- CHAPELLE (1/5): - Logement non conforme à l’annonce et très décevant. Plusieurs équipements annoncés étaient absents ou inutilisables (Wi-Fi, cafetière), les canapés sont abîmés dont un cassé et certaines fenêtres sont cassées ou impossibles à ouvrir. Pas de volets ni de rideaux contrairement aux photos, ce qui entraîne un vis-à-vis total. Les portes des toilettes et de la salle de bain ne ferment pas correctement et une seule clé est fournie pour un appartement prévu pour 10 personnes. L’appartement était également sale à notre arrivée (vaisselle sale, traces d’urine dans les toilettes). Expérience très décevante, le logement ne correspond ni aux photos ni à la description.

La propreté n'y est pas du tout, les canapés bleus sont pleins de traces de saleté, nous n'avons meme pas osé nous assoir dessus. il y a de la poussière partout et la vaisselle était vraiment sale, nous avons du relaver tout ce que nous voulions utiliser. Pour les équipements, apparemment il faut en louer certains comme le lave vaisselle et la vaisselle completementaire. Ca devait être noté quelque part en petit lors de la réservation mais je n'étais pas au courant avant d'arriver sur place.. Mauvaise communication... Et je trouve ça anormal de mettre à disposition un appartement jusqu'à 8 personnes et de n'avoir comme ustensiles qu'une petite poêle et une petite casserole pour 2 personnes... Même si le prix est attactif; passez votre chemin si vous désirez rester plus d'une nuit

- Corina (5/5): Extreem gehorig en viel zwaar tegen. - De ruimte. En de locatie was oké. Vrij dicht bij de uitgaansgelegenheden. Wat niet.... Er was een lift die niet werkte. Wij zaten 5 hoog. Een heel grote ruimte met nauwelijks meubels erin. We waren met 6 personen in een 8 persoons appartement. Er stond echter maar een tafel met 4 stoelen. We konden niet eens met zessen fatsoenlijk ontbijten aan tafel, terwijl er zeeën van ruimte is voor een grote tafel met 8 stoelen. 2 kleine zeer doorgezakte bankstellen. Niet voor 8 personen. Totaal geen sfeer. Koud en kil. Slaapkamers hadden beide 2 tweepersoons bedden. Maar deze zijn maar 140 breed met daarop 1 dekbed. Niet te doen als je daar met twee personen in moet liggen. De matrassen waren wel heel zacht. Dat was prima, maar dat vindt niet iedereen fijn. Verder is het mega gehorig in het complex. De jongelui boven ons hebben voor belachelijk veel overlast gezorgd door te rennen in het appartement, met meubels te schuiven en veel lawaai te maken. We hebben hierdoor niet geslapen. Toiletdeur kon niet op slot In de la van het wastafelmeubel in de badkamer (wat bijna uit elkaar valt) lagen 2 gedragen sokken van bezoekers vóór ons. Zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar en gelukkig maar voor 1 nacht.

- Ben (3/5): Goede locatie, groot. Maar wel creepy. - Goede locatie. En groot. 120 m2 voor nog geen 50 euro per nacht. Maar zeer vies Appartement was vies. 50-100 fruitvliegjes in de keuken. Dus een muggenspray moeten kopen. Vloer was vies. Banken zaten onder de vlekken. En de ramen konden niet dicht. Dus konden van buiten geopend worden. En een kamer was op slot. Dus gaf een onveilig gevoel

- Kenneth (7/5): - Ruime kamers, goed geholpen en duidelijk uitleg tijdens het ophalen van de sleutel. Centrale locatie vlakbij het treinstation, veel parkeergarages in de buurt. Openbaar vervoer stop bijna voor de deur. Prijs kwaliteitverhouding is redelijk Ligt in de gang en trappenhuis was stuk, lift knop op de 3 de etage was er niet hierdoor kon je de lift niet gebruiken van af de 3de etage. Tafel, aanrecht, vensterbanken waren niet schoon en plakte. Koffiezetapparaat kan je niet gebruiken omdat er onderdelen missen. Koekenpan is in zeer slechte staan yefal laag laat volledig los. Is niet veilig en ongezond om met deze pan te koken. Gordijnen rails woonkamer zit niet goed vast en een gedeelte helemaal los. Kunnen 9 mensen in totaal slapen. Maar eettafel is te klein voor zo veel mensen. En er zijn maar 4 eettafel stoelen. De twee banken zijn verouderd en je zak door als je er op gaat zitten.

Apartment does not look like in the pictures 2. Cleanliness is more then questionable 3. Bed bugs everywhere 4. Owner did not compensate even after Booking was involved = Stay away at all costs!

