• DIMITRIOS (8/5): A comfortable apartment in a very central location - Location was perfect as it was very close to the train station, Tivoli Gardens and a very handy 7/11. The rooms were large and the beds super comfortable. It was on the first floor but that wasn't a real issue. The bathroom needs to be updated asap. The bathroom and main bedroom doors do not close properly which was a bit of an inconvenience in terms of privacy and the hosts assured us they would fix them. Even though there was a filter coffee machine and filters provided, there wasn't any coffee (that is typically provided in other apartments), which would have made the mornings a bit easier. Also, bear in mind that a church bell starts ringing really early in the morning so if you have any noise sensitivity, bring earplugs.

• Arie (10/5): Location above all ! - The location is fantastic. The place is very nice and specious. Close to everything you need as a tourist. The bar across the road called “ not your usual drink” is worth visiting. As the owner mentioned, it can get a bit noisy since it is such a popular spot. Also the bell from the nearby church is ringing every half an hour. If you are light sleeper it could be annoying
• Emma (8/5): Fräscht, centralt och rymligt - Fräscht, rent och rymligt. Ligger otroligt centralt och nära till det mesta! Du behöver ingen bil utan kan promenera överallt. Mycket engagerad och hjälpsam värd. Lägenheten har gamla fönster och ligger på 1 trappa upp mitt på en av de populära bar-gatorna vilket gör att det är extremt högljud nattetid samt tidigt på morgon när leveranser sker och tomglas hämtas. Runt hörnet ligger det stora Rådhustorget med klockan som slår varje hel och halvtimma. Detta sker från 08.00-00.00. Man vande sig dock efter ett tag. Rekommenderar öronproppar.Trapphuset är väldigt slitet och smutsigt men lägenheten är fräsch och fin.

• Tamra (10/5): The perfectly located apartment was spacious and comfortable for our group of 7. - The location was amazing and we were able to walk or bike everywhere we wanted to go. Both nights we found wonderful outdoor restaurants right outside our door, and the cafe at the end of the street offered excellent cappuccino and croissants. A dreamy location, rooms tidy and full of light--a fantastic apartment in the heart of Copenhagen! We initially thought using Luggage Hero would help but learned after that unexpected fees (I should have read it more carefully) doubled the cost. It would have been helpful if we could have dropped the bags in the room. The 11:00 checkout was perfect for us and our timing; the 4:00 check-in was more challenging.

• Jennifer (9/5): All in all would recommend this apartment and would definitely choose to stay again if we come back to Copenhagen - The location was great easy to access areas of Copenhagen, very clean and lots of space. The hosts were extremely helpful with requests and very quick to respond to messages A little bit noisy due to location but we were warned and did bring earplugs with us. The church bells ring up until midnight and start at 8am
• Olha (4/5): Disappointing - Big light apartments, in the city centre - close to all sightseeing (but keep in mind that there are many bars on the street, and it is very noisy from the street until 23.00-00.00, because the windows in the apartments are not airtight, there is also constant noise every 30 minutes from the town hall, which is around the corner). The apartment was warm, there were enough dishes in the kitchen, and there were enough towels for all guests, the beds were comfortable. there were a few issues that made our experience less comfortable - the dishwasher was not working, yet the house rules required that all dishes be cleaned before check-out, the kitchenware was already dirty, the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not up to standard, which was disappointing. The apartments look older in reality than in the photos. The wifi didn't work when we arrived, and the hosts didn't answer for a long time, even though they said they were available 24/7. But they called the next day, and as compensation for the inconvenience, they offered to check out at 1 p.m. instead of 11 a.m.

• Ljiljana (9/5): A pleasant stay in Copenhagen! - This is a great space in the city center. Having only one key for a group of people is a significant disadvantage.
• Xianglin (6/5): Nice room except the noises at night and the clock noise - It's at the center of the city. The apartment is very big with almost three bedrooms (two big rooms with queen size beds and one small room with bunk beds), a family room, a breakfast area, kitchen and bathroom. It's clean too. It's very noisy at night till 3am. There are bars and restaurants just next to our building. The people are very loud. There is a big clock that will ding every 15 mins!

