• RobertoEF (9/5): Comunicación..., apartamento bueno - El piso muy limpio, cómodo, práctico, rodeado de restaurantes y comercios, cerca de la parada de metro Canal St. Silencioso y lo necesario para la estancia en NY. Me he tirado una semana antes de mi llegada enviando mensajes, y sin respuesta alguna. Cuando llegué a NY también envié mensaje y sin contestación, llegué a la localización del alojamiento según Booking, ESTÁ MAL EL NÚMERO DEL ALOJAMIENTO, llegué y era un edificio en obras, imaginad mi cara al llegar, nos iba a dar algo... Llamé por tfn y no me contestó, volví a llamar y recibí un mensaje a las 16:00, era la 1er comunicación que tenía del alojamiento. A partir de aquí todo fue fluido, nos dieron el apartamento a las 17:00 de la tarde porque estaban limpiando; el día de la salida pudimos dejar las maletas en el alojamiento hasta las 13:30, mientras lo limpiaban.

• Stidman (5/5): The location is great but price was exorbitant for the quality of the room. - Location is great, it was fairly comfortable There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, one of the cabinet doors was falling off, the kitchen was very minimally stocked and the silverware was in a weird place behind the broken cabinet door. The Microwave and toaster oven took up all the counter space. There was no coffee or end tables making the only place to comfortably eat sitting on w stools facing a blank wall (in a two bedroom, you should consider that 3 or more people will be likely.
• May (10/5): Great location with enough space! Would definitely stay here again! - Keys: 2 sets of keys!!! Rooms: The apartment was nice and had enough space for 4 adults and a toddler. Each room had 2 windows. One room had a king size bed and plenty of space for the pack and play bed for our toddler. It nice that the apartment had a pack and play bed free of charge. The other room is a bit smaller but it fits two twin beds with a smaller walking space. Both rooms had closet space. It was enough space for use to unpack and sleep. Each bedroom has its own cooling/heating unit. Kitchen: It has a nicely stocked kitchen. We only used the coffee machine and dishes. Lights were great - bright overhead lights and under cabinet lights. Bathroom: It is a small bathroom, but it works and gets the job done. Living room: plenty of space for 4 adults and it’s is a long thin table with two bar stools. Next to it there were 4 folding chairs. We didn’t use the tv but it was there along with 2 boars games. Location: This place is in Chinatown, next to Little Italy, and close to two different subways. We picked this location so we could walk to the Brooklyn Bridge, the 911 Memorial, Battery Park to catch the ferry to the Statue of Liberty, Charging Bull, NYSE, and Fearless Girl. We took the subway to see the other sites. No elevator, but the flights of stairs are not bad. We didn’t mind it. We would definitely stay here again.

Es liegt zentral an der Canal Street und man ist mit d - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral & sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Man hat alles was man für ein Paar Tage benötigt. Sauberkeit, Schimmel im Bad, Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr verzögert

• Paula Cecilia (9/5): Apartamento sin ascensor pero cómodo y bien equipado - Ordenada, limpia, bien equipada. Excelente atención del anfitrión Son 3 pisos por escalera, lo que resulta incómodo si viajas con equipaje.

• Trina (5/5): Basic - NOT Luxurious retreat in Little Italy as represented when booked. - It was a bed and warm room for the night. No lift to 3rd floor and also very small for a family of 4 adults. Basic but still fairly pricy for what you get. Only one set of keys which was problematic when splitting off and doing different things. No Television signal so only could access streaming services if account was held. Shower was also mediocre and took a long time for the hot water to come through. Still able to do all we wanted however would have preferred to be out of Chinatown and more in SOHO/NOHO.
• Fister (10/5): Amazing place, definitely will book again..! - The place was amazing, it was close to everything, subway was at the corner. it was very easy to check in, and I really enjoyed everything. Nothing, everything was perfect.
• Richard (9/5): Superb - The apartment was really nice, clean and tidy, everything easy to use, nice and warm and will definitely stay there again ! There was nothing I disliked , really happy with our stay, its was easy to get about from our location and quite to sleep , very nice place.
• Sam (8/5): Well equipped comfortable NYC apartment excellent for family or small group - It was a great size for a family travelling with good sized rooms (space to unpack your suitcase), aircon, and a kitchen with all the essentials to make a quick breakfast before exploring the city. One block from Little Italy (amazing handmade pasta nearby) and an easy walk to lots of sights. It was tidy apartment and the building safe/secure. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. If they can accomodate an early/later check in/out, they are happy to assist. Easy check-in with a lockbox. Would recommend We didn’t realise there wasn’t an elevator but as it was a secure building, we managed to do trips up the stairs and it was fine. There’s a few minor maintenance issues like the shower handle, loose toilet roll holder and the chain for the door being broken but they can be easily remedied and don’t detract from the stay. One thing that needs to be addressed is one set of keys does not work in the front door so if you’re travelling as a group, test the keys before you leave the apartment. Aside from that, it’s a great stay.
• Julie (5/5): The apartment was fine but the key saga ruined our second day in New York. - The apartment was comfortable and clean. Nice beds. Handy for subway. Smack bang in the middle of Chinatown it was wonderful to be able to go get fresh breads, dumplings etc. and take back for breakfast. We (4 adults} had a total saga with getting more than 1 set of keys. Promises of getting more on day 2 (by 10am) if we gave them back the keys overnight was a total nightmare. It didn't happen. Now without any keys, it resulted in one of our group being tied to the apartment at all times. NOT what you want on a short visit to NY!! The manager was in contact promising delivery at various stages throughout the day, however this drama eventually led to 1 set being returned in the afternoon, with extra keys not materialized until later that evening. In effect that lost us a day of exploring. There was tape on the toilet seat over a crack in the rim. No holder for the showerhead - difficult for arm mobility issues. Door safety chain broken.
