booked a new room in a hotel to enjoy our stay in London. - Code System for key handover was easy, but I did not expect the complex KYC where I needed to provide all my personal data again (passport, credit card) etc. via a link outside booking.com. Without an upfront information we received a lot smaller room and not the room we have booked. The support confirmed this on request and 15% offered discount. Overall the building seems to be under maintenance, floors looked a bit messy. Our apartment was also not properly cleaned, in particular the bathroom. There was no toilette paper or handwash available.
