• Laura (7/5): - Mir hat die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut gefallen und außerdem war die Lage sehr gut. Ganz nah am Strand und auch die Umgebung. Man hat sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt Die Küche war zwar ganz einfach eingerichtet, trotzdem hatte man aber alles, jedoch war der Boden etwas dreckig als auch das Geschirr das musste man noch mal neu spülen
• Herui (4/5): - The price is affordable It’s close to the street so once there are motorcycles there will be noises, there won’t be sunshine coming directly to the house so it’s cold when I was there and I turned on the AC, it’s heating but the house just can’t get warm somehow I chose to stay on the sofa because I can’t stand the temperature in the living room, and be careful of the key picking time because it’s fixed, once you miss the time you can only pick it up in another time

• Kathryn (5/5): Just okay but with strong sewage and cigarette smell - The location was very close to the beach. They met me to drop off the keys which was very nice. Everything seemed clean. I didn't go to the pool because of the weather but it seemed nice. The building itself appeared to be clean and felt safe. The host is very nice and communicated well. The smell from the water pipes and the water itself was incredibly bad. I didn't even want to take a shower because of how the bathroom smelled. It was hard to eat because the smell was overwhelming. I had my own Palo Santo that I tried burning and even that couldn't eliminate the smell. If you are sensitive to smell at all, I would not recommend staying here. If I had been staying more than two nights I would have looked for something else because the smell was really quite bad. I also had to keep the windows open the entire time which would be harder to do in colder months or if the street noise bothers you. Additionally, it definitely smelled like many people have smoked cigarettes inside. Overall the smell was horrible for me, and the floral air freshener mixed in made it worse. If you smoke it might be fine for you. Also, I understand this is an apartment, but there was nothing in the kitchen like salt, pepper, oil or anything. It was totally bare. The grocery stores that are larger with greater selection are about a 20 minute walk away and the bus/train station are also quite far from the apartment.

• Christian (7/5): Estancia agradable en general - Nos gusto la cocina y el aire acondicionado, la ubicación es muy buena ya que estábamos en segunda linea de playa y cuenta con piscina privada que estaba limpia. Tener lavadora es una ventaja pero la lavadora era muy antigua estaba un poco oxidada y seria conveniente cambiarla por una nueva. Si hay varios electrodomésticos enchufados al mismo tiempo saltan los plomos lo que hizo que la lavadora quedara completamente bloqueada y llena de agua por suerte pudimos solucionarlo por cuenta propia. La cama era bastante dura y el sofá también seria conveniente cambiarlos por nuevo mobiliario. La iluminación por la mañana es ideal porque entra bien el sol pero por la noche la luz es un poco escasa habría que mejorar la iluminación con luces un poco más potentes y luces menos blancas.

• Jana (5/5): - The location Overall, the accommodation felt very unwelcoming. The TV was barely hanging on the wall, everything was dusty, the bathroom smelled, and you really don’t feel like stepping into the bathtub. It was outdated and grimy, there was no bedding for the extra bed, and it was very cold. I don’t have high expectations for a low price, but this was the worst accommodation on our road trip across France and Spain.

• Amina (10/5): Merci 🩷 - Un séjour vraiment parfait ! L’appartement était très propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Mention spéciale à la dame qui m’a remis les clés : elle a été d’une grande gentillesse, très accueillante et à l’écoute, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter ! Le seul petit point négatif, c’est qu’il est un peu difficile de se garer près de l’appartement. Il y a toutefois un parking payant à environ 5 minutes à pied. Pour nous, aucun souci, car en basse saison, le stationnement dans la ruelle est gratuit.

• Virginia (6/5): No hay aparcamiento - El apartamento en si estaba cuqui y próximo a la playa pero para aparcar era imposible. El aparcamiento que pone que está a 10minjtos van bien son 20-25, depende de la zona del aparcamiento que puedas aparcar, porque también estaba llenísimo y en la zona del apartamento no había sitio. Tampoco nos gustó que entrase la señora de la limpieza a ponernos el gel y el champú de baño cuando no estábamos en casa, aunque fuese con toda su buena intención pero es nuestra intimidad. Por todo lo demás el apartamento estaba bien.

