• Andrea (5/5): Great location for a poor apartment - Great location to reach by foot all the attractions. Very clean, the kitchen is ok with all what's needed. The bathroom is definitely ok and comfortable. It is simply NOT a place for 5 people: there is not enough place to open the luggage or eating all together sitting at the table. Just two chairs and three stools, one of which it's as high as the table... The sofa bed is very narrow, almost at the limit for two adults and very very creaking: any movement causes a lot of noise, not comfortable for people with light sleep. It must be changed.

• sleepypenguin (10/5): Fantastic location in an older building. Communication was clear and quick. Clean. - We loved staying at this clean, comfortable, efficient unit. All communications were clear. The location is stellar, with many, many restaurants within walking distance. There's a tram stop on the same block; we used the tram only once, to leave from the airport, because there was so much within walking distance. My child said, "I want an apartment like this when I grow up." We'd love to stay here again if we're lucky enough to visit Helsinki again. This isn't a negative, nor was there anything we didn't like. But for US residents, this unit would be accurately described as a studio with a kitchenette, with the living room area converted to a bedroom.
• Korhonen (8/5): we enjoyed our stay a lot. the property was a great place to spend time at and sleep. we faced some difficulties when it - the property was located in a very convenient place the property didnt have a proper oven or curtains
• Pablo (3/5): Not accessible place - don't book it - The location. The place was announced as accessible with elevator. It is not, the elevator goes from a mid floor only accessible with stairs. As a result, we were forced to make a last minute booking for my sister who is on a wheelchair. The owner didn't take responsibility for this and blamed it on a mistake from the platform. The only alternative she offered was an apartment outside the city. Later when we asked for a compensation she only offered to return 10 euros per day for having one person less staying. In the end, she didn't even transfer us this amount. We're terribly disappointed on this experience and hope Booking.com takes the necessary measures to prevent other people with disabilities from having awful experiences like this.
• Maria (7/5): Good, considering how rushed we booked it - Central located. Clean room and quite neighbourhood Quite uncomfortable to pick up the keys
• Nobutaka (8/5): Very good - Great location for sightseeing. There is a supermarket nearby, so it is convenient for a longer stay. Iittala's colorful plates and cups were also provided, so I had a fun stay.
