• YONGSEON (9/5): 위치가 너무 좋은 숙소로 추천합니다 - - 숙소 위치 너무 좋았습니다. 10분거리 중앙역가기도 좋았고, 대형마트 가기도 편했고, 예약당시 지도에선 못봤었는데 근처에도 마트가 있어서 장보고 요리 해 먹기 좋았네요. 숙소는 거실, 방 공간 분리가 되어있어서 좋았고, 세탁기와 건조대 이용할 수 있어서 빨래 잘 하고 왔습니다. 엘리베이터 있어서 짐 옮기기 괜찮았고, 문의답변이 빨라 좋았습니다. 저만 그랬는지 몰라도 잠금장치 돌리는 방향이 헷갈려 이튿날까지 도어락 사용이 어려웠습니다. 정확한 도어락 돌리는 방향을 알려주면 좋을것 같고, 캐리어가 무거웠는데 건물 들어가자마자 계단이 있는걸 보고 당황했습니다. 이 부분에 대한 추가 설명도 있으면 게스트들에게 참고가 될 것 같습니다.

The attic windows are cool even with the electric blinds. Warm when we got back in the evening. The pillows were too soft. Need new pillows!

• Richard (7/5): Sehr gute Preis-Leistung Wohnung mit kleinen Mankos - Ein sehr schöner schnitt der wohnung und sehr gross. Sehr moderne und stilvolle einrichtung. Ein fernseher mit streaming diensten gab es zum abendlichen entspannen. Die lage war recht gut mit nahegelegenen einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es war trotz der zentralen lage nicht zu laut. Es war an den meisten stellen auch sehr sauber. Es gab theoretisch sogar eine waschmaschine die man nutzen konnte und eine kleine kaffeemaschine. Es gab einen modernen Induktionsherd. Sehr gut funktionierende dusche mit angenehmen wasserdruck. Das ist nicht immer selbstverständlich.Es gab einen Fahrstuhl. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. . Leider hingen doch an vielen stellen noch spinnweben und die Einrichtung in der Küche ist langsam ganzschön vergilbt und in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus selbst mit Treppenhaus sieht sehr dreckig aus, vorallem im Eingangsbereich. Es fehlt auch eine Mikrowelle und ein toaster für eine perfekte ausstattung. Die betten sind schon sehr durchgelegen und sollte unbedingt eine neue Matratze bekommen

• Vensi (10/5): Wonderful, convenient and picturesque is what I would describe my stay here. It’s a lovely place with a convenient locat - The separated bathrooms were a star! Especially when you are a small group of people the separation is a blessing. Also the cleanliness of the house is worth to note! I wouldn’t say it’s something that I didn’t like, but I would suggest disposable slippers.

Leider hatten die Bade/ Handtücher einen unangenehmen Geruch. Wahrscheinlich nicht total getrocknet im Schrank versorgt - schade.

Location ended up being convenient and easy to travel into the main city centre and to the main transport hubs Did not have a microwave which was fine as there was an oven and we ended up eating out most of the time during our stay. Slightly dusty as no vacuum.

Вцілому це було не дуже приємно із прибиранням, але це майже не вплинуло на загальні враження про відпуску. 9 хвилин до метро та так само до тролейбуса. Одного вечора у нас пропало тепло та тепла вода, ми звʼязалися з власником і через годину проблему було вирішено. Хоча це було після 21:00, за це дуже дякуємо. Прибирання було середнім: на плінтусі багато чужого волосся, також на килимах волосся та трохи плям. Духовку забули помити , там було багато крихт від попередніх орендарів і ми не змогли нею скористатися.

The outside of the building and entrance was a little dirty but the apartment very very good. Heating was perfect as we were there in December. Bed was super comfortable. One of the windows it;s not sealing perfectly and if it's windy outside you will feel it inside. Heating was not working during the night and it gets pretty cold.

• elahn (8/5): Top Appartement, Manko bei Sauberkeit und Service - Gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Appartement, wenn sich auch die Wohnung in einem eher vernachlässigtem Kondominium befindet. 5 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn Keplerplatz und Fußgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften. Für eine Citytour ideal. Check in war sehr schlecht! Die Wohnungstür ließ sich zwar öffnen, die Wohnung war jedoch nach dem vorherigem Gast nicht gereinigt. Müll und Schmutzwäsche inklusive! Der Vermieter hat weder auf Anrufe geantwortet oder war per Mail erreichbar. Irgendwann kam die Reinigungskraft, mit der Entschuldigung, daß sie keine Informationen zur Checkin Zeit hatte. Regulär wäre ab 15.00 Check-in möglich, jedoch wurde um 15.00 noch nicht mal mit der Reinigung begonnen. Bei der Sauberkeit mangelte es jedoch nicht nur an diesem Tag, teilweise handelt es sich um alten Schmutz.

