Guest Reviews
- YUJIE (8/5): Good location and facilities, with some room for improvement - The kitchen is well equipped with a full range of appliances and utensils. Aside from the bedrooms, the rest of the property is generally well equipped.
The location is quite convenient. The host lives in the front part of the property, so any requests would likely be addressed promptly. Unfortunately, I arrived quite late and only met the host the next morning. She seemed friendly and approachable, but we didn’t have much chance to communicate as she was busy with maintenance work. The entrance to the property is quite dark at night, with no lighting available, which makes arrival after dark a bit inconvenient.
The bedrooms are relatively small, and the beds are quite low and not very comfortable. The bedding was noticeably wrinkled, and there was a small piece of debris on the sheet.
Cleanliness could be improved overall. There was visible dust around the bedside lamp area, and I also noticed small insects crawling on the floor on several occasions and several flies. Additionally, my top got stained after leaning against the edge of the kitchen sink, which suggests the area may not have been properly cleaned.
I requested an extra duvet or blanket when made the booking as I tend to get cold at night, but I didn’t receive a response or confirmation. While I did receive several automated messages, I’m unsure whether my request was seen or declined. There is air-con available, but as we’re sensitive to it, we couldn’t keep it on for long. As a result, the room felt quite cold at night, and I had to place my coat over the blanket to stay warm.
- Sue (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay - property is small but neat, tidy and modern. Really well equipped with everything you need. - Clean, tidy, lovely decor Smaller than expected, no on site parking as stated in description

- Haijun (10/5): I will choose it for my next stay in Kiama. - Matt and Lucy are very friendly. N/A

- Grace (8/5): We had a lovely time. Everything was clean and tidy and the host communications was useful and instructions clear. - Quiet location, clean and secure. Loved the tasteful outdoor landscaping. Off street parking only. Kitchen lights not working. Only lounge side. Suggestion for a handrail to be installed in the bathroom for older tenants.
- Kathleen (10/5): Hands down the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever had! We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and everything was perfect from start - Well equipped and cozy 👌🏻 None. It was perfect.

- Michael (8/5): Princess highway trip - New build by the looks of it or very well maintained. Good shower. Property is at the back of the main house, so has no view and gravel path making use of bag wheels difficult. Dogs barking as one arrives wasn’t expected. Bed rooms are quite small, so would be concerned if guests were tall. Layout of main room is quite tight with kitchen island and dining table next to each other.
- Saysana (9/5): Immaculate back-garden 'granny flat', perfect for Kiama coastal short-stay - This is a lovely-designed, simple back-garden 2-bedroom house, with small kitchen, and front deck, with the owner's house coo-ee proximity, albeit privacy. It was great for our 1-night workstay, in the quiet suburb of Kiama Heights.
- Surjeet (9/5): Recommend it’s great for a family - Design and comfort
- Eve Sirinya (10/5): Love and wish to be back - Nice and clean
- Boya (9/5): Superb -
- Mariogan (9/5): It’s clean and nice. - I like the interior design of the house. It’s clean and cosy. I wish we could fully close the curtains in the living room, but some straps are preventing them from moving beyond a certain point.
- Caitlin (10/5): Exceptional - It was unbelievably gorgeous! Super clean with good quality products all throughout the house and so stylish! We loved it!
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - The guesthouse was just what we wanted. The facilities were great and the kitchen and bathroom were beautiful and well appointed. It was great to go down to the coastal walk and East's Beach and it was not too far from the town centre where we had dinner at Hanoi on Manning. Nothing
- Phoebe (10/5): Lovely service comfortable environment would %100 recommend! - The house was lovely and comfortable, very clean and tidy absolutely loved the look and design displayed inside and I would % 100 recommend to stay there. Owners are very lovely I booked 30m before arrival and they made sure all the lights where on and everything was in place, would stay there again for sure !! Everything was absolutely perfect only thing is we couldn’t close the curtain in lounge room and in rooms curtains where a bit see through, other then that the place was beautiful and would definitely recommend staying there. !
- Claudia (10/5): Exceptional -

- Matisse (9/5): Wonderful and absolutely amazing stay will definitely be booking again!! - Absolutely amazing stay, cozy and comfortable. The facilities and utilities are spot on. Had everything we needed. Perfect location to amazing views of the coastal walk near by. Hosts were very easy too contact if needed. Cannot really fault anything about this beautiful stay, just one thing the curtains at the front were a little bit see through in regards too privacy.
- Annie (8/5): Very comfortable quiet and pleasant- well done. - Beautifully appointed There was no coffee making equipment, not even a tea bag, no milk - though this all a bit odd given price and presentation- marketing itself as a luxury stay.
- Olivia (7/5): Good -
- Gemma (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful stay. Excellent communication with the owner, very accommodating, made for an easy hassle free checkin and checkout. Very comfortable, has everything you need. Highly reccommend!!
- Michelle (10/5): Beautifuly presented clean and comfortable. -
- Divya (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely stunning little home, with everything that was required for our stay. It was even better then the photos.
- Fiona (9/5): Very cool place for a short stay for small family or couples. - Very stylish and cozy little house. Has all the fundamental elements for a nice stay. Impressive bathroom and absolutely comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend to put on sunblock curtains as it is surrounded by other houses and at night privacy could be a bit of a concern for the living area and second bedroom.
- David (7/5): Clean and comfortable exactly what you need for an overnight stay. - Close to Kiama Coastal Walk. Clean and comfortable. Quiet location It was the little things - no pamphlets or booklets with maps or information about local restaurants, sights, etc. Having run a BnB previously there was no welcoming note. I used to leave a bottle of wine, milk and chocolates for my guests. Need a car to get to Kiama township.
- Mel (9/5): "Absolutely delightful stay at the Guesthouse, Highly recommend for anyone looking, great price. - The owners went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and the ambience both relaxing and rejuvenating. The guesthouse was very modern and new. Nothing I didn't like.
- Tanita (10/5): The perfect little guest house. - The house was clean and really nicely styled. It was a short drive to the beaches and restaurants. Has everything you need for a weekend away. Hosts are lovely and very welcoming.
- Anonymous (10/5): nice experience - Cozy and good taste of decoration
