• Elena (10/5): Панорамный вид на Ереван! - Прекрасная квартира в центре города. Очень просторная, отличный балкон. А две ванных комнаты - это просто сказка для семьи! Шикарная кухня с посудой, огромная гостиная! Есть микроволновка, стиральная машина, утюг, сушка, гладильная доска. Две изолированных спальни - одна со своей ванной! Хозяева отличные, встретили, рассказали Это не квартира, а район - проблема с парковкой у дома.

• Yakoub (9/5): Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar - De locatie, alles is loopafstand. Je hebt een ruime appartement tot je beschikking met een lift. Vlakbij een supermarkt op loopafstand en onder je zit een leuk restaurantje voor ontbijt, lunch en avondeten! -

• Ekaterina (10/5): - Квартира отличная, Месторасположение супер, для нас главное было : хорошие матрасы, техника, наши ожидания оправдались. В квартире было чисто. Вопрос ко второму санузлу: подремонтировать смеситель и сидушку унитаза, гладильную доску заменить. Это , конечно, никак не отразилось негативно на пребывание в квартире.

• Alex (10/5): A centrally located, clean, and well-equipped apartment with kind and responsive hosts—highly recommended! - The apartment is managed by exceptionally kind, supportive, and welcoming hosts who provided almost immediate responses to my questions via WhatsApp. The location is fantastic—very central and within walking distance of the main sites. The apartment was impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary appliances, and the balcony offered a stunning view. While I wouldn’t consider it a major issue, the lift is a bit loud and can be heard from the bedrooms, which might disturb light sleepers. However, it didn’t trouble us.

• Nina (10/5): Happy with stay - We were two couples and we were happy with our stay. The apartment is central, easy to walk to most of the attractions in the center of Yerevan. We had two bedrooms and two independent bathrooms which suited us well, we were comfortable and had a kitchen and a dining area, all well equipped. The host is very supportive, thank you. I would recommend to my friends. And Yerevan and Armenia is a lovely place to visit with rich history and nice people! All was excellent

Location is perfect, in the city center, close to everything and very communicative by foot or with transport. The host is really nice, understanding and responds quickly to your needs and questions. I recommend with both thumbs up and would love to return again someday!

• Edmond (10/5): The host, the apartment and the process of getting in was exceptional. - Location, view, view view… I’d call it a modern luxurious apartment in the heart of the city, we were there during the winter and the house was as warm as it would be on a summer night. The host literally helped move my heavy luggages (all 4 of them) awesome people. Can’t think of anything…
