- Pharmacy (10/5): Lovely place , we will definitely stay again - Everything was lovely.
Flat was Spotless, spacious, cosy, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood.
overall relaxing experience
Great value for money
Great location, lovely walk along chiswick high street a lot of restaurants shops and pubs.
Easy access to tube station and bus to Piccadilly Circus.
Pleasant helpful staff
We had a really pleasant stay, we will definitely stay again !! We did not realise heating thermostats was on wall and internet password at back of wireless device. We requested information from owner but was perfect
- Mary (3/5): Great location but shabby appointments and no information for wi-fi connect. 3rd fl walkup. - The location is wonderful, but the unit itself is a lost opportunity given the broken or uncomfortable and tired or absent appointments. It was clean, and some windows opened. Swan Tavern right next door is fabulous & Tube stations a short walk away. Beware, this is a third-floor walkup via a dingy, smelly stair hall. Most disappointing was the lack of any instructions for things like how to connect to wi-fi, broken dining table, really uncomfortable bed in small bedroom, poor linens (few towels, cheap duvet with no cover in one bedroom, old stained towels, cheap, tired sheets, and no kitchen towels or wash rags. Tub/shower with concave bottom was really unsafe as there was no tub mat or grab bar to prevent falls. We bought one and left if, so hopefully it is still there. There was no tub stopper, so no way to take a bath. The washer door was broken, but we figured out how to jerk it closed so that we could use it. We also finally figured out how to turn on the heat (forget the wall control), but we never did figure out how to get the towel rack to turn on. Requested instructions were not provided, We had to demand that the owner send the wi-fi connection data, but not until we had to pay to connect in order to contact him.
- Jerome (9/5): Superb - Great place to stay and very central location!
- Laurie (8/5): Nice but not great - We absolutely loved the location and all the access to stores and restaurants. The smaller bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The tv had a good selection. We were very disappointed with the master bedroom bed - the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. We could feel the springs and even after putting another mattress cover on, it was still very poor for comfort. Also the kitchen supplies were inadequate and we had to provide our own oven pans. Extremely limited utensils and general cooking equipment.
We ran out of trash bags very fast and soap. Had to buy our own. The fridge took all day to get cold after we figured out it needed turned on.
The family room couch was very small. Chairs were limited.
- Hardy (9/5): It needs a few little upgrades but it was lovely for what we needed. - The whole layout was perfect and it had everything we needed. It was the right distance from the underground station and the area was peaceful. The shower was a little hard to get the right temperature you needed. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t let us watch a movie while we were planning what to do for the following day.
- Cheyenne (6/5): Pleasant -
- Dimitri (8/5): Very good -
- Emma (8/5): Very good -
- Neill (8/5): Very good -
- Tommaso (8/5): Very good -
- Katri (10/5): Exceptional - The location is very good, bus 94 takes you straight to Oxford Street to shopping (and only 15 min. away apartment you will found many fabric stores) and the tube takes you straight for example to the Westminster in 30 min.
Neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Host was friendly and helpful.
- Claire (8/5): Very good -
- Oscar (6/5): Convenient flat near Chiswick Park station - Sam was always very helpful and a great host. Answering rapidly to any question and also allowed us to access before the official check in. Easy to access with the instructions although finding the place was not easy at the beginning as there are a lot of flats in separate buildings.
The flat has two rooms with a decent size and the living room also is good. The flat is in the 2nd floor and the stairs are quite narrow, making it quite challenging for me as I was there with a 4 months old and the stroller, anyway this shouldnt be a problem for anyone in another situation. However, it was not clear when I booked it.
The bathroom is internal with no window and the extractor doesnt work properly.
Living room with no normal table, just a coffee table in the middle which is not great for having dinner or working.
Finally, I believe the flat cleanliness could be better although I wouldnt say it was dirty.
- Andy (8/5): Very good -
- Marissa (10/5): Exceptional - Well furnished, neatly kept and appropriately spacious apartment
- Tracy (8/5): Very good - perfectly situated for our trip. the apartment is situated in between two tube stations that take you into London in 20/30 minutes. plenty of eating and drinking around the apartment and Chiswick is only a 10 minute walk
- Vanessa (8/5): Very good -
- Ferlar (10/5): Exceptional - Everything were perfect, Sam is really a gentleman N/A
- Inbar (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay! - We liked that the flat was clean and equiped.
Also there were some snacks and water already at the flat, it was really nice to find. Very close to the tube and bus station.
Plus, it's easy to contact the landlord if there is any problem or question. It was a bit difficult to find at first.
- Matthew (8/5): A good place to stay - Very good place to stay, close to all the things you might need for your stay in London , parking was OK , a very friendly welcome and all round good service