The apartment is very spacious well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. It was a little noisy in the evenings, which is the downside to a central location, and we were aware of that before we traveled.
• Russell (9/5): Excellent location and luxurious apartment. We loved our stay. - Lovely and spacious. Excellent location. It was a bit difficult to get the key off the bike rack. It was not easy to see the numbers and we had to navigate through bikes to access the key safe. It would be better if it was on the wall. Also the toilet door handle was loose so we couldn’t lock the door as we were afraid that the handle might come off (only one screw in it). We weren’t sure what to do with glass bottles when we left.

Restaurants, bars and a supermarket right on the door step. The apartment had everything that we needed and we especially appreciated the washing machine after travelling for a few weeks. Great communication by the hosts It would have been handy to have instructions for the microwave.
• Carol (8/5): It was very nice stay and very good for my family. - The location was great. Walking distance to almost all the major attractions. Two coffee shops within the block of the apartment. Comfortable space and beds. On the weekend the bars can be noisy and in the morning the trucks can be very loud.

• Grandsart (10/5): Awesome, large apartment in the heart of Copenhagen - Location and apartment are wonderful. If you are looking for a clean, large, well kept up apartment for your visit to Copenhagen, I highly recommend this place. Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights and could not have been happier with our experience. Close proximity to the metro (20 mins to/from airport) and Tivoli Gardens. You walk out of the building and you are right in the mix of all the Stroget neighborhood has to offer (shops, food, coffee, you name it). We found the location to be ideal to walk to all the attractions we wished to see.

• Marteinn (8/5): Very good - The location is superb. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need for a short stay. When you enter the building, the hallway is dirty and very unwelcoming. It needs to be cleaned and painted.
• Shaun (9/5): Perfect location to explore Copenhagen, a cool and trendy city apartment. - This was our first visit to Copenhagen and our choice of accommodation could not have been better. The location is perfect - in easy walking distance of all major sights and attractions. It is a huge apartment and really well equipped for a short or longer stay. My kids were delighted when they found the bunkroom off the second bedroom! The apartment was light and airy and it is decorated in a stylish Scandi vibe which really adds to the ambience. Oh, and there's Netflix if you get time to watch TV! My only quibble was the security of the front door, whilst it locked and was secure, it felt somewhat flimsy as if it could easily be pushed or kicked in. Some reviewers have mentioned the noise overnight - yes it is noisy at times but you must bear in mind this is a city centre hotel and some noise is to be expected. It did not bother us in the slightest, it added to the sense of place if anything.
• Tania (8/5): Very good - The location was amazing. A great sized space with big bedrooms and lots of natural light. Access was excellent and finding apartment was easy from train station. A very central spot close to everything. As it is in a fabulous location, this comes with some negatives. The noise from the bars downstairs during the weekend we were there was very loud and went on into the early hours of the morning, it was better on the Monday evening though. The very close church bells ring every half hour and on the hour until at least midnight, despite being told they would stop no later than 10pm. Might not bother others but was definitely noticed by us.
• Flaviana (3/5): Poor - Spacious and centrally located Unacceptably poor sound insulation (hearing all noises from the surrounding apartments) combined with vicinity to bars made it impossible to sleep during the entire (8 night) duration of the stay. Dishwasher rusty and not functioning. Kitchen equipment (mixer) not functioning. Dirty windows.

Everyone was friendly and relaxed! - Excellent and Central location , well equipped and spacious rooms . We were able to walk everywhere and maximised our sightseeing as a result. Because if it’s central location it was noisy and busy at times - we had excellent weather and had to open the windows which added to the noise . We bought a bottle of wine to have with our meal one evening but found no corkscrew in the kitchen- the wine bar staff across the road kindly lent us one of their own.

We loved the fact that there were two huge bedroom plus a living and dining room to relax in. We also loved the fact that the bathroom was very roomy! Our location was perfect! We were working walking distance of everything we wanted to do or see. The property managers were also very helpful as well. Thank you for a wonderful time! We enjoyed it so much that it will be our spot the next time we come back!

• Jeremy (10/5): 10 Star Location and Apartment - Location was superb. Apartment was spacious with good facilities and decent wifi signal. When needing to get in contact with the host the response was quick and efficient. Some of the door handles were loose and needed tightening but this didn’t impact our stay at all. A minor comment as I can’t think of much else to say that I didn’t like.

Honestly can barely fault the apartment, we were a group of 4 friends and the apartment was very spacious and close to all the shops / restaurants / bars - exactly what we needed for a pre-Christmas get away! Only 1 complaint would be the noisy neighbours who were above us (but this obviously can’t be helped)
