• Viktor (9/5): Városnézéshez kiváló szállás! - A szállás központi helyen található. Nagyon könnyen megközelíthető. Reggeliző helyek, bolt van a közelben. A központ nagyon könnyen megközelíthető. A hely csendes. A felszereltség kiváló, a háló is tökéletes. A fürdő átlagos tisztaságú. Egyáltalán nem panaszkodhatom, de megemlítem, hogy 4 fő esetén a kanapéágy felnőtt részére szűkös és nem túl kényelmes. De igazából ezek az ágyak ilyenek. Inkább 2 fő elszállásolására ideális.

They were super friendly and gave us restaurant and insider recommendations. The location can't be beat. Lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood. The aprartment was comfortable and Wifi strong. We can only recommend the hosts and apartment and would stay there again.

• Joseph Mik (10/5): A pleasant Christmas in a central Madrid - The apartment is centrally located across the street from the market and above two grocery stores, where we shopped for our Christmas dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering guests. Restaurants surround the flat. For those interested in culture, the Plaja Mayor is about 5 minutes away on foot, the Royal Palace and Cathedral about 15 minutes and the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sophia museums about 25 minutes on foot. The host was gracious and gave us instructions on where to park (public parking about 200 meters away) and how to use the appliances. We enjoyed our stay.

• LAURA (9/5): Apartamento excelente para pasar unos días en Madrid. - El apartamento está en un edificio antiguo pero completamente reformado. Muy buena ubicación y cerca del centro. Tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia. Aunque está en un barrio muy concurrido, no hay ningún ruido del exterior ni vecinos. La señora que nos entregó las llaves, muy simpática, agradable y nos lo explicó todo muy bien. La comunicación con la propietaria, excelente, no tardaba nada en contestar. Repetiremos seguro! Nada.

• Philline (8/5): Spacious, close to train station, shops and restaurants and has a washing machine - spacious, washing machine is a plus if you want to wash some clothes, close to train stations, restaurants and shops. Door is accessed by a physical key which is very hard to use and open the door, would prefer a more updated door access like acess codes .

This apartment was a maximum 5-7 mins walk from Plaza Mayor. It is a perfect central point for exploring the city. In the heart of the city, waking distance to everything. The host who greets you is such a character - He is hilarious and gives good insight for restaurants and tourist attractions worth seeing around the area. Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this apartment!!

• Julie (10/5): Really good place and location to stay - Location was perfect La Latina metro station is across the road which is Line 5 the green line. There are 2 supermarkets next door. Carrefour express and Dis. The tapas restaurant street Cava Baja is less than 5 minutes walk away - lots of restaurants with good food. The owner met us at the apartment and explained everything including giving us recommendations for restaurants. There was a washing machine and a dishwasher with tablets supplied. It’s in an old building but it was quiet and had a lift. Everything we need was there and apartment was clean. Bed comfortable. The only thing was the apartment was a little dark inside but we weren’t there much during the day and if we were we turned the light on. A minor detail