• Zhuowen (10/5): Perfect, we would stay here again - The apartment was easy to find and easy to get into. The neighbourhood is quite nice actually, quiet new build opposite and around. Location is perfect, 5 min walk to metro and high street, 10 min walk to several playgrounds. Double glazed windows keep the noise from street to a minimum. The apartment itself is designed and furnished to a high standard. We had everything needed. There is a working lift in the building, although it was not mentioned by the manager, we found it and used it no problems. Would be nice to have some hooks for clothes towels etc in the bathroom. Would be nice to have a bedside lamp by the sofabed. One bowl was not washed properly - the cleaner should make sure all dishes are clean. They also need to periodically descale the kettle - I found lots of limescale in it.

The owner was kind and helpful when we had questions. The WiFi was not so strong, but it was not a problem for us.

L'immeuble en soit est bien mais par contre l'odeur de cigarette dans la partie commune est un enfer et surtout l'odeur arrivait jusque dans notre lit donc si cette odeur vous dérange ça peut être compliqué

• Richard (6/5): clean apartment, not a great building to be located in, and doesn't have air-conditioning - the room cleanliness was very good, and the layout nice and modern. location to tram stations very heft, only 5 min walk away from all connections needed curing our stay there was no air-conditioning in the property, this was requested upon booking. the entrance to the property was poorly labelled, and upon entering the communal area of the flats this was very untidy and messy. there was no real second bedroom, just a sofa bed in the main room, which meant sleeping arrangements were not great (also the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and meant that there was only 1 normal chair to sit on to watch TV in the main room.

• Dmitrii (10/5): Thoughtfully equipped and perfectly comfortable apartment in Vienna - This apartment consists of two separate rooms — a living room combined with a kitchen and a separate bedroom. This layout is extremely convenient: you can go about your daily routines in the living area while the bedroom remains a quiet and peaceful retreat. Out of all the places we stayed at during our Eurotrip, this was by far the most fully equipped apartment — down to the tiniest details. It was a real pleasure to find everything we could possibly need already in place. It’s clear that the host, Alexander, puts a lot of care and attention into making his guests feel at home. He stayed in touch with us, although we hardly needed to contact him — everything had been so thoughtfully prepared that no questions or issues arose at all. Some guests mention in their reviews that the building and staircase look a bit outdated compared to the apartment itself. I wouldn’t say it’s a real issue — while the entrance may not be brand new, it’s very clean and doesn’t give off any unpleasant impression at all. I personally didn’t find anything to complain about. The only minor downside we noticed was the Wi-Fi signal — it worked best in the bedroom, while in the living room it was somewhat unstable. However, it’s possible that the issue was with my device rather than the connection itself.
• Jorge (8/5): Great stay in Vienna - Convenient location near the train station. The apartment is newly renovated, modern and confortable. The coffee machine was not working, but other than that it has all the basics in the kitchen in case one wants to cook something simple.
• June (9/5): Great, spacious flat close to Vienna main train station - It was a very spacious, well appointed, clean and airy flat. And we liked it very much. It was also very helpful to have clear information about the nearest metro and tram stops. Having a washing machine was great too. The entrance to the tenement building itself was a bit off putting - eg a bit dirty with some litter present. (In fact it was a lovely surprise to find the flat was the exact opposite!) Given there was a cooking hob, it would have been useful to have had a few more different sized pots/ pans. We would also have appreciated a complimentary dishwasher and washing machine tablet.

It is about an 8-10 minute walk to Wein Hbf and similar walk to Metro and tram lines. Only a few stations on U1 line to Stephanoplatz. Very comfortable and quiet. Excellent value really. As others have mentioned, the common areas of the apartment are somewhat delapidated and dirty which is beyond the control of the host. We had a minor issue with the front building door but host was very quick to respond to help.

• Andreea (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was excellent. Cleaness, positioning (5 min from metro station with direct connection to downtown), spacious, bright, with all the amenities you might need. We have been awaited with sweets & everything one might need in the Kitchen (coffe, Tea, oil, all the necesary crockery). Very good offer for the price paid. Independent of the apartment itself - the parking is pretty expensive, 15 euro per 24 hours in the closest public parking place.