• Karim (9/5): Ein schönes Apartment mit einem kleinen Pool in Blanes-Costa Brava - Die Lage der Wohnung ist top...bzw. ist ganz in der Nähe vom Strand und Stadtzentrum. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bistros vor der Tür. Ideal für Strandurlaube bzw. für eine kleine Familie oder Singles Der Pool ist auch perfekt. Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und nett. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal... Adiós Keine kostenlose Parkplätze für lange Zeit bzw. sehr weit von der Wohnung entfernt

AA por si lo necesitábamos Ropa de cama y toallas ok Detalle de bienvenida de xupaxup y copas de vino Pequeño pero suficiente para lo que necesitábamos Colchón de la cama demasiado duro, poco cómodo Menaje cocina justo, aunque hay un poco de todo La placa de vitro es pequeña, pero funciona bien Lavadora muy ruidosa y nos estropeó un jersey
• meline (9/5): agréable voyage - appartement parfait, je recommande. Il est très proche de la mer (1min), du centre avec magasin et supermarché (8 mins) et du port (1min). Propriétaire très agréable qui a su m’aider pour mon arrivée qui a été compliqué. Les résidents sont tous gentils et calme. La piscine agréable, bonne température,propre, calme et peu de personne le week end voir personne la semaine. Appartement sécurisé avec clé à l’entrée, clé pour la piscine et appartement. L’appartement est propre, complet.Bonne connexion wifi qui marche parfaitement. Matelas qui est trop dur surtout pour les personnes comme moi avec des problèmes de dos :( Appartement mal insonorisé avec dehors mais on s’habitue
• Marina (10/5): Comfy stay, lovely pool and great location - The pool was exceptional with the mountain view, it was so relaxing to hang out. All the other pool users were polite. The bed and the couch were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need for a good stay. Bathroom was ok. And the balcony was comfortable. Our hosts were fabulous, communication was great. Sometimes the apt got too loud because of the motorcycles going through the street. However if you had the AC on and the windows closed the noise was gone.

• Katarzyna (10/5): I am already planning to return! - Great place and super hosts. The apartment is clean. It has everything you need for a successful stay. Swimming pool I can not assess because there was some maintenance work but both the house, location fantastic.
• Isabell (8/5): Nice apartement close to the beach, perfect for two people - The location was great! Minimal distance to the beach, to the city and to supermarkets/bakeries. Comfortable Sofa and basic seasonings in the kitchen (salt,pepper,garlic powder). Communication with the owner was pleasant. Unfortunately the toilet flush mechanism was broken, but the owner send someone to have a look at it.

• Dana (8/5): Very good - The apartment is located in a part of the old town, for me this is a plus as this part of Blanes is colourful and my favourite for me. This flat is not big, laconic interior, but for us was cosy and comfortable. The living room has a large sofa, TV, dining table, the bedroom has a double bed which was comfortable for sleeping with clean bedding. The complex has a swimming pool and sun beds where you can relax. The wi fi worked perfectly. There is a balcony where we spent a lot of time enjoying the Spanish air, morning coffee, champagne and warm weather. Walking distance to the sea, restaurants, local shops and the seafront and lots more. If you walk to the left up the road there is a stunning view of Blanes and access to the botanical gardens, San Juan fortress and another beach. We were met by a very nice Spanish woman, checked in quickly and was in touch if we had any questions. In conclusion, we had a comfortable holiday as we went for the Spanish skies, atmosphere, sea and Spanish warm people. Нет замечаний

• Emily (9/5): Great little apartment for 3 friends, fab location just off the beach and main strip. - Clean property, amazing location, great pool (did not get a chance to use sadly due to weather), useful kitchenette and very comfortable sofa bed. Not quite enough crockery (only two mugs, one small bowl), blankets were a bit rough but did the job. Only one mirror in the bathroom (would have liked one in the bedroom).
• Liis (6/5): Pleasant - We were asked to go and pick up the keys on the other side of town. The apartment was cold, even with the AC on (stayed there in Jan). The beds were not made, even though we had booked the place for 3 people. A rather random apartment, not very cozy. Nothing specific to complain about but really not worthy of the 8.4 points it has here.

It is a lovely location. - It was a self catering apartment It was cold in the evenings and nighttime to settle to sleep. There were clean cutlery in the kitchen but they were damp Maybe provision of a tea towel will be helpful