- Jessica (8/5): Big apartment with kitchen - Location was good The kitchen was pretty and modern. Beds are really comfortable, shower room was really big. The lounge room was massive. It was a nice place to stay with 4 friends. We had 2 bedrooms and 4 double beds in them. Super close to the station and chinatown. Would stay again. We were 4 friends and no locks on the toilet or shower room was a bit unusual. Kitchen could use some more cooking items. Like wooden utensils because there was a nice new non stick pan but only metal utensils. So that will be sabotaged by normal use. Only other thing was the downstairs neighbour smoked because you would randomly have different areas smelling alot as it was coming up from the floorboards.
- Sebastian (1/5): Complete disaster from start to finish! - The building is in terrible condition, located in one of the most dangerous areas of Antwerp. The photos are misleading, as the actual furnishings and decor are tasteless and poorly maintained. The apartment was dirty and smelled bad, and the cleaning staff was rude. The host was unhelpful, and the process of picking up keys, while dragging luggage around the city, made for an unpleasant start to the stay. The host should seriously consider implementing a better system, like interior key locks, to improve the experience. My stay was a complete disaster from start to finish, with every aspect of the apartment adding to an overall unpleasant experience.

- Mark (5/5): Cheap, but you get what you pay for - Close to central station, very large apartment, 2 bedrooms for upto 8 ppl Wifi didn't work (cable broken), elevator button for ground floor didn't work, no tv, a dishwasher, but disabled, many windows outside forced shut, quite warm indoors with limited ventilation. Very noisy from outside on the front/street-side. The bedrooms in the back were quiet though.

- Alberto (3/5): For one night and never again - Strategic position close to the city centre, railway station, bus station, parking and shops The photos of the property are misleading and the conditions of the apartment are not really true to reality. The structure is in a bad state of maintenance, both as an apartment and as a building. The bathroom sink was clogged and the water did not go down. The beds were not comfortable at all and in the storage of the apartment was piled a lot of old and dirty material (mattresses, broken appliances, furniture parts, etc.).
- Alexandre (1/5): Bed bugs everywhere - The moment i tried laying down in bed i noticed so many bed bugs, on the sheets, on the walls, it didn't even take 1 hour that my entire arms and back were full of bug bites, this place has 5+ beds i tried every single one and each one had the same problem, if i wanted to be bit on and go sleepless i would've gone clubbing, it would've been a better investment for an overnight stay anyway

- Gerry (9/5): Massive apartment in handy location - Massive apartment and very close to the train station. Very good shower unit and other facilities. Excellent value for money. Although I only needed one bed, one of the four beds had not been changed since the previous guest.
- Salome (1/5): This was the worst apartment and service I have ever been to. Never book this apartment or any other apartments from thi - Nothing None of the windows could be opened, so we couldn’t sleep at night due to lack of air. None of the rooms had a lock, and neither did the bathroom nor the toilet. There was no furniture in the apartment at all, and clothes were thrown on the floor. We had warned the host two months in advance that the check-in would be delayed by one hour, for which he asked us for an additional 50 € and agreed that we would pay on the spot. However, on that day, when we were already on our way from Brussels to Antwerp, host wrote to us and demanded that we pay the money immediately. If we didn’t pay, they threatened to leave seven people out on the street at 22:00 PM. We did not have a bank card from the appropriate country, so we had to urgently find relatives in Antwerp who helped us transfer the money. This was the worst apartment and service I have ever been to. Never book this apartment or any other apartments from this host.

- Testuser (9/5): Perfect for a short 1-2 night stay in the heart of the city, especially if you arrive by train. - Property is right in the heart of the city, quite close to the central station and the zoo. The flat is on the top floor with a view towards the zoo. The space is quite large and easily usable for 4 people or 2 adults with up to 4 (smaller) children. The bathroom is quite new. Cleanliness is good but could be improved further. The division of the bathroom is quite odd, with a separated toilet without a sink. The collection of the keys takes half an hour in total by foot.

- Shoji63 (9/5): Good location and space with reasonable price - The apartment is located in the city center near the central station, and very convenient to go everywhere in Antwerp. The bedrooms are very spacious with a nice view. The staff are friendly and very helpful at check-in. It is good to have explanations in person at the office. In the shower room, it would have been better if there were more furniture or hooks on the wall to place or hang clothes. The apartment floor is a bit old, so the noise, especially stepping and walking, is annoying a bit in case a big group of people stays upstairs.
- Inese (4/5): Disappointing - Location as it is close to the zoo. The picking up keys was not handy as you needed to go to another place and then get all the instructions. This is not nice if you need to go with kids there.... Too large space with not fitting furniture, which made us feel not very welcoming. Dead mosquitos were around the walls. Toilet is so small that you hardly can enter and bathroom is so big that you wonder why this is not combined to make a better fit. Nowhere is a place to leave your clothes or shower things. Doors make noise and hardly work. The kitchen is there, but hardly anything in it....you can see it was made for a rental, but not really for making people feel comfortable there... It was disappointing for that money you pay.
